In Postoffice Mr Ahmed Al Suwaidi Manager is very good, humble, polite and very helpful and the staff is also very good and helpull

The person who delivered the mail was not good, he was rude in the way he spoke and explained the other requirements.

Very clean, organised, and most importantly very friendly staff. I feel sorry I forgot the name of the person who helped me. He was very friendly and patient, he was smiling all the time and trying to help me to download one missing document before I post it.

Please do not choose to pay for your Emirates ID delivery, better get it through the regular post box only. NO NEED TO PAY, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AFTER A WEEK, AND CALLED IT EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE. OUTDATED.

Mr. Rajith is a nice gentleman and helped me to understand the process to collect the passport of my wife on her behalf and made the process smooth. Very happy with the service.

So frustrating, I used to order from AliExpress It usually comes to my door steps with no extra charge from other courier, but now Empost forces me to pay 30 aed Even the order with shipping from china costs 20 aed. With no option to pick it up. 30 aed to deliver it to al Nahda, the order got across the world for less than 10 aed

Very bad service. Will not recommend. Waiting for my shipment from last 7th Dec n have not received till 10th Dec. Upon following up with the team they only will say the delivery team will call back but reply. Upon trying to speak to the supervisor he is never available.

Really disappointed
I have to recive my shipment on 23 Dec, until today more than 48 hours not recived.
Very Very Very Bad Service

Great service center and good customer service. A usual collection is under 10 mins, parking is never an issue.

Need a serious action and look on standard of the service.lack of staff, unplanned, service is very poor.atmosphere is not like other government entities.

They keep calling to schedule delivery date but the delivery never comes on time. No email notification or any message of the shipment. Even the WhatsApp no doesn't reply.

This branch is called deira main post office. Opening days Monday to Friday. Friday prayer time will be closed.

Pais public parking available outside.

Visited here for a collection of bank document and was a good experience overall, it's like all other central post station, there is token system, enough counters and most importantly people in all the counters, it tool hardly 5 mins for me to collect the document even there was 10 token ahead of me.
Some renovations are happening as on 20th June 2022 and the entrance to the office is from backside, there are sign boards, just follow the same.
Only thing which I felt like an issue was the parking, there is plenty of parking space but all are paid parking zone and there is no free parking available for customers, so just be careful about the same, it is less crowded and easy to get things done as well.

Called to ask what time they closed I was advised 5.30pm Came all the way in a taxi 100aed to be refused at the door at 5pm due to too many people! Only needed to send one small package. People came after me and was accepted. Unacceptable! If you want to be seen come in the morning when they open at 9am!

I was able to finish up my process in about 10 minutes. This is considerably amazing view of the number of people in the waiting line. The staff is quite professional and very knowledgeable which is making the process more efficient and faster turnaround. Really impressed by the service!
What i only disliked (and it is not about the service) was the parking area full of men who overwhelm you with washing service although i have pointed out countless of times not to wash my car, came back and found the guys wiping my car. This is annoying and should be better organized.

This is the Deira main post office. No rush. Staffs are friendly. I went for collecting ID. ID collection is behind this building

2022Mar17-My ranking is for the particular US Visa courier services here. The counter agent have not put my documents into an envelope to ease my concerns. They are important and private documents and should not be kept open. These should be enveloped and sealed in front of customers. A basic security concern i believe.

Otherwise the postoffice as a whole is great.
Great facilities.
Located in an accessible area.
Ample parking [paid]
Ticketing system - good
Personnel - pleasant, professional, helpful
Fast, efficient, system driven, process driven organised services.

Worst experience, employees at the counter are watching videos, chatting but not calling the next token number.worst part is that I was told that my credit card is here, but now they are saying it's in Karama.total mismanagement.

Service was sooo bad staff in the phone they make me feel am asking a favor and taking them our of there comfort zone staff Israa was shifting because she does it like an upset as when ever I call they tell me system is not working

Very bad service and customer care not talking to nicely and lie to customer he get angry and through the paper.what is this. Very bed experience with emirates post.

I have used the service twice to send parcels to Egypt. The two parcels were delivered in a matter of days with a reasonable price; less than 200 Dhs. I could track the parcels delivery steps.
I used to get my Emirates ID card (New - Renewal) from Deira Main Post office near to Abu Hail and the staff were helpful.

• Very Bad attitude of the Staff towards the customers.
• They don’t serve customers 20 mins before closing.

Not the best first time experience, counter clerk changed the token number while
I’m standing in queue waiting for my turn and instead took the customer whose number was after me
And when I confronted him, instead of admitting his mistake for changing the token number without attending to me he put blame on me, which shows the kind of wrong attitude some counter clerks have attending to customers

Amazingly fast service, friendly staff and the improvements made to the branch are top notch. I recieved my package in good condition and was in and out in 10 minutes. 5 stars.

Good post office and all services are available. But some staff can be very rude no matter how polite you are to them.

Very Poor Service. One guy called me (he said his name is Asghar). He was talking like a big boss, and was not even ready to listen what I am talking. The employer should train their staff properly how to behave and what to talk

When you are going here use metro and stop at Abu hail metro Station on exit 1, take bus C9 it will take you there. Service is quick and efficient.

Counter Staffs (not everyone) here are very rude and arrogant.even the helper with blue t shirt thinks he is controlling the whole office.

Good and fast service also very helpful staff, many service counters so no long waiting, also they have wrapping service for parcels and can buy boxes from there at different sizes at good prices.parcel envelopes are available onsite, the post boxes area is open 24/7.

Not very happy about the customer service. The guy at the coutier doesn't talk clearly. May be he was busy the whole day and tired. But that is not an excuse. Very little informaiton they provide when asked for. The scale was not stable due to air coming from A/C. It was going up and down by 1g. It was on 50g, changed then to 51 g and back for my envelope. The difference I have to pay for 1g is AED 9/-. I pointed out. The gesture he made was extremely disrepectful as If i were trying to manipulate the scale with my hand which was about a half foot away. He asked to take my hand away and i did, still the same then he agreed to charge the lowest. I wouldn't be going to this place if had a choice.

Closing time is 6 pm. I reached 3 minutes early running from Abu Dhabi but they didn’t allow me to enter saying this is govt building and time is over. Computer not working.

I got my US visit visa assisted by Ms Haydee and Ms Kate. They are quite proffessional in thier field. I would recommend thier services.

This was the wrong address, please don’t go there. We wasted 1 hour searching and couldn’t find anything. The actual location was 4km away.
