The quality of service provided by EPSCO is very professional and reliable. The commitment towards their customer service and in executing maintenance related jobs are warranted. At times, their rates are high, but it comes at the peace of good reliable service.
Sijumon has been a great point of contact for the company and assisted on many occasions.

Manager did inspection and sent quotation based on inspection.

The guys came on scheduled date an hour late, already bad, and upon opening the grills informed me that the insulation needs to be changed because of mold.

A) this should have been checked during inspection.
B) they should have come on time and finish as per schedule
C) insulation price changed is 3 times the job

When work was done I was told it was all finished but could see the return air still untouched.

Not good Epsco.

We have a great experience with Epsco. We are dealing with Epsco from last 3 years. Carrying out top of the line service and value for money. They are attending all our emergency works like any types of AC issues, electrical and plumbing works as well as kitchen exhaust/ecology units and grease trap cleaning.

I had a problem that my contractor spilled paint, placed rusted metal, generator oil, and scaffoldings scratches on my indoor and outdoor stone tiles, i used few companies who fail to clean, and some others rejected to continue claiming that they only can restore 50% of the problem.
I was desperate till i was introduced to EPSCO. I was totally amazed! They restored 90-95% of the tile stain, and now i can hardly notice anything, plus the tile feels silky.

I rank the company 5 stars for quality of service, and commitment to solve my problem and investment.

This company not only damaged my AC (it went off for unknown reason over 5 days) they use the cheapest most smelly insulator in the market, they didn't answer my calls and gave me excuses for weeks to the point I had to report a complaint to customer rights for help
