Emirates Post – Al Quoz Delivery Center

I was supposed to be delivered yesterday on 22/01.but no news from them! The package is stuck at their sorting center. They said they would call me back, but no one is calling! In 3 years in Dubai, I have never seen such a deplorable delivery service.

Been trying to receive my parcel for more than a week, I call them everyday and they keep saying someone will call to arrange delivery, yet nobody calls. Extremely incompetent, the package is urgent as well as it has medication in it, not sure how much longer I will have to wait to receive my parcel because I cannot even go and collect it from them

I am waiting for my parcel since 3 days. It’s showing Emirates Post Al Quoz. Still i am not received my item. Very slow & poor service. My parcel ID- 1000023772003.

Very poor customer service. I have been expecting my amazon delivery from them and the delivery failed twice already without any call or any explanation from their team. Getting in touch with their customer service team would require so many attempts - takes tens of minutes to answer you, and doesn’t help at all! Whatsapp’ing and emailing them are also almost useless means of communicating with them! I hope Amazon doesn’t have to use them for courier. Really poor service from Emirates Post!

Spent 40 mins waiting to collect a package by myself and they still charged me 35 aed for delivery.

Worst experience ever. If you have an urgent request, don’t bother waiting as it will not be delivered to you in time no matter how much you request them. I must have spent AED 150 or more for calling them from time to time since yesterday to request an urgent delivery but no luck. The package is out for delivery since 8 am and not yet delivered to me (it’s 2pm now) I stay in greens and the delivery office al quoz is only 10 mins away. They are not even giving me a choice to pick up my package directly by visiting them. So disappointed and helpless.

I never received my package, said they couldn't deliver it, that was a lie, nobody called or nothing! I sent them 3 emails with the instructions and they still didn't deliver it and now they sent it back! Worst service.

This delivery center is a joke. Change your slogan "delivering happiness ". You are delivering only unhappiness

Hello, I'm not satisfied at all. It's been two weeks already I haven't received my package from France.your delivery man left me a message and I work until 7: 30 p.m. Suddenly I have no time and my day off which is Saturday you are not open. I would like to know if my husband can pick up with a photo of my ID and others. Thanks very much

Dubai is an exceptional place where services, especially the government ones are delivered with efficiency and customer satisfaction in mind. Sadly, this particular service has not caught up with the others. Countless follow ups and all you get is "please wait for the call from delivery guy", who sadly still hasn't delivered after 2 days.

Extremely overpriced. I ordered package from aliexpress. Delivery cost from China - 2,5 USD per small package and Empost charge 32 AED to deliver it to door and don't allow to collect it from post office.

Very bad service, I have been calling more a week, absenting myself from for 3 days just waiting for my package and no show till now. I really feel disappointed. Because when you call they will tell tomorrow tomorrow but absolutely nothing. Very very very bad service.

Worst service ever. I have been waiting for parcel and Emirates post keep saying it’s out for delivery even on 3rd day. No one calls or informs before delivery. When delivery comes finally, they put service / delivery charges on package without informing customer and without realizing that it’s a gift shipment and payment was made in full by sender to fedex. Then even when agree to pay unnecessary fees, delivery says our card system is not working, pay cash without any receipt given. Emirates post you are extremely inefficient and waste customers time and money.

Awful service. I paid for delivery to UAE with self pick up from here. They forced me to pay AED 40 for “delivery” service. Which delivery if I’m here to collect my goods? Service

Disaster organisation. 22 of June Emirates I/D of my child was printed. Received SMS. Since 24.06.21 I/D is not moving from delivery center, Al Quoz. Daily calling: same answer, I/D in delivery center. We will arrange email. Important thing is there is no responsible person. They are not giving no any contact, no location. I don't know to whom i have to address.

Extremely poor services, they don't deliver on the dates even after confirmation. And delivery charges pretty high even for a smallest package. Customer care guy was on call with me for 12 minutes and all he can say is wait sir. Extremely poor service. Every time I use Aramex this time I did a mistake by selecting the EP.

Terrible customer service, overpriced and they do not disclose the information they should. They sent my package to the wrong state very unprofessional. They do not even reply to emails nor do they correct their own mistakes save your money and go to aramex it might be pricier but at least your package will be delivered and you wont have issues

The customer services very bed and they have promised me more than 3 times that they well deliver the goods and called me back they never does.really disappointed and i loose too much mony because of that shipment delay.

I wish i can give below negative! Your customer service is undeniably worst.lack of coordination, slow and unethical! You should be awarded as no. 1 worst center in the world.your'e a shame in the whole dubai.i won't be getting any service from you, i rather die that dealing with them again.

تجربه غير سعيده على الإطلاق لان الموظف (س) وزميلته أشعروني بانني غير مرحب به وكأنني في زرتهم في المنزل او ملكية خاصة.
دخلت الساعة 6 مساء تقريبا وكان المكتب فارغا من المراجعين والنوظفين ما عدا س وزميلته وكانوا يضحكون عاليا لكنهم سكتوا ونظروا لي نظرة استغراب (ماذا تريد) ؟! وتوجهت للموظفة لانها القرب للباب لكنها قالت ان علي أخذ تذكرة من الجهاز عند الباب فعدت وأخذت التذكرة وتوجهت اليها لكن س طلب ان أجي له هو!
لماذا والمكتب فارغ والموظف اللي على اليسار هو ااقرب؟!
لو فيه اقل من نجمة ساضعها فورا لهذا التعامل من الموظفين في هذا المركز.
لكن بالنسبة لمؤسسة البريد بشكل عام فهي عريقة ولديها خدمات رائعة. منها ان الشخص الذي اتصلت به على 600 واعتقد ان اسمه قصي كان جدا مفيد في معلوماته التي استفسرت عنها وهو من وجهني الى مركز خدمة لكن للاسف تمنيت ان اذهب الى ابعد مركز واجد معاملة طبيعية افضل من المركز القريب.

Worst Customer service ever and worst delivery timing commitments and giving wrong information.

Very poor service. Couldn’t even buy a stamp or send a letter at the post office. What is the point then?

Disappointing service. Only one clerk is serving everyone. All the other desks are empty. Very long wait which doesn't seem to bother the administration.

Emirates Is collection, PO Box Registration and renewal. Service is friendly, but little slow. Nice Arabic manager, funny and helpful
