The five star is for the service they provide. The food I would rate 10 out of 10.they go out of the way for just one persons order at suhoor and Iftar I would rate more than 5. So they don't deliver where I live and they have sent me food here thrice and didn't charge me extra where my total bill was under 50 and their min for my area was 100 aed. This year 2021 again has been amazing with them. They truly are an example of giving more during ramadan. I wish there are more outlets which are near my place.

It was a great experience with emili chili.
I ordered Beef shami
chicken bihari Rolls and kahusa.
Food was delicious.

Had a terrible experience at this restaurant.
The counter staff, Syed Muzamil, misunderstood our order, initially giving us veg instead of non-veg. When corrected, he replaced everything with chicken despite our request for beef, causing issues with our guests. Numerous items we didn't order were included.
Despite mentioning allergies, our guest suffered from food poisoning, and the staff showed no concern. This seems to be a recurring issue with the restaurant's poor customer service and disregard for quality. Considering reporting to Dubai Municipality for food control and services. Recommend choosing another restaurant to avoid similar problems.

This is the authentic Pakistani biryani and bun kabab! Burns road style! Emly Chilli is the top place in my list whenever friends and family visits. It is my weekly place for biryani cravings! The food is amazing and the staff is super supportive, especially Muzammil. My children do not eat too much spices, so I always request Muzammil to put more white rice in the biryani, no onions in bun kabab, etc etc…he happily customizes my order. The warm welcome makes me visit this place over and over again! Keep it up guys!

Ordered Mutton Biryani for delivery. The taste of the Biryani was good with melting mutton pieces. With the quantity I fell the Biryani is pricy and the packaging for delivery is average with this price. Packaging to deliver the product can be improved.

A Family and friendly restaurant, Emly & Chilli is topping my list of a must-visit-spot when I crave a yummy plate of biryani or a bowl of Khousay or simply enjoy the ambience. Staff is very friendly and cares for their customer.

A great dining experience of authentic Pakistani Street food where you can try various charts to bun kebabs, bar b q stuff and awesome sauces. Prices are reasonable and two people can dine for 60 dhs easily.

Moved to a new location in Oud Mehta awesome shami bun Kabab spicy and chatpatta it has that unique Kabab. And burger fusion taste, there are enough items like kathi rolls and chat etc etc

I can find all kinda good snacks from bunkebab to rolls to chats to BBQ. All good taste. But they don't open branch in barsha or else where. Pls

What at a amazing food, exceeded expectation, we ordered beef kabab, frm the presentation to taste and great value for money, evething ia super amazing about this branch EMlY CHILLI, at central food court Deira. I will suggest everyone should come and try their menu.

Emly Chilli, basically a Pakistani Restaurant started in 2009. They have three branches at Mamzar, Oud Metha and Deira City Center. They also serve Indian food.

I visited their Oud Metha branch where we can find ample parking in front of the restaurant. Their dishes are prepared freshly and served hotly. They bring chicken from Pakistan and cook within 24hours and if it exceeds 24hours they don’t use and they don’t use any frozen meat strictly.

Their Bun Kebabs, Rolls and Barbecue dishes are fast moving for their extraordinary taste. Apart from these they have Chaat, Briyani and other varieties.

Food I tried:

Channa Chaat was too delicious with the mix of all spices, loved this chaat

Dahi Puri is my any time favorite and the taste was like how I expected, I relished thoroughly.

Veg Bun Kebab, loved the filling which tasted yum. Bun was too soft, a good choice for vegetarians.

BBQ Chicken Wings was totally a drool worthy and good choice for all chicken wing lovers. Pls don’t miss to taste.

Chicken Briyani - totally different and tasty Briyani prepared in Pakistani style. Loved the masala and spices used. Another dish not to be missed.

Rasmalai was so fresh and a delicious dessert to wind up all the yummy food.

Amazing Chaat, They have special offer on Tuesdays for Unlimited Chaat only for AED 20. Great Taste, Crunchy and also the best is their Burj Khalifa Drink

The chicken peri peri I ordered taste really good but kinda small in portion at the price. The puri is amazingly good.

Interior was kinda fast food style but with a style

I ordered bun kebabs (daal) and peri chicken wings from them. 2 stars for being punctual but The bun kebabs were spicy and the chutney wad old which caused several of my family to have stomach upset and vomiting. The chicken wings were mostly tiny in size. Hugely disappointed.

No testy only dry steam colored rice with dry chicken.

The delivery was done on time and even when we ate after a while, the parathas didn't become chewy and they were just amazing!

They have changed their location and moved near Haji Ali Juice centre near Lamcy Plaza. We had are usuals! Biryani and Rolls.and were delicious as expected!

It is the most amazing place for desi food. The new place is spacious and looks much better with a huge public parking right in front.

A restaurant which serves mainly delicious and authentic Pakistan cuisine. Some of these cuisines are similar to some of the cuisines served in India. India’s and Pakistan’s food are 99% same and has mainly similar flavors so we did not feel coming to another world when we dined here.

Emly chilli is very famous restaurant from Karachi, Pakistan. This restaurant serves some amazing Buns, Rolls, Kebabs, Pizzas, Biryanis, BBQ Platters and Desserts.

The Décor is done quite well, they have used quite a few neon lights. We also liked self service style of ordering here at this restaurant.

They have more choices for non-vegetarians and very less choices for vegetarians but were good enough for us to have a good meal.

Excellent food and service. Very kind staff. Please request the management to open a branch in Al Barsha, it’s very far for us to come to oud Metha. Overall very happy.

The Quality of the food is ok, but price wise its not worthy.they had service issue as well, selling a chicken added role for 12-18 dirham is too much expensive, other items also not worth buying as per prices. The newly OM Branch is a nice place to attract dinning customers but still the Service issue will be a question mark as always with EMILY CHILLI.

This week has been really enticing in terms of food experiences. Recently, we had a visit to @emlychilly Oud Mehta branch and we were really impressed by the vibrant environment of the restaurant. The best part about this place is they were observing all the social distancinf precautions which is high requirement of this pandemic.

Coming to food now, they have variety of veg and non-veg options. Out of their huge menu, we tried:

Chicken Khausay
Mix BBQ platter
Chicken Tikka

The Khausa was tangy in flavour and was really delicious. The BBQ platter was a perfect portion for two and was served with rice, fries, puri paratha, salad and condiments.

You can have special discount of 20% if you are @zomatuae pro member. Not just that, you can avail a 15% discount on various credit/debit cards as well. In short, it is a value for money place with authentic asian taste.

Food was just OK, not very delicious. Pulao and paratha rolls were better than other dishes. Prices are a higher than the taste they serve.

Kabab roll is good and the Chutnies are really good. But Bunkabab is average.needs a lot of improvement in that.
Pakola is available for the pakola drink lovers.

A must for desi chatpatta delicacies. My go to place whenever I want to have a quick bite without any fuss and tantrums of a full scale restaurant. One of the earliest restaurant where I discovered chkn garlic mayo roll for the first time in dubai. So always a special bond with this place. Menu has decent variety too.

It was fine.

They could definitely improve their customer service and reception but perhaps the late timing of my visit may be a factor in the neutral welcome by the staff.

Food (two rolls) was fine but not special enough to draw me back.

Rolls are good but they have increased the prices. They have combo deals which they dont have it in menu. Sneaky!

The rolls and bun kababs are to die for. But a hidden gem is their Khausa. A traditional dish with ingredients such as Noodles, curry, meat and of course spices. Lots of spices

Out of this world. Bro.the taste takes me back to the street of Pakistan. I have not had paratha roll or seekh kabab roll. Also the RABRI was bloody awesome

Famous for their rolls n bun kabab if you are looking some desi chatpatta snacks this is the place to be at. If you love spicy food you gotta visit this place

Ballay ballay food, eat their biryani and you will not regret. Seating is not executive. Don't arrange wedding treat for friends there but can take your friends and families there casually.

This place served good chicken roll, they have Pakistani roti and normal roti, but i will go for the normal roti, their burger are superb, and am still gonna try their noodles and more over friendly customers service and a clean place.

"I have tried the Chicken Tikka from here and needless to say, it was full of chilli. So I moved on to the Biryani and found it to be spicier than I could tolerate but then they do have an option for less chillies but that was unbearable too (and I love spicy food). Their Pulao was the oiliest, most disgusting plate of rice I have had in my life and I did complain about it to them but they just can not be bothered. I do not state negatives about a restaurant but these guys really upset me with their attitude upon my complaint. Highly disappointed.

Ambience: This place is setup like a fast-food chain. The seating capacity is average and the atmosphere is that of any fast-food kind.

Service: The service was quick but the staff really needs to improve on their people skills.

Food: I don’t even know why this restaurant is still open. The food is not edible at all.

Location: The location is easy to find but the parking is a bit of an issue so have to wait queit a while during peak times.

Recommendations: This place lacks a lot of key factors and I don’t think I will be going back here unless they improve.

A super casual fast food kind of place that serves very quickly. They are very popular for their rolls & biriyani.
Unfortunately, my personal experience wasn't a pleasant one as the roll that I ordered felt like it was a little undercooked. My husband loves their roll and when I had a bite from his roll, it tasted so delicious!
They often have good offers in store as well as for delivery. Many of my friends who work around Oud Metha orders from here often.

Excellent Pakistani food and casual snacks. The outside is a bit dirty and smelly with lots of ppl smoking right next to the door. Prices are reasonable and staff is very good

The place has some variety on its menu but it is known mainly for its paratha rolls. This place has most of its food orders to go. Seating place is limited. The place offers some Ramadan specials. The place has street parking outside (mostly C zone).
