Emirates Post - Al Bada'a Post office

I am coming here often, everyone is so polite and fast, never waited more than 2 minutes. Always pleasant to come here to pick up my parcels especially when office man is working

Mr. Mahmoud Yousef has been so cooperative and professional and helped me in my post process

Very weak service the employees are very rude as if we are begging them, this is not customer service representing Dubai, even they don’t smile and they say (customer happiness). How come they are like this and they are opposite to burj Khalifa the most important area in Dubai?

I went to get my Emirates ID, everything was smooth and fast. It wasn't busy there at all. I was in and out in 15 minutes. This is the best Emirates Post branch I have ever dealt with. The staff is very helpful. I would like to thank the staff and manager of Al Bada Post Office branch for their continued cooperation. There is also cold water facility.

SO BAD service!

I had 4 boxes, I called them and told them to send all 4 in one day and I will pay 30 aed for everything, the woman on the phone said okay and gave me an INQ number. The next day they brought me 2 boxes and said 60 ead, I returned it back and said I would not pay. I called them 5 times, talked to different workers, everyone said well, no need to pay.in the end they cheated me for 120 dirhams for 4 boxes, because the delivery guy came on different days, and they do it on purpose! And if I want to pick up the boxes, they said they don’t give! Promised that I will pay 30 ead at a time and I paid 120 ead

I visit Al Badaa Post office, and they act like someone is forcing them to do the job she was very rude and arrogant,

They deliver packages to branches without letting you choose, and the call centre is really poor in responding to calls

Today I went to Emirates Post Office Al Bada'a branch to collect some package. I am very happy with Basheer service today.he is very helpful, he deserve to be in customer service job. Many thanks

The best experience in Al Badaa post office. All the staff is co-operative and soft spoken but Mr. Basir and Mr. Saleh are the gem, patient and always give good smile on their face. Thank you and keep doing like this.

Arrogant and extremely ignorant security staff; my last parcel is not delivered for more than a month since being sent. One of the worst customer’s service of all other Emirates post offices. Sadly Jumeirah branch on al wasl was closed. They were truly helpful and nothing alike this place!

Dear All, please be informed that this branch of Emirates Post office has shifted the weekend to Saturday & Sunday. They are completely closed both these days. Normal operating hours are from Monday to Fridays, 8: 00AM to 6: 30PM. On Friday there is a JUMA PRAYER break from 12: 30PM to 2: 00 PM. Hope this helps. I have also edited the timing. In-n-out in less than 10 minutes, have used this post office quite a few times for a range of services. Clean, large, ample seating area. They have complimentary arabic coffee while you are waiting! Staff are polite and helpful to a point.
They have a token system in place now, you wait your turn as per the number on your token and to the counter you are sent to. They have card machines for any payments to be made.
In terms of parking, its next to the Union coop market, where there is more than enough place.its a "Type-D" parking.
For folks who are sending and receiving packages, its better to understand prior that there would be PO box/ administrative fees (excl VAT) attached.

Asked me to fill my paper away from his disk in order to catch up with two show off girls, when they got there he did everything for them by himself.
When I got back to him I confronted him and he was rude! But then he offered me to type the address my self by passing me the keyboard.

Trust me you must find better security guard and he might be good person from inside. But he doesn’t know how to speak to customers. As he’s the first person to greet the customers. Spoil the day.

Amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I went there to get my ID and I'm surprised within 5 minutes I get my ID.

In general not crowed there. Spacious post office. Staffs are friendly. Plenty of parking out there (paid parking)

Incompetent company with poorly trained (if at all) staff. Parcel arrives and the tracking system says it’s “undelivered”. Their definition of this is someone came to my door and I wasn’t home. I work from home. And someone has always been home for the last week. I call them up. The guy tells me it’ll cost me 25dhs +VAT for collection from Al Bada’a. Or 35 dhs to have it delivered to my home within 4-5 days. Told him I’d collect it. My schedule changed. And decided I’d rather have it delivered. Called them up. This time. The guy quotes me 75dhs to pick it up. Or 81 to have it delivered. Here’s the kicker. It went from 4-5 days. To 14 days.and to add. I need to pay 5% VAT of 1000dhs? The contents of the parcel cost my friend 12 British pounds. I have no idea where 1000 dhs came from. My friend who sent me the parcel insured it for 50 pounds. This equates to 240 dhs. 5% of 240 is 12dhs. I don’t know why they think the two books inside the parcel cost 1000 dhs. This aside. The items are now being sent to a closer post office. And on the text message I receive from them. My name is “Sxott d”. Despite the package having my full name and address written on it. Couldn’t make this up! Will never use again.

Not crowded. I wanted to ship electronic stuff to the US that didn't fit in any of the small boxes available. The team are very helpful and decent and asked me to bring the box that I feel would be adequate and protect my assets. I brought the box which was almost double the size of their existing boxes yet they didn't over charge me. More over they marked the shipment fragile without me even asking it. The cost was way much cheaper (approx 40 US$) compared to the ridiculous prices from other alternative. Shipment arrived in 7 days to the destination in perfect condition. I would defiantly go there again if I ever want to ship anything to the US.

Went there i was asking for help for how to receive my package and the lady on counter 3 didn’t answer first then she look to another counter and said in Arabic to tell this guy to take a token then come to me.

They worst ever. They
made me wait more then 20 min because I was waiting for my number to pass but was problem with system I was asking the security what about me all people came behind me and the pass so he went to ask this lady with glasses and she told him to go way in very rude way so I went to ask her that I’m here before everyone she told me to go back and take other number and wait she was so rude no customer service she know nothing about how to talk to customers that’s not the way how u talk to customers or answer them or how to talk to that poor security guy, it’s really shame for place like this to put worker know nothing about customer service.

Super fast, only few minutes and I was already out with my package. Very nice building and the staff was real nice as well

Disorganized. Long waiting time. Queue machine not working and they get calling people randomly.

Asking me to use their envelope but there was no change for 5 dirham! Luckily there was a foreigner lady helped me. With that kind of disturbing behaviour, now I'm really worry whether my airmail would ever reached Germany. I would never step my foot there if I knew the staff is like a warden in a prison. It was a mental torture that I wish to forget. I should've waited a few days until I reached home and post the document from my home country. I would never visit Dubai again in my entire life.

The people that work the women lack customer service and don’t smile very rude! They just kept talking and don’t care.

It’s 2019, use technology. Please be efficient and follow through with your customer happiness ethos!

The place is a disaster. Huge building with many counter but one person answering customers. Level of service is below average. Staff behaves like they work there as punishment and treat customers with bare minimum of respect. No queueing system. Will never go there again.
