زياده عمدان في منزل بدون تفكير في تصميم الداخلي
و بعض عمدان ليس لها حاجه

لديها ضعف شديد في تواصل مع مالك و مع العميل

أسوء مكتب استشارات هندسية خلصت ڤيلتي قبل سنة وياهم وااااايد يوقفون في صف المقاول و يوم الواحد يعطيهم فلوسهم ماعاد يردون علي ولا يساعدون بعد الانجاز ،، و يوم توقعون وياهم كل العقود ضد المالك ويبالها مراجعة قانونية من مكتب محاماة لأنها مكتوبة بشكل دقيق بحيث المالك ما يحس انه يتنصب عليه و يأخرون كل الڤلل لأنهم ياخذون رسوم اشراف اضافية يعني كل ما أخروا البيت كل ما استفادوا
ما انصحكم تتعاملون وياهم أبداً و بتكون غلطة حياتكم و تتبهدلون

واللي متوهق معاهم حالياً ، قسم اصدار الانجاز بالمنازعات مايقصرون

Extremely poor service, terrible project management skills. Lost a lot of money because of hiring such a firm. Be aware!

This is a warning: DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Choosing this firm was the worst mistake of our lives. It is unprofessional & horrible at project management. We are a young couple that wanted to build a house and I am not joking when I say that Adnan Safrini firm cost us almost 1 million dhs in damages. They will always take the contractor’s side even if he is a fraud (our contractor is currently in jail AND they still take his side, just because they have the same nationality YES!). Even if you talk directly to the owner of Adnan Safarini (we talked to him over 5 times) NOTHING happens. This is a warning to anyone wanting to build with them, do not be fooled with their “reputation. ” This firm was famous in the 1980s, now it’s almost 2020 - and they are still operating like they are in the 1980s, mismanagement, old practices, no documentations, all talk and no knowledge. Please save yourselves and do not hire them. It’s my responsibility to warn everybody!

Probably the most famous and respected engineering and architect in the region. They're excellent project managers too.
