Er Dang Jia Hot Pot / 二当家串串香火锅

My first time here but super disappointed. We arrived at 7:30 pm normal dinner time, and their beef tongue didn’t supply at all after finishing around 7:45 pm. The staff replied me they finished at noon time and how come we still had it a bit. It’s a lie. It doesn’t make sense at all! It means they have severe inventory issue. Or they just don’t want to supply.
Wala I WILL NOT COME AGAIN SO DO MY FRIENDS.
Not recommended at all.

Worst experience for hot pot. Not clean. Vegetables are not fresh. The chicken and meat tasted really bad. When cooking it smelled a lot

I asked for lemon, but they did not have it. I had to go to the grocery store to pick it up. Otherwise it was not edible.

There was no parking nearby.

I would never go back

Best hotpot option. I literally drive from a far to have the hotpot here. They have good variety of sticks including vegetarian and non vegetarian items.

Try there tomato soup it's really nice and the owner is also very friendly and supportive.

We are very regular costumer since first day of opening. But our the last 2 visits that we dine. Was so bad. The shop in charge doesn’t care at all. First was there cockroaches crawling in our table. When i informed them they just laughed as if it’s not a big. 2nd the soup that served us was extremely salty that it’s already bitter taste.and of course the in charge doesn’t care at all. I believe that chef is not happy working and so he is taking revenge on making mistakes. Poor costumer you have no choice but pay for the bad service. Extremely not recommended at all

Our go to spot for authentic hot pot in Dubai. Best soup base so far.unique serving style (stick based). Great and accomodating staff.
