Emirates Post - Al Qusais Post Office

I am regularly visiting the Centre. The service is excellent all staffs are good especially Ms. Nadia is very good. Highly Appreciable

Counter 3 staff very rude and non cooperative at all, she asked unnecessary papers which not required anymore and told that she will not release eid until i provide this paper, as pro i know emirates post rules and regulations and she is running this post office by her own rule and her attitude is not acceptable at all.

Very rude and mean staff!
Although the branch is not busy at all, the staff (Specially one) are very demanding. I was going to open a company PO BOX there, firstly I wanted to show them my token number paper, as you do in every public office, they said "put it there, put it there! " Pointing to a small stationery basket. Secondly i had to provide them with company documents, I asked how can i send them to you?
They said "GO OUTSIDE, PRINT. COME. " Very loudly!

I never expected to get this kind of treatment in any offical and/or public bureau.

I have visited this place twice, both for collecting Emirates ID. This center is not at all crowded and can collect our documents/couriers in less than 5 minutes. Also, this place is easily accessible using the metro!

This branch is handled by a group of really professional staff. And special thanks to Ms. Hezza for the support to give us to hold our old PO box number.

The lady on counter number 3 is rudest customer service representative I have encountered ever, she didn't even listen to my query and asked me to leave and started laughing at me with her colleagues speaking Arabic as she was very happy by not helping me. She don't deserve even one star.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD.
I went to the post office today and the lady was unprofessional and extremely rude. Hopefully one day she will find a job that makes her happy because I can tell that she hated what she is doing.

This pin which you are showing as Emirates post office is completely wrong. Change it as soon as possible. Actual location is 1.5 km far from what pin shows. Thank you

First, the location is wrong, I've suggested the edit but double check before you go, it's actually two streets further than what is currently shown.

The service is really poor. I had a package coming from Britain and I had already paid 18£ shipping (AED 80) but once it arrived it was not delivered to my house and I had to pay another 37 dirham as their service fees, tax and for using a public post office.

Using private companies is better. I will not be using Emirates post again.

Good service. As Dubai is maintaining an International Standard in all sectors, I personally recomend to train the employees communicate in good english.
Nice and friendly staffs.

Very poor customer service, especially the lady staff sitting at counter 3. Her English is very poor and not helpful.
