Emirates Post - TECOM Post Office

The worst service. Everyday they said someone will call me for my package but nobody does. It’s better to go to their facility and pick up. Unfortunately emiratespost has been the most underperforming organization and still remains so

Excellent service and they showed so much patience. If you are paying by cash, take exact change with you. Best option is to pay by card.

Terrible! Do not send or receive anything with them. They will be super late, the customer service is not helpful and they will not manage your delivery in a proper way. Avoid it at all cost

Place is great compared to Public Postal Center in Karama. They have 2 counters but only 1 counter is working (Indian Staff). The other counter is only watching from her phone even theres a long people waiting on the queue.

Pregnant woman carrying 9kg heavy package for sending, and got turned away because I arrived 4 min before closing time (which is at 3: 30!). Thanks, great service

Very bad service. Too slow. If you are in hurry don't come as you will be late. Just for 1 person they take around 20 minutes. Very disappointed

The worst service in UAE
I have requested for my ID to get delivered since 36 days now and still no delivery.
The location is very difficult and you can't park.

Seriously the worst customer service in UAE.

Worst service ever, had to wait 1.5 hours to get my EID, instead of delivering it like what a postal service should do, talabt has a better service. In a time COVID asking people to wait that long in waiting rooms.

For anyone going to this Emirates Post Office by car, you can park car in Knowledge Village Parking (Search on Maps) or on its road side and then walk (2 to 3 mins) to Emirates Post Office (Block 8) by maps or ask any security guard. Don't expect any sign board for Emirates Post Office around roadside. Collecting Emirates ID will hardly take 5 to 10 mins.

The Emirates Post in TECOM has the BEST customer service. The support I received was thorough and timely! Issues are dealt with at a professional level and solved at once. They deserve a solid 10 out of 10.

Good. But only This place is very limited s. You cannot order a receipt to this public address.here you can get only letters and documents.
Don’t try use Public Zip Code for big mail and parcel. Because your order you will collect from HUD office on aeroport side of city.

Better to close this office. Staff are not service and customer oriented.poor service and they deserved a no star at all.

Worst experience in Dubai. I went to collect my emirates ID and found customer service desk. He is dressing as Emarati and chilling on the phone while laying on chair! Asked him for Token and didn't move his head a inch and continued talking! I waited and he hanged up and said I TOLD YOU WAIT! I replied, you are chilling on phone in your duty time and let me wait even without talking! He said ITS NOT YOUR BUSINESS. I'm still shocked! How customer service desk can used inprppoer words and insult customers! His name was Mahmoud Yasin.

Very quick service, just head to axis information desk get token for Emirates post, i had registered mail coming from uk, had to pay here also in the office not sure why but overall good service

Simply horrendous.
Beyond pathetic.
I posted an item via express post with tracking, which never arrived. I visited the office and they said I didn’t put an address on the item.
Yet the same person watched me fill out the address on the form, prior to sending.
The service is inconceivable.
