I received delivery his name i think delivery sajive delivery date 15/01/2024 time 2.45pm delivery boy its very bad behavior he talking tune its bad like behavior also its a customer can't accepted like this kind off behavior

I had a shipment from a bank, scheduled the delivery but no one came, Tried to call their customer service, nothing happened! I decided to visit Emirates Post in Al Rigga, talked to Mr. Mohammad Hamidu and he called the delivery centre and in just 5 mins, someone called me to deliver my shipment. Amazing assistance from Mr. Hamidu. He was so helpful!
Very bad service! I went there to send a parcel from here to my home country.the lady in the counter is very rude and keep using her phone, watching videos and keep laughing while I was talking to her and asking questions, she did not even look at me. Poor service. Worst customer service.
Couple of days ago I went to this emirates post office to pick up a mail. Both the ladies on counter 2 and her colleague were super friendly, welcoming and professional. Truly a happiness center.
I went to collect my ID at first they asked me to collect a appointment paper from desk once my number being called I went to counter 4 there was lady she told me go to counter 1 when I went to counter 1 she said you have to go counter 4 what the heck they both were busy in phone talking over foreign language (arabic) At last counter 3 called me said your ID isn’t ready yet however just to know simple answer you have to run around counter to counter like rat Worse service ever they don’t know what they doing at their job just setting and breaking the chair.
Very poor service, doesn't understand English very well, even the security cannot understand to give the directions how to get queue ticket. Very disappointed.
Quick service. Not crowded place. All the time need to tack a token.sending parcel to other countries need to submit copy of invoice and need to fill a document. No photocopy service available. Cash and Card service available for payment.
Very poor service by AL-Rigga post office staff. They don’t know the procedures. I have to wait 1 hr to get the service. Very confused staff. Train your staff before appoint. Disappointed! No respect to customer!
