Never call them for Maintainance of their machines, They have no experience in fixing their own machines. Their expert Technician damaged a machine costed AED 6500.

Our company is currently using their coffee machine - Lavazza LB 2600 for our office and we are planning to have one more coffee machine for our new company and I highly recommend EUROCOFFEE.

U don't deserve one star but.

The staff at the facility is very polite. They have thorough knowledge of the products. And perfectly extracted espresso / coffee tasters are nothing other than a perfect treat. I would highly recommend coffee enthusiasts to pay them a visit.

Lady at reception doesn't know how to address customers.just stuck behind her screen.not polite.had a major purchase but decided not to go forward due to this attitude. Moreover they don't even know their stock.was looking for items and was told.no there is not while I found myself on shelf what I was looking for.the guy was mouth opened. This is definitely not Lavazza like in Italy.

It's A lovely showroom; more options for the coffee beans and capsules from Lavazza, and you can try any coffee blend if you want.

I Ordered online and my items never made it. Few days I decided to visit their showroom in Dubai to ask about my order. Very rude lady at the reception, so arrogant and has no respect for customers.
I left the store and don't want anything to do with them.

Ordered online nearly 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten my order shocking now I have to drive all the way to dubai

Very bad service! Unprofessional and rude service control staff. Almost one year ago I had an inspection done for my machine, didn't fix it because they are waiting for the spare parts, and of course still waiting until today. I called to follow up, very rude response, not allowed to speak to management, no records of the inspection! And will have to pay for a new inspection again to tell me what they already said in the previous inspection about spare parts!

The place is really inviting to have your own coffee at home or purchase for business.
I went for visit to check the contract arrangement for shipping to Oman.
Amir, was really accommodating and given all the details needed. In the same his set-up explanation simplify the technical challenges.
The lady in reception (filipino) is attentive and welcoming too, regradless she is busy and occupied, she makes me feel that she is always available to assist.
A lot of models in display with price, so you can easily compare your ideal machine versus your budget.
Varieties of coffee beans are available on display, also the syrup.
Plus points: you are welcome to have a coffee too! (For me, I gonna enjoy next time)

The Italian quality and standards apply only in Italy.
The pro machine worked only a month and a half. Second confrontation with their service as bad as the first time. Looks like they live in different time warp. They are never on time, they don’t call back neither answer the phone. The cooperation stops the moment it’s installed. I wish I could return it.

What an amazing service! They deliver coffee not just the same day you order but in few hours! Absolutely love ordering from them!

No stars there is no other option, they are the worse compony I deal with so unprofessional they are ready bad, I am a new business and I been complaining regarding the grinder that I buy they so bad it’s 3 months pass they don’t send anyone I had to call and cry on the phone that I’m losing all my customers but nobody care to call or pass the massage I been stress for pass months or so and nobody wants to help me, now after so long the grinder stop working completely so now they try to come to fix it’s been 4 days I’m close I lost lots of money lots of customers and it’s not good for my business, today it’s flag day I’m close I asked them to bring extra grinder because maybe they can’t fix it in shop they said they can they come they saying they can’t so my grinder going back to them after screaming so much on the phone and shouting I lose my voice they said they will bring spare grinder tomorrow morning but I don’t have that much hope that they would do such a thing but finger cross.

Very bad customer service. Poor quality coffee machine, the manager was blaming us for not working the machine. Just think its only one and half month and they wasted lot of our time.
