Unfortunately, Emirates Post in Sharjah deserves zero stars for its abysmal customer service. This is sadly unsurprising, considering the company's award for "Worst Government Service Center in Dubai" in 2019. However, instead of improvement, I see a continued decline in service quality.
One major issue is the lack of shipment updates. My tracking information remains stagnant, despite having my phone number clearly written on the package label. When I finally reach the call center, I am met with automated apologies and claims of being too busy to assist. This has happened on multiple calls, at different times and days. Even when I get past the initial message, the menu options for tracking shipments are hidden behind layers of prompts. Perseverance is key when dealing with their "busy" excuse.
After updating my address multiple times, I received an email claiming they attempted to contact me but received no response. This was a blatant lie, as I had no missed calls or messages. Needless to say, I had to call again to resolve the issue.
"Maybe someone at Emirates Post should take a vacation to Aramex and DHL just to see how a real shipping company works. Updates? Customer care? What are those? ! "
I wish if there's 0 star so i can value your services! Now almost one week and my shipment is holding in dubai sorting centre and showing on system (UNDER PROCESSING) how come under processing for one week!? Even am calling many times but nothing happened they keep telling me it's in sorting centre.why guys you hold my shipment there? Why you are not send it to it destination? Why it's under processing for one week? I need that shipment in my country asapand am paying money for that so do your work and stop holding it in your sorting centre.
Even 1 star is to much, package is with them for more than 10 days it shipped from US to here in less than that. They dont attempt to contact you and falsely claim they attempted to deliver and that receiver was absent, but they never delivered anything.
Worst post ever they don’t deliver on time keep packages on hold without informing. And if you had few packages they deliver them separately so they charge you on each one. And they have literally the worst customer service.my orders where on hold for 2 weeks and when I contacted them they claimed that the packages didn’t have my phone number. Even tho i gave it to them they didn’t put it on the packages from there side. Took them a whole week just to put my number so they can deliver. Already told them that I’m welling to collect it my self but they said that it’s not possible they have to do it. And after contacting them for any thing they need from 2 to 4 days. That’s even if the do it properly. Find any shipping company but this one. If there’s any less than 1 star I would give them.
Worst company. Worst service. Monopoly in the region so they get away. I would never use their service if it was up to me! ۔ delayed packages, can't speak to authoriaed person. Promiaes every day which mean nothing
