I'm very satisfied with Emirates Sportsmed and specially with Dr Zahra Shirazi who follows me since the beginning for my double fracture tibia-fibula. Dr Zahra is very professional, kind, and available for any question. It was my first experience with such injury and she really took the time to explain me all the steps all the rehab, she pushed me when it was needed and helped me a lot through this journey with different techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling.a lot of mobility exercises and strengthening. After 3.5 / 4 months, my leg is back to a normal shape and I'm able to walk properly again and almost ready to start hard exercising again.
I highly recommend Dr Zahra for a serious follow up and a strong skilled physio.

I had pain in my knee almost one year after my ACL surgery. After two session with Zahra, the pain and knee clicking has at least halved and the strength has improved.

Zahra Shirazi is absolutely phenomenal. I came to her for physiotherapy due to issues with my lower back and neck and I would always leave every session feeling better but she also would always go above and beyond and helped me fix my sleeping posture which helped speed up my healing process.

Zahra is a highly skilled, amazing physiotherapist! In just 3 sessions my shoulder is so much better, much looser and pain free. Zahra is very knowledgeable with many techniques under her belt that she uses wisely, tailored to the individual person’s needs. Thank you Zahra!

Nice experience there for physical therapy for ankle stretch, Dr. Zahra is really nice and patient with me for a quick recovery However, the reception is not as professional as we expected, that's why 4 star is a proper mark I can give

Daniel has been treating me for my recent Shoulder Stabilisation, I have had a fantastic experience with him and will continue to use his services for anything going forward, very knowledgeable and friendly! Tried numerous time to call this clinic, no one answer the call, it goes into a voice mail and inbox is full, so you can't even leave a message, call their clinic mobile, no one answer, and sent WhatsApp, no one replies.is this the worst clinic customer service?

I attended Emirates Sportsmed physiotherapy sessions in November-December 2022 after my ACL&Meniscus surgery. Daniel was my physiotherapist and he really helped me to recover after the surgery fast. He showed me all necessary exercises to make my knee work again and passed a lot of knowledge on how legs work and recover. I also had a few sessions with Saad, which were useful for my progress too. The clinic has all equipment and tools you might need to rehabilitate from injuries: cooling machine, electro-stimulators, little gym, etc. The atmosphere was always friendly and energetic. Thank you for your help!

Mr. Saad is by far the best physio experience I’ve had in the UAE. His knowledge and passion for his work are second to none.

I want to share my experience first! I had pain in my left knee started in 2008! (Yes 2008) and since then, I have tried all the possible things to get it fixed or at least reduce the pain including physiotherapy, medication, herbals, oils & creams.whatever you can imaging or think of! (except a surgery! Since it was not recommended by some of the doctors based on the MRI and X-Ray results) and I was just living with a continues non-stop pain since 2008 until I visited Mr. Saad who is really very expert, passionate and knows exactly what he does! Thanks Mr. Saad, I'm better physically and mentally now!

I never thought that I will be able to walk for long distances, standing for long time without pain or touching/rubbing my knee a million time a day. So thanks a million Mr. Saad!

I've been doing sessions with dr.saad and I've been doing way better than before. I had a lot of pain in my shoulder blades and neck muscles and now its almost gone. Its progressing pretty quick as well.

I had my ACL recovery surgery with dr, massimo and it went great. When I went on for physiotherapy with Dr, saad Abdul faheem. It made all the difference, he was with me step by step, wrote and drew the exercises for every week, progress showed from the first week, everything he said would happen, happened. I followed the exercises that needed to be done at home, and the results were showing in his classes. His attention to details was amazing and on point. We’re at 13 sessions and my knee feels back to normal, on the 5th I was out of crouches and supporter. And now, I’m already at the gym and going through my daily life like normal. Highly recommended

I have been undergoing treatment with Saad Faheem for a couple of months now and I’m super satisfied with the experience.

Saad has been able to diagnose chronic issues in my lower body muscles and biomechanics that different therapist had not identified and with careful treatment and exercises I am almost back to normal despite multiple injuries and surgeries.

He is also very professional and pleasant to deal with, communicating clearly every step along the treatment and the reasons for every action.

I have visited this clinic and had an appointment with an italian orthopedic, he did not check me at all sent me direct to Xray and prescribed me physiotherapy and told me first 5 sessions and then come back for more… it felt I was just a cash cow, my insurrance rejected the Phisio because the doctor did not follow the protocol, I was in pain and he sent a 2 words report to the insurrance. He ignored for more than 24h to reply to the insurrance with a proper report ignoring the fact I was in pain. The manager of the clinic sent me email saying they will send a report that i have pain for 6 years so it will get approved, I was so disgusted and shocked by their attitude I asked to escalate this to higher management they were supposed to call me back and again ignored so this is why I’m posting about experience. Result today morning went to Mediclinic and got a proper consultation and got checked properly with a very ethical and professional doctor, result: medication and Phiso approved straight away. There is good ppl in this clinic but the manager and some doctor are dodgy and will milk your insurrance!

Ms. Rasika Ajgaonkar is very professional physiotherapist. She identified my issues and did a complete physical examination. The best thing about Mr. Rasika is her patience and her motivational skills. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

Great physiotherapy especially with Rasika. She’s working on fixing my shoulder inbalance and weakness and after few sessions I can feel a lot of improvement already.

Dr. Saad is following my rehab following multiple shoulder dislocations. He is doing a great job and I felt a huge progression after few sessions

It is not easy to combine high professionalism with education and kind manners. Ms. Rasika Ajgaonkar has shown that she has both qualities and I would like to congratulate her and the hospital.

Saad was really helpful and professional and was meticulous in explaining to me the different aspects of my ailment. He works very hard and I felt improvements and will continue physio with saad. He is really good at his work.

This rating is for the customer service not the dr experience. They are Terrible never answering phone calls, never do their job giving back results of tests or follow up!
Decided to go to them since they never answer.reception is empty @9: 30am rest is for u to decide u want such medical services when are in need.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went in for a Bodpod test. Had to see their cardiologist before I could schedule an appointment. Gave me the all clear, and after giving my details to reception no one called me back to schedule. Called them next week, and was a promised a call back. Nothing. Typical. Don’t give your money to people who won’t give you their time.

UPDATE: They finally called back and accommodated me. The experience was quick and instructional. Will endeavor to go back again in a few months time. Recommended

I had a great experience with Dr. Zahra. My shoulders were in a lot of pain and needed surgery but she was very helpful and after a few weeks working with her, I am in no pain and do not need surgery anymore. She is very caring and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease during our sessions.

DR. KETAKI SHARAD is one of the best physio I have been so far.
From the past 10 years I have been visiting so many clinic for my neck but the pain never went away. I found Emirates Sportsmed on Face book and took appointment with Doctor Ashok Kumar in DHCC. Dr. Ashok is a very good Orthopedic Surgeon. He clearly and in detail explained me on my neck issue and told me that I can get rid of my pain with proper physiotherapy. Luckily I got DR. KETAKI and I am glad that I got so much relief with just 5 sessions. I found DR. KETAKI to be extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable and would highly recommend her.

I had a long issue in my knee that prevented me from practicing my normal routines; Dr. Zahra was the one to help me out to overcome the problem and transform my position being unable to bend my knee to the moment I'm now lifting 55 kg leg extension, 200 kg leg press, Squatting, dead-left, etc. The technique followed by Dr. Zahra was both encouraging mentally and pushing physically. I’ve been to Dr. Zahra for 10 physio sessions so far and the improvements I’ve got to my neck and back are remarkable. The different technics she uses combined with precise exercises that she recommends help me immensely.

Today was 4th session with Zahra. Possibly one of the best Physio therapists here in dubai, and I almost have seen them all out here. Zahra goes the extra mile to make sure that you are feeling better, understand what is the root cause of the issue and most importantly not address only the symptoms but make sure the function of the joint as a whole is at its optimum. I have had a knee reconstructive surgery about almost 2 years ago. While I’m back to sports, I’m not at the pro level 100%. Zahra has gotten my confidence back and treated the nagging issues that didn’t seem to go away with purely medical intervention. I believe she is an asset to the center and for us athletes in this city. I cannot thank you enough Zahra for everything you are doing. To reiterate, Dr. Zahra Shirazi is a phenomenal therapist who has not only helped me in healing my injuries physically but mentally as well. She is very compassionate towards the patient’s needs and restrictions, if there are any, and takes it all into consideration and offers her treatment. She knows just how much a patient should/can be pushed in making him/her do the exercises at home in order to keep the therapy ongoing at home as well. I speak for myself here. She makes herself available over text when needed and also follows up herself about my well being.
In last almost 5 years of therapy I did not have that in any of my therapists. They were good but Zahra takes it a notch higher.

She is an asset to your facility and would like to congratulate the team for acquiring her in your clinic. I hope you share this note with the Upper Management as they should be aware of the asset you have found in Zahra.

I can't even express how much Dr Zahra Shirazi helped me with my back pain and how grateful I am for her work. She was a game changer for me with this injury and one of the very few people I could trust and rely on. She was always encouraging and put lots of effort into my recovery. I had back problem issues and I was referred to Dr. Zahra Shirazi for physiotherapy.
Honestly this was one of my best referral in the medical field, Dr shirazi is one of the most experienced physiotherapist I have ever met knowing that I always has issues in my back.
She is not only aware of what she has to do but also gives attentions to simple details and explains everything going through the sessions she is the kind of Dr that doesn’t rely on machines during her sessions instead she works on exercises with her patients while focusing on the source of pain and healing it rather than temporary snoozing the pain.

Only five sessions with dr Zahra were enough to heal my pain.
