Since i started visiting public office here in UAE, I have never been disrespected like today in Emirates Post Office-Hor AL Anz.
So today i Left Abu Dhabi to Dubai to collect my staffs EID (about 30 EID in total). I took my token and was directed to counter 2. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional in all aspect of her job.
Firstly, she asked me who the EID belong to, and politely explain the EID are for my staffs and i am the Manager of the company and presented her my EID.then she ask me to present hard copies of my candidates applications which i did. She further ask for the contact number which my applications is being registered with and i gave her as well. She didn't even look at the documents she requested
she further ask who use the number receiving update about my candidates EID statue and i told her my admin.
I was surprised she ask me to bring my admin from Abu Dhabi or bring all my individual staffs to collect their EID.this was funny because i have been collecting EID for my staffs from Deira main post office on weekly basis without such restrained and unbiased altitude.the most funny part of the story is, while i was still there, about 10-12 people came and pick up EID for their candidates and love ones.i had to call my admin to leave the office to come to dubai to pick my own staffs EID. I even try to ask her to check my EID as we belong to same company and i am their manager but she refuse.we wasted almost the whole day for EID we paid for, this are some of the reason businesses doesn't last long here.please try to send your staffs for training if not possible, get professional ones.
Very very poor customer service staff have no manner how to talk they all lady very rude very disappointed if you early morning they destroy your mood all day
The lady in the customer office don't know customer service. When I ask her about my emirates id I gave her the paper and then she tells me to read the application number. And I was like? Aren't u suppose to read and type it down on your computer? And then she said it's not ready but it's almost 2 weeks and still not ready. I recommend not going in the morning here it will make your mood really bad the whole Day even u come to this post office happy and smiling at them it will ends up in a bad mood when going out.
I went there today morning for paying telephone bills. Their service is excelent and appreciated. I asked for saperate bills for each number but i didnt get that. But the counter staff clearly explain the reason and serve me better. Thank you for your support.
Visited for collection and witnessed a big number of people.there are 4 counters and only one is operating which results everyone a big waste of time while waiting for their turn. By far the worst place I've ever visited. Been waiting for my turn for over an hour and I'm not happy at all.

Impost I've got the chance to deal with such a wonderful staff over here 'Sayed Qandeel'. Who manages to make my experience superp. Otherwise I feel the location is kind far and I do face alot of traffic to reach here.
