I have made a mistake to rent a car from your company and i am facing so many issues so far i have to call again and again for the things that’s not my responsibility before they charged on my card without informing and now they haven’t released my 1000 dhs blocked amount i am calling jayson he is not picking up the call and the dominic picked up my call and he is saying he is new in this company he don’t know the supervisor extension. I called dominic and ask to let him know that i want to speak to him then he said he can’t talk and tell the customer he is not on seat and dominic said I can’t talk to him cause he is not the responsible. Brand name companies but the way the deal its looks like third class company.
Booking Number: 784183765 This company is not recommended. They do not have any customer service at all. I rented an Efinity QX80 for 4 days for $605 and I paid 67$ insurance for the car separately, but the company charged me $180 to my bank account without any explanation or reason. Please Delivery time Take a video of the entire car, even from the inside of the car because the roof was damaged and dirty. They said you did this because the company will give you the responsibility for the defects and scratches of the car and charge your bank account.already these defects were already there. Renting a car from this company is not recommended.

Most painful experience with any car rental. Booked a car in July and we are now in October and I still have not received my security deposit. The customer service is the worst of any car rental service I have ever had!
Not possible to reach them. They keep charging me without even informing what’s the charge for. I sent emails and I called them but they don’t do anything nor reply to me. I won’t be renting from them anymore. Won’t recommend.
Because I didn’t pick up the phone when they wanted me too. They delayed the car delivery in 24 hours. If you are looking for a serious and professional company do not chose this one. Waste of time and money
I have a bad experience with Europcar Dubai, the car I got was old and very basic, with many scratches but I accepted it because it was charged by my insurance.however, when I returned the car back to them, they request 350 AED only because only 1 cigarette has been smoked inside the car despite the car being handed over in a clean condition.their representative agent didn't mention to me that smoking in the car is not allowed. And there is no no-smoking sign inside the car.they only refer to the delivery papers which no one will read at all.
I have to get my Jeep repaired this week and was provided a replacement car through the insurance company it Europcar who provided the car Paulo was the service agent and he was most helpful from start to finish arranged for car to be dropped and collect from the Gaurage. Would highly recommend.
Rental prices are reasonable but this building must date back 50 years, it is not welcoming, no signs to poi t you where to go and when you finally get to the reservation desk you look twice because the place is like an office from a derelict 60's prison.
I rented a SUV from Europcar Dubai everything was fine until I went to return the car. A representative from Europcar Dubai came to pick up the car and proceeded to complain about two things:
1. The petrol tank was not full 2. One of the tires had small sidewall damage
I explained that I did not cause the damage and the car was delivered at night. The representative then said maybe it was the previous driver fault but it was also MY FAULT that I did not check the car at night to see what existing damage there was. I had a long argument with this representative this was extremely poor service and how can you blame the customer for not doing something that they aren't even aware of in the first place (I am supposed to check every nook and cranny of the car at NIGHT to check for signs of existing damages!?).
The representative even had the nerve to ask for cash payment (i.e. BRIBE) to be given and then he wouldn't include the tyre damage in the report.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they are bunch of crooks and will try to scam and cheat the customer's money using any sneaky way possible.
I was forced to use this company by RSA. Firstly they couldn’t deliver the car, they then requested me to come between 10am and 11am the following day. I was running late tried calling and no one picked up. I eventually arrived at 1pm and they told me they have given my car away and that everyone was on lunch and none of the 11 ppl in the car rental section could give me a car. Considering this is there HQ I would avoid at all costs. Not to mention the customer service I endured was sub standard at best. I don’t think they understand that they are in a client facing business.
The worst experience ever! We were forced by AXA insurance to get the replacement car from europe car while ours gets repaired. A really worn out bad quality car. Got the rear window shield shattered from heat on the road at 2pm contacted them to send a recovery truck only at 6.30 pm! More than 4 hours in 45 degrees heat. PLUS paying a penalty for them of 750aed out for an accident that's not my fault. NOT RECOMMENDED
I rented a car through RSA insurance, I had a confirmed booking and it took them 1 hour 30 minutes to give me the key. They said car is being washed! No excuse is acceptable specially that I had a booking and time confirmed days before, car should have been ready a day before. Specially that I came on time and had a confirmation. I talked to Mr. Rashed who looked in charge at that department in the head office and he has no intention to help! He was barely at his desk! And whenever he is there he was not friendly! Really bad service and experience. What a waste of time!
Really bad service, be careful when rent the car to ask for CWD or they will ask you to pay 750 AED event when it's your fault! On top of that really bad cars conditions. Just take care the class shutterd into pieces from heat and dust
If by chance, you go through the entrance that has a receptionist and you're planning on renting a car because your car insurance offers a rental service while your car is in the repair shop, then you've entered the wrong side as the insurance department is towards the left (if you're facing Europcar from the street).
You know you're in the right area if you enter and see a whole office of open cubicles.
Just look for the cubicle that entertains your car insurance (there's a sign above each cubicle of different auto insurance providers).
When I found the right cubicle, the representative was very detailed in explaining to me what I needed to settle and what "rules" were in place while the rental car was in my care.
When the time came that I had to return the rental, they offered to pick it up wherever I was. They arrived on time, checked the car, had me sign some release forms, and then we were done.
They treated me well (& professional no less) and I'm more than happy with everything they've done for me in making it very easy to do business with them again.
Very bad customer service.hidden information in regards to hiring the car. They don't share the full information until you come to make the payment which is not fair and misleading. The availability of the car is not up to the promise or the replacement. Hidden fee to comprehensive insurance which is supposed to be covered in general and not in particular.just very bad.don't deal with them.
The car was so filthy on the inside, stained with every color and texture imaginable. Not sure how you even allow yourself to rent it out in this condition! You should be ashamed of yourself.
Very bad service and treatment by the staff. They are disorganized. The office hours are too short so any time I called nobody could assist me and I often felt stranded with no information when I needed it.
They didn’t even collect my car at the agreed upon timing and they didn’t even bother to call me to inform me despite the fact that I shared my number with them multiple times.
Unprofessional and disrespectful! They call you to confirm if you are taking the car which is booked, however the waiting in their office is too long, and the conditions are too poor!
Great service, friendly staff and professional attitudes. Have been servicing both my cars at the Europcar Garage for the past 5 years. If you have an expensive vehicle and unsure about other garages, then this is the place. I've seen everything in the workshop here, from Ferrari's to Maybachs to Aston Martins and G wagons.
The car was a replacement by the insurance and at pick up I had to wait 30 minutes since only 1 agent is handling the insurance disk.on the return I had to wait 40 minutes because they have no one to check the car! Though I am there at 11: 00 AM which is not a lunch hour Still all fine BUT worse was and despite I had a signed statement from them that car was full in gas and no damaged since I read about their unauthorized charges and despite there was no fines and no tolls as well as car returned on time I was shocked to see unauthorized charges on my card at the end of the month I called them many times and all I hear: sorry sir we will check and get back to you and of course NEVER. IF it was not forced to me by the insurance I would not even get close to them BE CAREFUL
Professional Services. Picked this garage from the options provided by insurance provider RSA. Turned out to be a good decision, their automatic sanitisation service is really innovative and seems effective. Must try
They stole my money by charging me for a ticket that was from the previous driver and only admitted it when I insisted that they send me the ticket number and I checked it myself it was from before I received the car, so basically they were scamming me!
One week after returning the car, they took money from my card without a notice. I called them to ask why (I had to speak to half of the company). Apparently they decided to charge me for the fuel. They said they gave me a full tank (They didn't). They charged more than a full tank. They were rude and dishonest. Furthermore, they promised that they will take the car.when the returning date came, they decided they won't.
Worse experience booking cab in Dubai, i booked my car from airport for 9 days and got fix price and when I got to Dubai the sale person took my nearly 600£ as deposits because I don’t had credit card so he charge my nearly 600£ debit card. Getting into new country and when the staffs not taking u to where the car is parked. Go straight go left n right and all the weird ways. The car was 2016 but had no pick up at all felt driving car with no turbo.
Car at wrong terminal so long wait. No infant (baby) car seat. Car seat eventually given was for a toddler, when I complained, I was given a baby seat. It was fitted incorrectly (forward instead of rear facing for baby as per clear instructions on the seat itself) and also seat was cheap and straps loose for baby of 7 months. Really upset at poor safety.
This was a very bad experience, the thing was a nightmare. We had booked a large car, for my family of 5 adults, instead, they gave us a medium size, because according to them, they were overbooked. I don’t recommend this. Fue una mala experiencia, la situación fue una pesadilla. I have been choosing Europcar for the last ten years through out my travels in Europe, they were organized, polite, and quick in dealing with customers It was totally the opposite here, I’m a local citizen, and due to some circumstances I rented a car. The way that they were dealing with me as a customer was in a very inpolite way, they seemed to have zero experience in keeping the work smooth. I hope somebody will have a look at this review, and actually do a change to this office. This is considered to be the Head office, Nevertheless it doesn’t look like one. I will rate my experience to a shaming 2 stars, have a good day.
I had an accident and my insurance send me to this garage. WORST choice ever! I called several times to get a feedback about my car and all the time “we will call you back”. I reached to the service and pointed out that some parts MUST be replaced (bodywork) and the Service Manager said: “It’s much easier for us to fix it…and we cannot find the part on the market” WORST GARAGE EVER, customer service ZERO, knowledge about work itself ZERO. For your peace of mind please try to find another garage.
Firstly, they never actually stick to the time they say they’re going to take to fix your car. Secondly, they never have a ‘driver available’. Even if it’s just to drop you around the corner or you happen to have been dropped off at the wrong branch (also in Al Quoz). The staff are the most useless bunch of zombies I have ever met. Won’t be going back or hiring any cars from them if this is the attitude.
These guys are thieves. They charged me with AUD600 for a tyre damage. Also, they charged me with speed tickets of days that I was not even using their car. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Had a driver from this company Khadar Abdul drive me to Abu Dhabi.complete nightmare. He man was horribly unprofessional, could not identify simple landmarks, and refused to listen to any directions because "he knew better. " Absolutely terrible service.
Avoid at any cost even if your insurance company forces you to. A false tyre damage charge was made to my cc wherein they claimed that I damaged the tyre and charged me 1000 aed for one tyre.
Europecar has a very unprofessional garage who doesn't know how to fix a bumper properly, and the guy in charge gives you a wrong date and time when the car is ready and after you do your arrangements accordingly you find that the car is not yet ready. Very unprofessional garage and staff
