I would like to say thank you to Doctor Mohammad Younis for his surgical expertise and his clear instructions that eased my son's worries and concerns. To Nurse Gail Rhona for being nice and helpful with all our queries.

We would like to share our joyful experience.
Just a month ago we blessed with a beautiful princess and this happened only because of a great hospital (Emirates specialty hospital Dubai health care city) medical facilities and the best team of doctor's.

I was diagnosed with GDM during pregnancy and priscribed glucophage and insulin doses and other vitamins. Dr. Shalini was like an angel for us. She supported and guided me in a very positive way throughout.
I was worried because we had to plan early delivery and my parents were unable to reach by then but Dr. Shalini just said one thing that I am not your mom but like a elder sister to you.trust me that was the moment I felt strength and energy to bare the contraction pain and deliver Normal cute little daughter.
The staff was extremely helpful and warm to us. I was very comfortable and treated very well. Dr. Shalini is one of the very experienced ob GYN. Her way of treating and handling pregnancy and delivery is absolutely commendable. Highly recommended for your gynac issues.

Then our next struggle strated. Our baby was admitted in NICU for some medical reasons, after 6 days she got discharged but those 6 days the whole NICU staff and doctor's team was treating her to get her normal and they did awesome job. Many many thanks to Dr. Monika and the entire team of NICU.

Motherhood is the beautiful journey but not less than roller coaster ride. It's truly important to have the best Gynaecologist and Neonatologist next to you to have surreal experience to give a birth another little human. Mine was awesome and memorable just because I was lucky to have the bestest medical facilities. Doctor's.nurse's.and the whole staff from Emirates specialty hospital Dubai health care city.

Dr. Amjad, Pediatrician in Emirates Specialty Hospital

We always entrust our son’s health to Dr. Amjad the moment he was born until now and he is already turning 4.

We knew it has always been the best decision we did when we shifted to him as our pedia (he was also recommended by my colleague way back and I couldn't be more grateful for listening), he is not only a pedia for us but feels like family for the exceptional care he gives.

He was still in a different hospital when we met Dr. Amjad. When we heard that he moved to Emirates Specialty Hospital, we opted to buy new insurance so we can still go to him.

Although, we tried different pedia as well in between but Dr. Amjad’s combined medical expertise with a kind and compassionate approach sets a reassuring tone for us as parents and to our son as well.

From our first appointment with Dr. Amjad after giving birth, he has demonstrated a keen understanding of our concerns being new parents and he still does until now, he is always taking the time to listen attentively and address each question with patience.

What sets Dr. Amjad apart is his genuine interest in the well-being of my child beyond the immediate medical needs. His personalized attention and follow-up care reflect a commitment and he is always reachable on call or whatsapp making sure everything is okay during recovery period/after check-up or any tests.

It's evident that Dr. Amjad is not just a skilled medical professional but a compassionate advocate for children's health.

In times when finding a reliable and caring pediatrician is crucial, I consider myself fortunate to have found Dr. Amjad. I wholeheartedly recommend him whenever my friends, colleagues, or even in Facebook/social media mom groups. I encourage them to visit Dr. Amjad especially being an expat here in the gulf, it’s really a challenge to find doctors whom you can trust and doctors who do the job from their hearts with sincere care. Whoever from them try to visit Dr. Amjad gets the same treatment and care thus they continue to go back to him as well.

No wonder Dr. Amjad’s schedule for appointment is always fully booked, Thank you so much our dearest Dr. Amjad. God bless you and your family even more.

We are also happy that Dr. Amjad is now with Emirates Specialty hospital, as the hospital itself is well-maintained and equipped with a child-friendly atmosphere, making each visit a positive 5-star experience. With the recent provision of the play area, the friendly supportive staff and warm hospitality and care of nurses, with same warmth and efficiency, contribute to the overall positive impression of the practice. Except one comment in pharmacy! Waiting time and hospitality of staff in pharmacy department needs improvement I believe.

We had appointment with doctor Sulaiman Khattar for my sun Yahya Jarbou health issues and he was very helpful, professional, outstanding knowledgeable and help my son to recover quickly. We are grateful to know him and we planned to go for regular visit for health checkups for my children Yahya and Zeina. Thanks again to emirates specially hospital and team.

Wonderful experience with Dr Linda Alhajwan dermatologist, she has taken great care of my health as well as lovely to speak with at every appointment. Dr Linda has done legs laiser treatment for me it was one of the best experience ever with no pain even including bounce area, quick and apsolutly outstanding experience. I would defently recommend Dr Linda to any patience who are looking for highly professional and qualified dermatologist.

Dr Omar Duhaimat (Edndo.) & Dr Azhar Schett (Gynec.) are the best specialists in town.they give the patient enough time, discuss honestly the case and give the right advice.

Dr Linda takes the time to actively listen to your medical concerns before performing any examinations, which I find very professional and refreshing.
I visited Dr Linda for a second opinion for a suspicious mole that did require immediate removal. I’m extremely thankful to have come across such a caring dermatologist with such a gentle approach during procedures.
Dr Linda is now my go-to doctor when it comes to any skin conditions, especially moles.

Dr. MACIEJ JAKUB PAPIEZ is a highly recommended therapist. He always try to make me at ease during the session. I feel satisfied with his service. He explains well about the progress of the therapy. We always had a great chat during session which helps me feel comfortable. Thanks Dr. Maciej

One hour waiting to get vaccinated? ! If you can’t be punctual with your appointments don’t schedule them. Simple.

One of the greatest hospitals in UAE they have a professional doctors and nurses they know what they doing for their patients.starting from emergency to saying goodbye they have parking area and valet parking as well.
The door located from inside of Dubai Healthcare city.
Also, walking distance from metro station around 5 minutes.

Dr. Amjad is extremely professional, he take his time with each and every patient, he shows a lot of patience and kindness and offers a lot of support. Thank you!

Dr. NARENDRA Prabhu is awesome. Not only has he taken great care of my leg injury, but also is so nice to speak with at every appointment. His personal touch and care for a patient as a person with amazing quality of medical care. My whole family visit him in event of any orthopedic issue. I strongly recommend becoming his patient.

Oud Metha Branch - Horrible customer service and consultation process for a tier 1 and prime hospital in Dubai. I've been waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time for who-knows-what reason. I don't think they respect appointment timings at all! I also had to call FIVE TIMES to follow up for a simple task of them sending me my lab test results. Not to mention the required parking ticket stub which is a Covid risk since they needed the stamp like the old fashion way meaning hands are involved so not really sanitary. This is surely my last visit in this branch. Never again.

Terrible customer service, or lack thereof. There is no receptionist, the staff does not know where the main reception is and we were directed to several different places including the ER’s reception. The dermatology receptionist tried to let the people with an appointment after mine in before me when I had been waiting prior to their arrival and the patient before me was still in with the doctor. My first and last time at this hospital.

So many specialties and the best Doctors in Dubai. It's an amazing Hospital. For all the health care needs. Thank you guys.

تجربتي مع العيادات الخارجيه وبالتحديد الرسبشنست بالطابق التاني سيئه. في وحده مغربيه محجبه سيئه بالتعامل وبتتنفتر. وجدا وقحه. طبعا اذا حست انه مش عاجبك بتقول روح اشتكي. تعامل جدا سيء وبطيء في تقديم الخدمه. ومش منظمين. للامانه توقعت خدمات افضل لمستشفى بهادا الاسم.

تم إغلاق المواقف السفلية وإعتماد خدمة صف المركبات إحترازيا" بسبب كورونا وهذا إجراء غير سليم حيث أن موظف صف المركبات يتنقل بين جميع مركبات المرضى مما قد يسبب كارثة في حال كان مريض أو أحد أصحاب المركبات مريض، اقترح فتح المواقف السفلية وإلغاء خدمة الصف، مع وضع معقمات وكمامات في المواقف السفلية.

Very difficult to reach them on phone as they often don't answer the phone. What kind of hospital doesn't answer phones!

Have been done 2 surgeries on my knee. The staff is highly professional and helpful. All request I had were carrying with care.
The facilities are good, food is good as well.

اسوء خدمه من وحراميه كنت دافعه10000 قالولي احتياط واذا طلع ارخص بنرد الفلوس سبحان الله طلع بضبط ب10 موول ما انصح حد يجرب هالمستشفى التعيس والنيرس تاخذ وزني وطولي وتكتب على الكلينكس الصراحه اول مره اجرب مكان جي تعيس هالكثر

Unfortunately the worst customer service ever i meet, i called them 10 times just to get an appointment, each time they gave a promise to call me back and they didn't, for anyone goes there i say good luck for him getting appointment.

من افشل المستشفيات بوجود طببيب عمر غدد صماء وسكر واسوء الناس خلقا انا مادري وشلون صار دكتور لا حلق ولا احترام لشخص اللي قدامه ولا لحاله المريض الصحيه لو فيه تحت الصفر تصنيف صنفته اصلا كثيره عليه كلمت دكتور لانه مو قدها حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيه على كل الم تسببب لي فيه

We had a great experience with Dr Amal Alqudrah and with all delivery, nurses and nursery staff

Dr. Amal is an amazing Doctor who knows everything about the patient situation and she gives alot of advises and alot of believes to the patient, after 1 CC delivery in Al garhoud Hospital, and for second delivery Doctor Amal came and helped my wife to go with a normal delivery, with careful monitoring and great support, Alhamdulela my wife done yesterday with a normal delivery

Dr. Amal knows exactly what to do why to do and how to do, we will be forever grateful for her

Emirates Speciality Hospital is an amazing place to feel the care and the support from all, I believe they care about people same like they care about their families

Extremely poor customer care, called them several times to check on my appointment which got cancelled and been waiting on the line for more than 30 minutes but nobody picked up the line. Customer care team has to get improved.

خدمة العملاء سيئة جدا مفيش حد بيرد علي المكالمات ولا تاكيد ميعاد الحجز وخدمة الأشعة والتحاليل سيئة وغير منظمة مما أدي لهدر الوقت والذهاب عدة مرات لعدم التنظيم بشكل عام لا يوجد تنظيم والانتظار يتخطي الساعتين لو ذهبت في ميعادك.

تم التواصل مع الإدارة وأبدو اهتمام كامل وفي انتظار حل المشكلة وعدم مواجهتها في المستقبل

Delivered my baby here in October 2019. Both baby and I received excellent care under a great team of doctors. What floored me completely was the nursing care - simply the best I have ever come across. State of the art facilities, neat and clean. I would like to thank Dr. Jayacy and her team along with the nurses who was there to provide all support. Dr. Jayacy you are such a wonderful doctor and you always make me feel so safe. Thank you for being the best doctor for me. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot thank enough Dr Zbiggy and Dr Harris for all that they have done for me and my family. Not only are they great experts but also caring and kind people. From operation to after care - they have kept me informed, positive and cared for.
Dr Zbiggy performed urgent microsurgery decompression that brought me back from agonizing pain to pain free life in just a few days. I did not even need pain killers after the operation.
Deeply grateful that we have such experts as Dr Zbiggy and Dr Harris here in UAE.
Final thank you to the nurses and doctors who kept me comfortable, lady that brought us food every day with a smile and cleaning stuff that made sure I am never disturb for too long.

The receptionist Muhammad gave me appointment for Pediatric Orthopedic whereas I asked for Orthopedic.

المستشفى ضييق. الممرات ضيقة و الغرف و مناطق الانتظار. في الطوارئ غالباً ما تنتظر دورك على طول تدخل لأن ما عندهم زحمة. إذا تعرف دكتور معين و سامع عنه سيرله غير جي شي مستشفيات أفضل.

Complete joke.
Went to emergency room where I got stuck for another 9h to end up going home with paying God knows what amount for them telling me to take antibiotics and scedual appointment with gynecologists where I've been in pain and apparently had a good poisoning.
Then went back to ask cuz thrre was no common sense to give me all results and bill, where I paid twice for doc consultation, where she came to tell me that will be sending me to ct scan and ultrasound, HAHAHA, a joke this is consultation? !
Can only say they do not have a clue about what they are doing and never gave me any explenation what could have been, never did any test and Godnes did I ever ask you to take beta hcg, where you clearly need a sample of my stool. They are just simple word thiefs! And here I am after 2 weeks still do have pain and suffer from God knows what cuz of such a people, looking for another doctor as I am scared to go anywhere becuse of this experience, where they rob you off and send you home like nothing!
