From the date of installation my home wireless connection is not working I called customer care for the solution every day for more than a week visited store 3 times. But no any positive response they can’t fix the issue. And even not doing cancellation without charges. Asking 2000 dirhams for the cancellation. Not even used their internet 1 mnt. Then why i need to pay?

Hi i would like to file a complaint with regards to this business accounts since the day i have applied for it nothing has passed smooth up to date nothing at all i applied and requested for this account since 25 September and it got installed after a month and above all any request that was made i made sure is done from my side on the same day up to today i havent received a call from sharaf DJ with regards to my free devices i have mentioned this to the account manager Mr. Adil several times and i have all the proof i have called him even but no reply to date and i always get a reply once i complain y do i have to complain to have something done i will post the worst review on all social media platforms with all proof i have of every bad and unexpected incident i have been going through with Etisalat to date if this is how clients are treated please cancel the account and i will file a case with the consumer rights because the way ur handling all my issues is very disappointing, i dont see any consideration to the business to the client nothing this is unacceptable and i will not keep quiet if my devices dont get to me within 2 days i will file a case against Etisalat and i will not pay any bill because i am paying a bill with no service i cant understand why and what am being charged for shame on you with such a known name and in the end this is how you treat ur clients i will escalate the matter even if i have to go on radio i will because for money u know how to run after people but giving people there service and what they paid for seems to be impossible i am done with this no consideration even one star is to much u should put an option fore no stars

Sales are very rude. One called the company and asked us to disconnect with du because she has some offers and wanted us to get one. They keep calling every single day. If you are interested in one of their offers, you won’t get one because of their way of contacting. This is not a good way for sales and marketing. Guys you need to double check your sales team. They don’t even know what they are doing. Very rude and not professional at all.

ROBBERS! Etisalat hires fishy representatives to call people and tell them false information in order to sell their products! After that the customer service is saying they cannot anything about it and you’re stuck with a 24 months contract. And if you want to cancel it you have to pay penalty. Cheaters and robbers!

They are very slow at service. You have to wait in queue at the door. Then, one person will allow you to get inside. You have to wait again for your turn.

Always get our best things done as everyone knows. Has enough parking space. People at reception are friendly. Now we have to go to their place to have a new connection or replacement SIM as per TRA new rule. Anyway we will have a short break from our routine. Accessibility is good.

Once you merge the accounts you will regret is if you have different names of the account and different TRN numbers.

I called Etisalat many times and talked to them hours on the phone.there is no solution to this issue.

We cant have the invoices with particular branch name it will be all 1 name.
We cant change the TRN and have different TRN for all the different locations.
We cant Unmerge the account from the Party ID and deal with all individually.

The only solution is left is to cancel all the accounts and apply again.

Worse service by Etisalat.

Worst internet provider ever, despite charging crazy amount for their services, they are absolutely careless with their customers.
I have subscribed to their services 10 days ago, after about 20 calls, emails, visit to their branch … and call to their so called “customer service “ no one has been able to give me an answer on why service isn’t provided yet.
Technical support has no idea, customer care neither, keep blaming each other, every call has about 20min waiting time at any time of the day or evening…
once answered they only apologize and assure you they ll do something about it.
I opened 2 complaints, a few hours later received text message saying your issue was successfully resolved and guess what nothing happened! 10 days later, no Internet, no follow up, NOTHING! If you can avoid them as much as possible! Take VIRGIN, take Du! Do anything but stay away from ETISALAT!

Horrible experience with etisilaat. The customer care centre says go to the kiosk. The kiosk says the etisilat havent released your number.since 3 days going to and fro to get my sim that is already on my name but blocked. The computer that speaks when you call 101 dosent understand at all it takes one hour of yours. Its high time to switch

I'm very disappointed that I have to write this review. I purchased a new sim card online because it mentioned that it would be delivered within 24 hours and that there would be a 15% bonus valid for two days. I chose the number and paid on the 19th. On the 20th, I called to follow up on my sim card and the agent informed me that someone would contact me "you should wait. "she promised that she would call me at 6pm to follow up and that she had escalated to higher management. No one called, as I expected.
I called again to follow up on my request because the previous agent informed me that she escalated it to higher management. I asked the agent if your higher management is careless, and she said "YES. " I repeated my question, and she said "YES. " I asked if I could speak to any of their line managers, and I received a call from Mr. Yousuf. He mentioned that he will follow up with the sales department and call me back.
Mr. Yousuf called me again on the 21st around 8.30pm and said he did not receive a response and would get back to me. On the 22nd, I was called again around 1pm, and he told me that he was following up with them.
I called again around 3pm to follow up, and the agent told me that the manager would call me within an hour, which I did not receive until 6.30pm.
I called again at 6.30 p.m. And was connected to Ms. Yasmin. After reviewing my complaint, she informed me that they were having technical issues and that the phone number I purchased was still registered in the name of someone else.
I'm socked that Etisalat sold me a phone number under someone else's name and collected payment from me, which I believe is unethical.

I think you’ll need to start hiring people who can speak and communicate in English. I spoke to an Egyptian lady and after 30 minutes of back and forth she was unable to comprehend what I was trying to trying to say despite repeating myself over and over and over again which led to a super frustrating experience. If she’s unable to comprehend, there little to no chance of her offering a solution. She was only hell bent on selling a package - honestly I don’t know what your customer service is being trained to do but the experience made me switch to another brand.

I have visited to transfer my postpaid business line to prepaid line and the waiting time seems forever here with limited seatings for the customers. I would appreciate the sales executive Mr. Arun kothery who completed it woth alot of patience. He was very soft spoken.

Hope this feedback reaches in the right hand & higher management of ETISALAT.

Etisalat Deira Business Center doesn't have place for customers to seat & made to stand for even an hour due to staff shortage. Secondly we were refused to renew business contract & was diverted to 3rd party channel partner SKYLINE. Be careful don't fall prey to this company, just to renew contract & earn incentive; Skyline's executive HIRA didn't provide complete & correct information and they are behind us from morning to evening until contract is not renewed. Once this was done she disappeared. First of all they are making us fool by saying renewing contract, however in actual they are selling new contract by taking our signature/stamp on blank application. We were shocked to learn 2 invoices generated; one for existing one & another for new contract, upon reaching same staff HIRA of Skyline, doesn't bother to respond several messages & calls. Another shocking thing is she always used WhatsApp to communicate & were told emails were sent however we never received any official email. We are in the process of lodging complaint with Department of Economic Development. Hope Etisalat will take action against such fraud & scamster channel partner SKYLINE. Also we expect this feedback reaches as many people as possible to make awareness, so innocent people doesn't fall prey to this. We are expecting Etisalat to fix our issues related to billing.

Such an important place for consumers and there are no parking for customers. What more, there’s only a paid parking without any notice. After parking the guy comes and says it is a valet parking and sticks the ticket on front. Horrible.

I have never seen any company so awful and terrible like Etisalat customer care. There is no way to talk to customer care adviser. This is crazy. There is literally no way to talk to a human being. I had to listen the terrible automatic useless guidance that will never solve my problem and no single way to get connected to a human being. This is insane. When i have a problem with your work awful service and when your system rips me off, i cannot solve it. Is this what you aim?

New interior looks like a showroom of a telephone set or in temporary exhibition! Hardly 4 seats are there. Concept was good fr the consultants to sell their ideas to make money. Not suitable at all fr Old people, pregnant ladies, post operative people Authorities should hang notifical board the ONLY YOUND, ATHLETS N FIT GIYS ARE ALLOWED IN WHO CAN STAND FOR LONG! Regrets no natural lights in. Previous interior was better. Atleast enough natural lights would come in n greenary could b seen.

Very slow service.no chairs to set.you have to wait standing‍. Queue numbers are silent, no sound or number announcement, you have to be staring all the time at the numbers screen or you will miss your queue? I hope this will be my last visit to Etisalat.even my number came on the screen i was asked to stand at the center of the hall waiting for some one to serve me, its written max 25 persons but over 50 persons are at the hall.

Dear team,

I am a business customer with Etisalat.

My internet which is 2.4ghz is too slow and it gives me less than 30mbps speed when checked on speed test websites when am paying for 200mbps or more.

I tried calling your business customer care number 800 5800 many times however your Ivr and Virtual assistant just don’t even validate my above number nor help me and keeps on disconnecting on me.

Then I tried to go online and seek help however again it seems that I need an online portal access and for that I need to again submit the same documents as I had done while I was creating this account which is operational and am paying for and to submit the same documents again and get it activated I need to go to diera business center of Etisalat.

So now, after pushed into a corner with no help or no one to support I again came to diera business center and however arriving here I realized that I have to pay for parking 20 aed an hr and I have 55 people waiting in front of me and not much agents to support and no clarity on what they are doing at all and customers are literally treated like cattle here and this waiting time in reality means may be if I am lucky in one day I could briefly meet some agent who may not even solve my problem or else I need to keep trying my luck for days again with these high wait times and accepting to be treated sub par till I reach somewhere.

Why is this step motherly treatment to business plan customers where whilst they are charged double but they are never supported in any way and it’s made too difficult to even get a small help or support worked out or issues resolved. Are we not also supposed to be treated same or better than a home connection customer as if the case is of a home customer the thing or issues are solved same day with multiple people calling and without even moving an inch. Are we the fateful business owners supposed to leave our business and works and wait at your so called care centers for hours and days to get any service or even been looked at?

No. 1 fraud company in uae,I applied for a refund for two months and complained many times. The staff told me that they transferred the money to another bank account instead of my bank account. They actually asked me to complain to a bank that I had never handled before. There is none on earth A company treat its customers this way.

Advice for new people who coming to dubai.dont take etisalat.better another networks.for what they are charging you may be surprised at the end of the moment.no options to solve the customer issues.only they want money money money from you.nothing else.you pay entire life free for them then also they wont stop taking from you.especially road side elife sellers.they want money only from you.once you paid you're in the trap thats all.no mercy they have.just want money from the customer. Very poor crowd management. Time taken for processing everything is crazy. I reached there by 11: 30 and got served at 3: 40 pm. The worst thing is there is no place to sit. Wondering how senior citizens, pregnant women and people of determination are treated. When you know that staff is limited, systems are slow and there's no place to seat people, why aren't processes automated then? And this was my 2nd bad experience. Please take note of all the above feedback. Hope Etisalat can resolve all of these.

I went to submit the documents, there was a que outside the centre, waited for more than an hour. Some customers got agitated and went back. The customer service executive behaviour was very unpleasant.

Staff is proffesional and friendly, but poor guys have to stand all day.

After renovation tables and chairs for workers were removed. Only 2 operators work with customers, big queue, lack of chairs.

Dear Management, please do some efforts to optimize work and save time of your clients. We spent 3 hrs here with our request.

Office of reputed telecom operator in UAE.
Customer service centre is open from 8am onward. They service to all categories of customer. Less crowded if you come by 8am while you can expect waiting if come by 10am or so

Worst possible customer service. They have zero value for customers and their time. They already have very few service centers on top of that service centers have very few counters. To make it worse many of the staff are rude and treat business customers like dirt. Nightmare to visit.

Horrible experience in Etisalat. Insensitive towards death of a person and disrespectful behaviour by Mr. Mohd Nadeem in Counter 1.
My uncle has passed away and there were some dues under his business name. Upon verifying with Mohd Nadeem, he states "Let the collection team file a case against your uncle, since he is deceseased they will not get any payment.
The guy didnt even have the courtesy to speak respectfully regarding a deceased person, and was speaking to us while staring at his screen.
Strict action must be taken against such a person,

Things have changed rapidly over the years and I fail to realize is it good for us customers or bad? That's the question being asked by myself as on when people who come to this place are looking for resolvement and when customer service attendant turns around and say sir you'll need to pay by machine only as the counter doesn't take transaction for bill payments, what if the person is not carrying the exact change die to having neig currency denominations like Aed. 1,000 & 500 where can we go from this point just to get change and pay. Difficult but truth as they say we are here to help you but not for this coz. However customer service representatives cannot be so arrogant to customers as we are the people that provide you with business and in return CSR behave with customers as if they are going you a favour by saying no directly instead of helping people (especially) people who are aren't fluent in english and some not so very educated. Please I request the management to kindly make note of my point and help address this issue with your customer service personal at this center. Thanks in advance.

Worst customer service ever, they are the biggest telecom in the country why can they not train their staff. They’re digital assistance is slow and a waste of time it was better when you could talk straight to a human. It’s taken 1 week to get my Elife working after making a simple change to my account. Now 2 boxes out of my 3 Elife boxes are not working. After being a loyal customer for more then 15 years I don’t understand how they get these things wrong. Still not fixed
Every time they come to fix it they want to charge me Aed 150. They make mistakes and don’t know how to communicate and they want to charge me. What a joke.

Poor customer service i was under one year contract.i lost my job lastarch when i chat with then they said on july all in all charges wil be 479.36 diram.
Today september 5 th again i ask they said 725.36/= day by day its going high.i have only one month to finish contact.

They said “Go the our branch” went there and the in-charge told me I have to call. We’ll just send an email.and nothing is happening. They just say “we’re sorry” it’s a system error, we’ll send an email and nothing happens.

الاسوء في الخدمة و فواتير غير منطقيه وقت ال lock down وعدم استخدام خدامات الاتصالات في المكاتب تم خصم فواتير الباقات رغم عدم استخدامها بقيمه درهم واحد. انت سبب تخريب الأعمال في الدوله فواتير مبالغ في قيمتها استعمال لا يتعدي ٤٠٠ درهم والفاتورة ٥٧٥٠ درهم

Etisalat Deira branch very nice and big branch where you can finish all your work with etisalat wether personal or business, nice and friendly reception desk, you can buy phones or accessories inside if you want, there is very nice seating area Arabic bedouein style where you can have coffee while waiting for your turn.
