Worst courier/ postal service ever. Always have issues with my deliveries… half of the time they are lost and rest delayed. Customer care is a joke. They give false information and promises. Would stay away from them if I’ve given a choice! Unfortunately web orders I do not get the option to select the courier/ postal service. Very disappointed.

Very excellent service, price wise very competitive and cost effective comparing to other shipping companies, I would definitely recommend Emirates post and special thanks to Ms Hind counter 1, she was so helpful and kind and she assisted me by finding the best possible ways for sending my shipments in a cost effective ways, I felt so welcomed. Every time we visit this Emirates Post Al Barsha branch, we leave with a great mood and happiness, the service and treatment are amazing! International parcels are delivered very quickly. However, this time, the EMS shipment has not shown any status for the third day: (We assumed that this was a temporary system error but today we called to Emirates Post and found out that the tracking number has been changed by Post. Our official receipt contain previous tracking No! Please explain why did this happened. Is Everything ok with the shipment then? Thank you in advance!

تجربه سيئه للغايه. عدد 3 شحنات لم تصل في الموعد و خدمه عملاء غير احترافيه و لا يوجد معلومات عن الشحنه حتي الان.

Emirates post is the worst
Emirates post is the worst. I have an order with mashreq that needs to be delivered on the 15th. An agent called on the 15th and told me that the order is scheduled to be delivered on the 16th, I replied by saying that’s wrong but I will wait. I reached out to them on the 16th, and one agent (Hozeifah) informed me that my shipment is scheduled to be delivered on the 17th…and that the driver will call me to confirm, no one called after 2hours, I decided to call them again, another agent (ammar or amer) said that’s impossible to be delivered on the 16th, however he will mention in the system that it needs to be delivered the day after before 10am. Today is the 17th, the driver called me at 12: 30pm and said that he will deliver today. I told him that my shipment supposed to be delivered the morning, he said that in his system he can see that it needs to be delivered before 12pm for which I replied that it’s already passed 12… anyways we aligned that he will deliver at 4pm. I called them again at 4, I told them that the driver didn’t call me, they said that they will ask the driver to call me and align on timing. I canceled many programs today because of their agents wrong info and drivers taking their sweet time and playing with my day. I’m still waiting till now for my delivery and no one is taking action. This is the worst experience I had with a delivery company ever and this made my experience worse with Mashreq

Opened a couple of years ago, must have been around 2020 to replace the very small location that was near the Mall of the Emirates.

As a result huge improvement in customer service in this spacious and modern post office.

Very well organized and helpful and friendly staff.

One of the major advantages is that it has its own customer parking and even if this would be full there is plenty of parking next door at Barsha Mall.

Very bad! Never delivers on time and you don’t know where to follow up. If you call call center forget about useless 15 minutes every time. Tracking number? Well it shows forever: it is active in status… And they deliver your needs in the air anytime they want

Hope that everywhere in UAE will be the same service. The people who's working there they were just an amazing. Sorry I don't know the names of the personnel just mentioned that where ever u r Emerati things is going great. Thank u for your support and kindness!

Only 2 counters out of 10 are working
Had to go 2 times just to receive a bank statement
I wish banks stop dealing with them and just use aramex
their agents over the phone are rudely blunt and don't listen carefully

Emirates Post never deliver and use the same excuse every time, "there was no PO Box on the address". They then charge you 30dhs + vat to deliver. No one uses PO Boxes anymore, these guys are thieves.

My experience was very bad. With the price 400 Dh of delivery the post office didn't packed my box. Its came to country fully opened. The information was given not professionally and un careless. I still have a picture from post office in Ukraine. They saying it came from Dubai already opened. I believe if UAE checking, they MUST packed professionally

Yes parking is terrible, best advised to go early in the morning or at noon.

Organisation though is worse, deliveries take ages. Got a phone call that the package was ready only to come here and find out it wasn't.

Best to bite the sour lemon and pay the 20 DHS to have it delivered to your work or home. Saves you the stress really.

The most expensive cargo i have never had in all my life everything is expensive and the service is very bad the rates soooo expensive before the box was charged for 30kg now it’s only 20kg and they make the 1kg more expensive than before.also if you suppose to receive smth you had ordered online and it’s coming through this post you have to pay 32aed everytime u will receive somth even though if you already paid the delivery charges online, they will charge you again and again, and all the time the delivery guy doesn’t have change for your hundred dirhams and you have to leave more than 32 aed this is tooo much i don’t like at allllllllll this post

Everytime my family send a parcel to me from UK I get a message saying emirates post tried to deliver but no one was home and that they have left a note on how to collect my parcel. This is false. They never bother trying to deliver and they never leave a note. Going to the post office is really inconvenient as the branch closes at 15.30 so I have to take time off work. To make matters worse they closed my local branch with no notice and no signs left to tell customers where they had moved. Just an empty shop. The new branch near the park is nice but access is poor. They have a wheelchair ramp that leads into the dirt with no paved path.

The closing time is 3.00 pm. I reached there at 2.50pm but they said the Post office is closed. I’m talking about EM POST Al Barsha. So disappointing!

Waited an entire day for a parcel delivery, only to get a text message saying they couldn’t deliver the parcel, to call their call centre. I was home the entire day waiting on the delivery, no call, contact; just a two line text message at 20: 30 at night. When I called I’m told there are certain circumstances that caused the parcel to not be delivered! Where is the customer service; how about a little more professional behaviour and why should the Client have to call when EP failed to do the delivery. So disappointed in how this was handled.

Called more than 5 times to get my shipment and driver was not answering then on my 6th time they have promised delivery in 10 mins, I have waited 2 hrs then called again, they told me that the shipment is back to store and we have closed for today. Super professional

Agreed to the reviews about the staffs/ call center agents. Two agents Sameer and Sarah both was not helpful at all. They did not know the nature and background of their work as their knowledge about their work is very very limited. They sent me a notification for a package we were expecting from USA. However they kept on insisting that it was from Germany and NOT FROM USA which was totally wrong. They even asked us to call back the USA shop for confirmation which was insane as the details were clear. They could have at least mentioned that it might have been rerouted to Germany then to Dubai instead of being narrow-minded and kept on asking us our confirmation and tracking details was wrong and we should call back the company. You were the ones who sent us the tracking in the first place and it matched to our package from USA. That was a very incompetent advice and service to your customer. Pretty clear they are not happy with their job. Perhaps they should improve their skills and attitudes first before they can even move forward.

The local guy (at least looks like local with his attire of Kandura). Rude attitude, unprofessional, no respect, negative body language and speaking tone. A guy who would prefer to say “No” to any queries in the beginning so that the customer will leave the place. And believe me, the way he does the job is as if he was forced to sit on that desk! Why should we customers suffer because of these guys? ! Time to change this attitude guys.

I like the place. Everything is quickly even so there is always busy. And staff are nice. Specially Lady. She is very kind person with good attitude. Only problem that the place is very small. Sometimes people have to wait outside.

Rude and unprofessional member of staff with very short temper. On asking some clarification for the charges, he starts raising his voice and making a scene. He definitely needs some customer handling training as it portrays a very bad image of EPG. I have been to other post offices and the staff are mostly polite. Eventually, we paid and dont even know what it was for as he refused to give parcel without that. As a customer I think everyone deserves to know what they are paying.

Small post point with 2-3 counters. No queue when I visited (~ noon). Sending an envelope abroad costs around 20 AED and takes up to 3 weeks. Location is average and parking may be hard.

Once you get to the service counter things are quick. It is a busy place so be prepared to wait awhile!

Last time I had collected my Emirates ID from this branch, it was prompt response.

Only issue is no parking is there nearby.
