Customer service on the floor is not helpful. No proper queue and they are also picky to who they will entertain and with a simple query they are not helpful.
Whosever brought this idea of customer service walking around instead of staying in one place, you have to try the service yourself! You have the worst customer service Idea. Congrats! And to those that approved and implemented, you guys are AMAZING at making your customers angry.
This branch gave up on Customer Service. To update registration of account from passport details to emirates ID. Took us almost 2 and a half hours. Poor service!
Worst customer service. I've been a long time post paid plan customer of Etisalat and this is the first time that a customer service doesn't know anything about the ongoing promos and just told me to call thw hotline number of Etisalat. Not willing to assist my queries. Bad experience dealing with 2 employees in this branch. Other Etisalat branch they will assist you and will suggest the best plan. Star rate should be lower than 1.
Worst ever customer service I've encountered in the whole Dubai. No automated queue system, no one wants to attend to new walk in customers, they'll just play volleyball to another staff to wait in line. Everyone face whenever I talk to any of them is like I owe them money. Absolutely terrible service.
Poor customer service. The internet contract is for 2 years and there is 1000 dhs penalty if you have to leave the country and disconnect the service. What is worse is that they add VAT to the 1000 and add extra charges to your final bill without explanation. You cannot talk to anyone face to face because all services are automated.
What a poor service from a big company they cant give a good service to their customer they cant reach to customer on time am sitting without internet for 2 days dew to poor service i will be posting this all over social media and i will be asking everyone to move out from etisalat and change to Du.
They cannot solved my esim issue, they keep telling come back tomorrow and I back the next day and still they cannot solved the issue meanwhile in Ibn battuta branch they solved it.
All new, Etisalat in Mall of the Emirates, Dubai, becomes no human contact, all the services are presented by New machines, no need to wait in a queue, you can go ahead to the machine, then your service will be done within minutes This is a good technology, but I don't know if it is good for the employees
Bad service and the machens is not working properly and I spent over 1 hour for no reason and no body no what to do after I paid to the machine and it stopped working

When we enter The guy in customer service or the guy standing near to the entrance of your store in moe.last night around 10: 30pm. Looks like he don't want to talk us. While he's talking his looking to the other way, and his voice tone while talking to us is like Irritated. Maybe he want us to leave immediately. Etisalat need to Improve your staff if the guy infront is like that how much more the. Other. You need a guy to kind, willing and happy to assist to the customer.not just guy that going to assist because of salary, there's big difference.
PLEASE BEWARE with DISCOUNT /PROMOTIONS for 3MONTHS PLAN- most sales rep wanted to meet their quota- and it sad that they mostly do the dirty work- luring customers to take this plan which is only for 75aed/monthly- I took a video of the rep explaining to me and confirming that its exactly 75aed i pay first 3 months- but hell no- they're fake advertising- just to get sales.only to find out that they give u discount on the bill- when he clearly said the payment is 75aed- They request me to give advance payment- i gave 1000 aed and ofcours for me not to notice that the first 3 onths they were charging diff amount- i gave this plan to my sister - she is new in dubai that time and so she didnt know how it work - she didnt know until we're cutted off that day due to non payment- 101 nuber is unreachable- u cant speak to live agent- worst customer service ever- its in MOE lobby in metro station - please do not take any plan -
Before writing this review I checked some of the reviews and it is exactly the same complaint we were facing to MOE Branch! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If you will visit MOE please avoid these people, Drisha and Ahmed. How Etisalat is not seeing these comments about this branch, and No action! Worst Worst Worst! They were not very helpful and very RUDE!
The staff are lazy, rude, and unwilling to help. The guy giving out the tokens wouldn’t give one because he said they don’t do any plan changes which is what I was there for. He was eager to send customers away to other branches
Hardly any support available. It's mostly a sales office for new connection and devices. Thankfully their manager Anwar was helpful who tried fixing the issue
Unbelievable! Rude staff extremely poor customer service, staff are chatting and showing videos on Their phones to each other ignoring customers. During difficult times of COVID they completely ignore the measures provided by the government. Even when asking questions they answer just to get rid of you and go back to chatting with each other
Worst of the worst, for one they are rude I ask to speak to a manager he starts screaming, they send you a message your line is going to expire in 24 hours because of documents, boom 1 hour later account suspended, they claim to be the fastest network in the world. You can't even use the internet while making a call, neither do they have 5G. Outrageously expensive phone plans that will only give you 200 minutes but hey wait the 200 minutes is well sought-after due to them being a monopoly. Were you mistreated by them? Go and complain they won't do anything quote on quote from store manager
I wish I could give zero stars. We only had to visit Etisalat because what we want to do apparently couldn't be organised over the phone or online - probably because we want to cancel our account and it doesn't serve Etisalat to do it. Etisalat need to fix this because with Covid its irresponsible to force people into the store. So when we got to the store today, it was swarming with customers waiting for help (seems we aren't the only ones who can't enact transactions with Etisalat in the modern 21st century way). But what annoyed me the most was that whilst we were there (and we eneded up leaving without getting service as there were FAR too many customers in the shop to be safe, and it had been an hour and moved by only 3 people), 6 staff just hung around the ticket printing desk (which is self service) doing absolutely nothing and not servicing the hundred or so people waiting. Very poor and irresponsible!
I have a complaint regarding my etisalat bill. It so happens that almost every month, I had to call the customer service because of the additional charges to my bills. I got the new freedom plan 325 which is suitable according to my needs in terms of calls and huge data. I didn’t use it in full capacity most of the time, so I got surprised that sometimes my bills doubled up. It just so annoying and confusing that every month I got additional charges for the plans I didn’t avail or subscribe. So now I always make sure that I checked my bills more often to see if some additional charges added before paying it. Hope etisalat will do something regarding this problem.

What would you call someone who takes two months of charges, impossible to speak to someone on the phone to discuss the situation on the phone as it’s all computers. System rebooted daily with no resolution. Then charged 1500 to end my contract. I would call this day light robbery.
I got sheated with professional way from itissialat. They are stealing money from people. It's the bad service in the earth. There is one arabic manager or supervisor In MOE I think his name Salah.no comment. Is useless and very bad attitude very rude. We just want to cancel the plan from etisalat but I can't.
I am having trouble with my elife internet. Tried to call all Etisalat numbers for customer support but it’s all in Arabic, why is there no English options? I cam through finally to a salesman that said straigt away that he would not be able to help me getting in touch with customer support. Very bad service

Slow. Waited 20 minutes for my ticket- then it was my turn the etisalat staff Told me to come back in 20 minutes because manager was not there and he could not update the system.then when I came back had to wait another 30 minutes as they served one customer slowly. Never coming back
Etisalat all in all will give you one of the worst experiences ever. I applied online for home plan and its been 2 weeks I only keep getting calls every day from different suspicious people asking me for my details and their customer service is worst, can't help with simple request. People just go with Virgin
Waited more than one hour just to update my email I'd in their system. In this digital era we are still deprived to modify our profile with Etisalat online system, which claims to be on top in UAE when it comes to digital facilities.
Worst customer service ever. You can not even talk to a human anymore. Having problems since 4 weeks and all I got in the store was the advice to call the support. (which is a virtual assistance). Will cancel my account asap
Very poor customer service. The sim card that we are currently using have been deactivated by Etisalat eroneously. It was their fault but I was the one who had to suffer the excruciating pain of going back and forth (I had to go back and forth because the hotline said differently and the branch wanted differently) and endure the very bad customer service of the staff of this branch. Imagine going all through that and be told at first that I can get the replacement immediatly once documents are completed and then the third time be told that I have to wait for 48 hours. Imagine how furious I was after being told different information by different staff.
This particular branch is absolute waste of time, i had to visit 5 times just to update the trade licence, every time they said its done, but when i called Etisialt customer care they said its not updated, clueless staff, every time they were asking for a different document, I had to visit another branch opposite to Dubai mall to get it sorted, wish i could Give a Zero star rating
Terrible experience I recharged my balance and connected to a data plan and when I tried to connect to my data it would not connect so I tried to call theme I tried 10 times to contact with there costumer service but no one would answer the phone so this morning I chated through there website and asked for someone to call me 30 minutes later someone called and confirmed that it is working on my way to work I tried to use my data so I tried to call but once again no one replied I don't recommend Etisalat I would rather du
So crowed its too rush there you have to wait more than 45 minutes for your turn first you have to take token from the counter then you have to wait for your turn and there is no place to even sit too crowded place must go in the morning if you you after 5 you have to wait too much offcourse you will be tire
Misleading Offer. Be aware and careful in availing eLife with offers like 2 months free. You see this pamphlet or paper ad about the free 2 months free usually outside your door or distributed outside. You won't get it unless you call their 101 and verify such offer. I suggest that you do not deal with anyone except their call center as I was a victim of this scenario. Always think and decide well before proceeding with the contract to avoid problems.
Etisalt is a bad company, the only thing they r interested in is to take your money without giving service, the customer service was so ignorant and know very little about giving information, each one gives you different information.dont try it or you'll suffer. Etisalat isn't user friendly try DU much better.
Staffs are not trained and they are not willing to help. Nothing was smooth and wasted too much of time because of wrong information and unrefined process.
