Worst agency ever! I had travelled to Oman with my family and had asked this agency to apply for UAE visit visa for my mother in law, which they had advised that the approval of visa and issuance would depend on the immigration since it was during the Eid break. So they had not applied stating that the immigration would not be working, however after we insisted them to apply, they did and the visa came thru in a day and that too during the Eid holidays! But we only got it after the Eid holidays so we had to stay in Oman another day and bear the costs for that day as well! On checking for updates from the agency regarding the visa, they didn't even give proper responses! On asking for the application number on 11th of July, they weren't giving it to us, although the visa was approved by then! Never believe this agency in what they say and claim - especially Suhana and Anuraj were the worst people to deal with, since they kept lying and didn't give any kind of support! Infact they are applying for visas thru Air Arabia and are not even doing it directly! Might as well approach Air Arabia directly and not go thru these frauds!

The best thing for which I am thankful to Equator travels was the arrangement of vehicle to take us to the airport. Two buses one for family and one for those traveling alone was arranged and they made sure that everyone has reached before leaving the pick up point and that we were comfortable until we took the boarding pass.
