Emirates Post – Al Muhaisnah Delivery Center

No body answers the phone, my package didn’t arrived yet.after 2 days delay from the expected delivery time by the office

My deliver date 20 April
I shedule for evening
the delivery is called me 2 pm I told him before 3.30 I will be there he told ok.then I bring taxi and I call him before 3.30 he picked the call he told me his duty is over for 3 pm Tomorow I will bring your delivery. I told fine
the same number today 21 April I call him he is not profesnel he don't know how to talk and handle customers.he is not responding proper way just sent the customer service number.he left the chat.disappointing

There is no one here and the office is all shut.
I’ve been waiting for my package to be delivered and nothing was send to me. No notifications or emails. Last time my item was sent back and it wasted 3 months to try to arrange for it to be delivered again.

Customer support is good just that not prompt in service. On top of paying the delivery charges with the supplier we will still have to pay for local delivery and there is no counter pick-up if you want to skip paying this fee. The delivery will never take place as promised and they deliver at their convenience, not at the customer's convenience.
