Bad customer service with complete carelessness about customers.
The guy said he lost my contact number this why he couldn’t deliver my rug. Then I had to pick it up myself and take it home. The guy there hates his job. Marina branch - Mansion Tower

I have been a regular client of ER laundry and this time they really blew it with their customer service. In the past, tthey once ruined a designer shirt but I let it go thinking its human error. Earlier this January I handed over my designer Indian skirt for dry cleaning as it had a food stain. After waiting for maybe 2 weeks, I went to collect my laudry only to be told they ruined my skirt by accident as some color leaked from the beads - that too purple. I asked them to see what they can do to rectify and they asked me from where I bought the skirt. ER laundry staff has called me maybe 10 times from the store discussing how they can help me resolve and repair the damage. The storekeeper also confirmed the fabric does not bleed nor do the beeds- a purple maroon stain is due to some other clothing being thrown into wash with my skirt therefore the stain. Anyhow, I agreed to them repairing the skirt and I wait for 2 weeks only to be told after I chase them that they cannot repair it becuase they dont want to pay for it. Then why waste time and make false promises? After that, since the last 2 weeks - since the beginning of March I have been chasing ER laundry to return my skirt plus the top and scarf as they needed all the parts to see the best way to fix the skirt and they are not returning it. This issue needs to be escalated. I even spoke to their so called manager Adel Osama only to be told he cannot do anything. This is completely unnacceptable. Do not trust ER Laundry - with your clothes and their false promises.

أسوأ خدمة فضلا عن تلف الكثير من القطع الغالية بسبب سوء طريقة التنظيف. و عندما تشتكي يقولون مافي علينا مسؤولية حسب الشروط!

طلب فلوس زياده لتوصيل للفندق والانتهاء في اسرع وقت
ولم يقم بالانتهاء منها في الوقت المحدد ولا توصيلها للفندق
وتم التواصل معه لاكثر من يوم والجوال مغلق وهاتف المغسله مغلق والتعامل جدا جدا سيء
لانصح به ابدا
وبعد مناقشته يقول الي اخذته فقط 6 درهم زياده
عن اي وقاحه تتحدث ؟؟

I was promised to get it 9: 30 and paid for the express. The guy never showed up
