Very poor service, had to receive a parcel before one certain day as I was traveling abroad. They were supposed to deliver it 3 days prior that day.still didn't arrive in time despite calling them and texting on WhatsApp several times. Worst delivery company I have ever experienced

If only there is a thumbs down, been trying to call the company for how many times, they don’t want to answer! I want when are they going to deliver keep getting false promises

The behaviour of delivery man was not good. Spoke rudely when I asked what the 125 AED was for, even after paying courier charges from the country of shipping. There are still no details, unnecessarily an amount has been levied. When questioned to ask details, he was just picking up the parcel and going. He also said he doesn’t know why company has charged 125 AED. They are simply fooling and taking away extra money.

No response, no support no confirmation nothing from this eshipper.the baddest/wrost/useless courier i have ever used in my life.no stars for this just to put thiis review i gave this one star.
