Really have very bad experience with the Ensure Services. It’s 3 days now just get replacement of the charger which was on warranty before. I never told that this gona take this long. I could have ordered new by myself. It’s office laptop. How come you guys can’t give the laptop charger in 2-3 days. Your customer care is really poor. I have been told that I will get the call back in 30 mins. But still no call. I am trying to reach them now but it seems they are closed.
Dear All, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Raja and Palani for their technical expertise and help on fixing one of my clients old HP Proliant ML350 Server.
We were in serious situation that our clients 25 years data is almost gone due to server failure because of UPS failure/Power backup issues. This server was the only source of our clients financial and operational data. Also support for their legacy ERP application was not available any were in market.
When my client approached me I have done initial investigation on server on hardware part and I managed to fix by replacing few spares. Even after the hardware issues were fixed we are unable to enable the server logical drive and is was not booting. I approached Ensure (Rendington) directly and with their technical expertise and advance data recovery systems they have not only retrieved our lost Data, also fixed crashed server OS with out re-imaging or reinstalling windows. Thank you soo soo much Mr. Raja Balasubramaniyam. You are good expert and greatest savior. You went out of the way and saved us. I really appreciate your dedication and expertise.

Very good service. Thanks a lot to Mr. Raja B, very helpful and very supportive, he understands our situation to do the data recovery at the soonest possible time. Even met us on Sunday to deliver the new HDD with recovered data. Great job! Highly recommended.
After waiting for a whole month (payment in advance was done) I was told the original part is not available Even the after market part was not available
No respect for the customer No respect for time
A lot of promises A lot of sms's and emails ended with with being ignored by the technician (Sauban) and the call center agents (arabs and non-arabs)
Eventually had a phone call from redingtone company (local accent) telling me the parts are not available
They even initiated the refund without informing me
Sadly they do maintainance for most of the popular brands
One of the worst service I met.gave my laptop for display replacement on 12/07, they said will take 2 weeks, after 2 weeks no one tried to call that there will be delay, after finishing the 3rd week they said another week (part delay) as the part will come at the end of the week.guess what; again delay as the part didn't come. Till now the 3 weeks after the finishing the 2 weeks initially written in service contract & till now nothing done. Shame!
Warm welcome, smile, efficiency and integrity. Theses were the undeniable characteristics from all staff there. I have to be honest, going all the way to Qusais I did not expect that type of service as I thought of the service done, it would be so dry and just results oriented, yet I was surprised by all staff especially Mr. Thayeb and Mr. Kumar who both helped me and finish the issue in 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend the place to all my friends.
Very bad service, they promised to give laptop back in 5 working days and it took 15 days, got my laptop yesterday and now it has another issue due to this fix again asking time for the fix and creating new job order so that they can charge company again. Annoyed with their service.
They ask me for reparing tablet 950 Dh.this tablet i bought it new before 2 years with 1000 Dh.what is funny.new same tablet now is just 550 Dh.very bad and dangerouse people.i think even they dont have manager who accept this fool things

They take very long time to repair the items. Even they took 3 days to estimate the cost. Don't understand why they take weeks to replace just the battery of a laptop.
Very very very very very very bad experience, technicians there like to delay delay and not work as what they told the timing.and no one reply calls, technicians no answer phone calls for work issues and no landline got answered.very bad experience.no next time go to them.and there is consumer complaint hotline, i must do it, not caring about client and wasting client's time too much!
I took my laptop for a warranty repair a few weeks ago. Reception was friendly and the laptop delivery process was smooth. The repair took around 5 working days and they fixed the issue for good as far as i can see.
Raja and Shijith are the best brain at Ensure Services that helped me in making my laptop back to normal without any data loss. Their services are remarkable and hassle free. Really appreciate for their hard work. Best of luck for their future endeavor.

Bought ASUS vivobook NOV 20, not able to start, good to have international warranty (bought in other country), called asus 800 number and confirmed warranty, to let me contact this service center. In industrial zone but not difficult to.find.
Can you change the microphone for the call center team? It took me 10 mins to understand what he meant because the line was cutting and it was very noisy behind the guy. It looks like he was on some mountainous area
Worst customer service possible, never buy a product from them, I bought a part it was not working when I opened the sealed I returned to them they said i have to buy a new one, very unprofessional staff and very unethical way to doing business
Authorised service centre for HP Products. I think they’re also authorized service centre for Thinkpad, Dell, etc. I’ve given my HP SPECTRE for service (screen damage) and delivery after service was very prompt on time with properly serviced
Replacement battery and mains adaptor for Dell laptop would require minimum 7 to 10 days on special order.
3rd party company sourced and fitted original replacements the same day, including collection and return, for almost the same price (less by a few dhs).
I can say with confidence that Ensure services is one of the worst service centers I have dealt with.rather they has set new standards of poor services. I gave my laptop 3 weeks ago it took them 10 day to give the initial analysis report (as opposed to 3 days of promised time) and now from past 2 weeks I waiting to know when will the unit would be ready. Their call center line is always busy (that's happens to the poor services companies) and you have to wait around 25-30 mins to connect to the agent. Every time I spoke to the call center agent I was assured that this case is escalated and someone will call me same day to provide me the details, I even requested a manager call back. So far nothing is done in past 1 week even after these escalation.
One of the worst customer experience. Beware guys. I read the reviews but still went ahead and gave my laptop for repair. Two months in and still waiting for an update - not the laptop.
Worst thing is you cannot reach them at all for an update. Their toll free number doesn’t have a call waiting system which means every time you call the automated message says please call later. Online chat is managed by a chat bot which says please wait and a team member will assist you. You wait for hours and nobody turns out. You send an email and you will get an automated response saying ticket has been raised and somebody will contact you. You keep waiting and nothing happens. Only way to reach them is go in person to the rat hole of a place in hamdan where you cannot find a parking.
Guys keep away from this place otherwise you will regret like me.
First of all, they took two weeks to diagnose my laptop. And I had to call their customer hotline and stay on for 15-20 mins for any service to be provided.
After rejecting their quote the laptop was returned to me in terrible shape with scratches all over.
1.office is available till 10pm on the pamplet which i received from carrefour, when i visited everyone left at 8pm, and their workong hours is till 8pm only
2. I gave my laptop for repair which is under warranty (Mouse pad was not working) and they mentioned that its repaired due to some.exe file was missing
3. Now i am facing the same issue
4. Latptop pickup request i did, so for no one has contacted
Worst experience ever.especially if you don't live right next to them, cause you have to pay them 100 visits. After giving them my laptop for the 5th time in the last 2 months, they kept it for 14 days just to send it back with a report saying the laptop has no issues at all. I didn't rush and wrote a review instead I waited for the issue to rise cause I was so sure that it will happen again, after 7 days from my last visit something happened, (screen is attached) I don't know if they just dismiss the issues in my under-warranty laptop or what, but I wish someone could help, cause I spent 11,000 AED on a laptop to have a piece of mind while working on it, instead, I am just giving them the computer, they format it and delete all my files and programs then after weeks they give it back for me to have the same issues again and again.
I had given my laptop and was told 3-5 working days later I would receive the quote, got upset and started calling after 7 working days! They still have my laptop at time of writing this review. I work with laptops and know what parts of my laptop needed repair but since it was under warranty I took it there plus it needed battery replacement as well! Now after one month of back and forth emails and calls (which take 15 minutes to get off hold) they have finally sent the quotation exactly 1 month and 7 days later! They are charging 2000 aed for repair and have listed the same part in the quotation twice as it has 2 names (upper cover/ lcd top cover 570/380 respectively)! This is unbelievable service plus unacceptable rates! Even in worst case scenario I wouldn’t recommend these guys if u have hp laptop they also have a sharaf dg authorized service center go there rather than here! Edit: Ok so finally the edit is here! Cross the road over to Al Ain Center aka computer plaza and the first shop to the left is computer plaza go there instead I had been given my quote within 2 days of submission and full repair was done in 4! All the listings ensure had done had been wrong as only the hinges and hinge covers needed replacement! Ensure were charging 225 per hinge and 120 per hinge cover along with other listings that totaled to 2250 AED computer care gave me the laptop fully repaired for just under 400 AED! Please just save the hassle and go there instead of ensure services!
Extremely poor service, struggling to get my laptop fixed. The product is in warranty, the Abu dhabi team is very very slow, they ordered a wrong part and again placed a new order, seems all non technical people who are clueless on their own. Products.
Very poor customer service. I bought a laptop from Jumbo online. Next day delivered. It took around 5.5 hours for laptop initial setup. After that also browser hanging, setting popup hanging, slow, totally problem. I took the laptop and visit to nearest Jumbo branch, 4 of their team members opening pack and verified. And finally told to me, no service people now you keep here laptop and once the service person will check and tell your laptop is eligible for replacement or repair OR you can visit ENSURE. Finally I have visited one of their ENSURE servicing centre for their review, they hae kept my laptop for checking for replacement and finally they have repaired and given to me. Even a single moment I have not used. Without replacing a laptop, esure have repaired and given to me. Very careful to deal with this.
They have a very bad call centre, you keep calling and they don't reply, bad cervice, not matching with the introduction they mention as a very professional, in fact they are not
The tech support received given was extremely swift and helpful and customer service was very understanding, given the time we visited the store was close to closing time. Overall it was a smooth experience thanks to the Business development manager Bodhisatya Bhattacharya's excellent management skills displayed along with coordination of the other employees there, notably, the engineer Anil Salve.
I have purchase premium gaming monitor HP OMEN X Emperium 65 which was not available anywhere in UAE from any other Dubai store. I arranged it from supplier in Europe and have it delivered here. The product unfortunately appeared to be faulty as the menu joystick was not functioning. I approached HP customer service and this is what followed: 1) HP customer service agent confirmed that product has global warranty 2) HP customer service agent recommended to submit product to authorized service center (Ensure Services in Dubai) 3) After 3 weeks HP authorized service center didn’t provide any feedback and once I called them they said that there has to be new part ordered and it will take them 5-6weeks 4) I approached back the local HP customer service and after another one week of chasing them for solution HP warranty claim department agent (and then supervising manager) told me that it not their problem because it’s from Europe. Apparently HP global warranty means nothing, despite what they have originally confirmed and after they recommended to proceed with local UAE service center. 5) They wasted 4weeks of my time to tell us that it is our problem and they will not deal with because it is from HP Europe – this is coming from HP office which is part of HP EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region
I personally never experience such a poor customer service when the agent even yelled at me after I asked repeatedly why they recommended UAE authorized service at the first place. I would never expect such an unprofessional attitude and carelessness from company like Hewlett Packard. Very disappointing experience.
Disaster! The call center and the technical teams are just disaster! Basically, they don't know what are they up to! Just ruins your device and will return it to you! BTW, Why do the ensure service employees leave comments!? This is too unprofessional! Even here they confuse people.horrible
1st service on my laptop ACER PREDATOR 17X GX - 791 WORTH 3,400 USD or 13,700 AED (screen replacment) inside laptop 8 screws hold big battery and out of 8 there were only 2 screws FIXED. 1 screw was original and 2nd was taken from speaker inside the laptop and screwed into battery which wasn't fit there and i had that ocward noise like somthing was broken inside.
2nd time after 8 months or so my laptop was freezing - hanging, as soon as you power it on (for disclaimer i have job documents on this device filed and saved)
So this time i recieved quotation for matherboard replacment 15,000+ AED in which they provide you warranty on 3 months only - "redicules". Brand new devices with 1 year warranty is cheaper! (THANK YOU ACER)
I said no, of course, when i went to pick up my device after sometime, reached home and powered it on, you wont believe, the 4k screen on laptop wasnt working anymore. There is no any light or whatssoever, screen is completley dead.
I CALLED THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEY SAID BRING IT TO ONE OF OUR CENTRES AND WE WILL TAKE A LOOK. "MYB IT IS DUE TO DEVICE WASNT IN USE FOR SOME TIME".

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - HP Scanner issue 1- Will promise a call back or update on status and that never happens without follow ups
2-Customer service executives will keep repeating the same status that is on the website For example: parts are ordered we will update you once ready.there is no point in calling customer service as they do not add any value like giving real time updates, other than the ones on the website
3-I had given my HP MFP for scanner issues, HP Scanner error 17 and error 23, over the phone the engineer told me that the scanner assembly needs to be changed, instead they chose to put the device on 'Observation and diagnosis' for almost 2 days.
4-Now that i read the scanner issue is very common, the service center is not proactive in holding such commonly required parts in-stock, instead choose to blame the vendor for delays, in my case who I assume was HP OR blame customs for delays, which is unbelievable.
5-Happily advertise whatsapp services, but will only answer to messages after 6 days, and also will give the same update found on the website, no real time updates, i have been watching the same status on their website without change for almost 4 days. Once they chose not to answer you they will stop replying.
6-Will promise to give you HP's email contact for escalation and will not reply after that.
7-Will never give a fixed timeline or no commitment to deliver the repaired device.
8-Totally unreliable, after being a HP user (different devices) for several years and recommending to several people, I would be hesitant to recommend HP anymore and neither Ensure services.
9-to save time on logistics, I personally delivered the machine to the service center but to no avail.
I am still waiting for my printer to be returned, will update after I receive.
