Good place and very good parking place. Lit of counters for payment. Machine payment is also done. Oldest bldg in heart of the city

Worst Etisalat shop I ever came to. One person serving, zero customer service approach, rude, doesn't care about the waiting customers. Will never step in here again and please of you read this message don't think of wasting your time here. Extremely disappointing. Makes me want to go to du and drop the Etisalat SIM card.

Waiting time is not acceptable. I’m here at their office and only 2 people assisting people out of 10 counter.
When I raised my complain the answer was becuase we are working 24/7!

The only beauty of this branch, and distinguished from other branches, that they are open 24/7. Also, it's on Shiekh Zayed Rd.

15 cashier counter is closed only 1 work as 24 hour.i suggest to go to airport brach better than this.

24hr Etisalat Service Point. Separate Xiaomi section is available with product demos. Everything else as usual with waiting areas, seats, free WiFi, latest gadget demos etc. But, no snack place inside.

I’ had chance to visit this branch two times in a week, the customer service officers and reception were given me an excellent services. I would highly recommend to visit there!

Plenty of empty tables with no operator to help. Such a big area and empty of people. Not even one person to ask you upfront what do you need. No wonder people all go to moe. It's much faster to be called.

This place is good to get your work done without crowd. But on the other hand, the Staff here are not very active, less professional and with limited knowledge (although not everyone). Overall, I got my work done without being disappointed.

The good thing with this 24 hours office is there is no long queue. But in the other hand the people here are sleepy and they give you simple silly answers, such as check your email if you want more details about why your bill is way over your plan, or your current package is good. No need to renew or to change it!

The automatic paying machines won't work, tried one it didn't work. Was suggested to try the next one that didn't work too.
