Emporio Armani Dubai Mall Of The Emirates

This is not particularly with the store but more to do with the clothes they have, i have been shopping at EA for over 3 years now and i guess i will finally hang in my boots, here you are talking about a famous brand but i guess they make disposable clothes rather than clothes which you can at least use for 6 months, i use a small size Tshirt and these Tshirts shrink to XS size, so i moved on to medium size, and they too shrunk to XS size, so typically every month i am spending over 1500$ at the MOE and Dubal Mall stores, not sure why i am doing it but i guess its time to move on, i did let the sales guy know about it and also took the Tshirts for them to see and they would tell me “ohh we are also wearing the same clothes and we wash it in washing machines and nothing happens “ but strangely they have no answers to my problems, bottom line i haven’t had the best experience and have blown a lot of money for clothes that shrink, luckily my 8 year old can wear it when he turns 10

Huge shoutout to Nafisa from the boutique. As soon as I entered I was greeted by her warm and welcoming demeanour. She has impressive knowledge about a wide range of products, as well as how to care for them. She also displayed a commendable sense of fashion and consequently helped me find good matches for clothes. She didn’t mind running around the store many times to bring me the items of choice, all the while being attentive to my needs. Above all her friendly nature and professionalism was admirable. She’s definitely a valuable asset to Armani and I wish her a fruitful career ahead.

Amazing place to shop, very friendly staffs and massive choices of outfits. Emporio Armani, Mall of the Emirates is the place where I enjoy my shopping.

Luxury goods and services, many options available for all age and gender always delighted, great experience definitely and the location is very strategic, you can enjoy Armani coffe as well.

Have been a very Big fan of Armani and it pains to write this review! I was given an appointment for made to measure at 2 pm and I went to the mall especially for this appointment exactly at 2 pm! Upon arrival I spoke to a sales guy about my appointment and he asked who gave the appointment? Upon seeing my what’s app message he very rudely replied that that gentleman is not working today abd we are busy now with a client! When I pressed thst I had an appointment he said leave your number and we will call u back! Is this the level of service from such a reputed brand? When asked to connect me to the manage he rudely replied back saying that everyone is Busy! If this is the way they treat their regular clients how would they behave with public? And the sales guy needs to be reminded that he is not Giorgio Armani himself but just a salesman

I love armani and most of my favourite stuff is from this brand. Came to moe armani and checked what's new in.but so disappointed staff are just watching, too many sales associates standing and not attending guest's. Very bad, you want to buy something ended up going out and go to store who's staff is approciable. Need to trained what is costumer service. Very disappointed.

Zero quality LUXURY BRAND experience.
Came there for an exchange and the Item they proposed me was damaged. Fine, I asked if the manager could drop the price since the item was not ok.

"yes we call you back"

After 3 days: N0 CALL.

Ok, never mind I come again to see something else.

Can I try this: NO, we dont have your size.

Can I try this: NO, WE DONT HAVE YOUR SIZE.again for other 5 items.

Then I gave up. Got a Credit and left FOREVER.

My advice (I am not an hater, take this as a way to improve) :

NEVER SAY NO to a customer

NEVER WASTE their time

You sell PRESTIGE.

You sell the EXPERIENCE.

You are not selling the Item.

Hope you improve and represent Armani in the right way, he deserves it.

Also, the shop in the new clothing section in Dubai Mall has a distinctive character,

The staff is slow and incompetent. One salesman even told me I looked 20 years older than my age, seriously!
Not a single client in the store and you need to wait for 1 hour to have a watch resized!
If you expect service and expertise, just go anywhere else

Very poor quality products. I bought sunglasses and a scarf the lenses of the sunglasses were scratched and the scarf became fuzzy after only one week of wearing and looked bad.

I hope there was a ZERO rating which you don't even deserve. Ignorant and lazy salesmen. Grumpy faces and not even attempting to smile, act nicely or even be optimistic. That's miserable. Bottomline, your sales personnel would still require a lot of training in terms of dealing with people in the first place, then perhaps in terms of intelligence and addressing your Clients' requirements. You are getting worse on a daily basis and I promise I will never ever think about buying any of your products again. I am utterly disappointed and you are completely not recommended for anyone on this planet. What a shame!

Pathetic manager (Houssam), very rude and caught him lying the other staff confirmed his lies. Definitely the worst Armani globally, they're products are most probably fake.

Good show room but pathetic staff. No customer service at all, the staff were very rude. I don't know what is the staff thinking if they are working for Armani, really disappointment for me.

I bought 3 Armani T-Shirts and all of them are bad as quality. Overpriced and they didn’t approve to change.
