The doctor had a very clean plan for me for my hair and skin (acne) treatments, and I was committed with the plan for a few months. The results are very satisfying! The team is very friendly and accommodating as well.

I have been going here for facial laser treatment for almost a year and it has been a really good experience so far. Would totally recommend Nurse Riza, she is very helpful and gives proper after care advice.
Please do not be fooled by the clinic’s looks or the instagram marketing campaign.
On the first day the doctor gave me from his time & I paid around 10 K for a plan to resolve my hair problem.
After that for any visit, more and more chaotic things would happen.
The visits are scattered. They say the plan is for a year but the visits were every 2 or 3 months. Although other clinics offer follow up every month. Anyhow my issue isn’t their method of treatment, each doctor operates differently, it is the chaos.
Too many patients. Longer waits. It wasn’t a clinic anymore. It was more of a LOUD market.
With the 2 or 3 visits that followed my initial treatment, the doctor never had time for my concerns nor was he patient in doing the PRP. He was always on to the next. What about me? My concerns? My issue? Respond with explanations don’t just run to your next patient.
Even if the treatment would have been beneficial I simply couldn’t continue. I just decided to stop going.
Any clinic offers whatever they are offering. What they offer isn’t the rocket science of dermatology nor is it the best offer you can get.
I am not speaking of any finances. I prepaid for the whole treatment and I do not care about the money. I care about time, piece of mind, and the way I am treated.
When I told that to the operator she responded the doctor cares and doesn’t like to say no to new patients. Well, he is definitely going to get more patients through that yet he will lose them like he lost me for no one would want to be treated this way.
Note: I don’t have any issue with the nurses or receptionists. It is the way the business is run! I can’t say much of how beneficial the treatment is because I had enough and stopped going.
لا تنخدعوا بمنظر العيادة و لا بحملة الانستاغرام. أول مقابلة مع الدكتور أعطاني من وقته و دفعت ثمن الباقة لشعري اللي كانت بحدود العشرة الاف.
و من بعد أول إجراء صارت كل الإجراءات موعيدها مبعثرة مع إنهم قالوا العلاج على سنة بس المواعيد كانت كل شهرين أو ثلاث شهور طيب أنا شعري كيف يستفيد مع إنه غير عيادات تعطي مواعيد متابعة كل شهر.
ما علينا الموضوع مش بطريقة العلاج كل دكتور و له طريقته. و لكن بطريقة العيادة. مرضى كثيرين أصوات عالية وقت انتظار طويل. صارت سوق و فيه أصوات عالية مش عيادة.
دوامت موعيدين أو يمكن ثلاثة من أصل كل المواعيد و فيهم الدكتور يدخل معجوق ما معه وقت. ما يسمع ما يشرح بس همه يخلص معي و يروح عند المريضة التانية. طيب و أنا ؟ أعطيني نفس بين الأبرة و التانية
يعني حتى لو كان ممكن أستفيد من العلاج ما قدرت أكمل و قررت أوقف علاجي مع العيادة.
العلاج اللي يعطونه موجود بكل العيادات مش علم ذرة ولا عروضهم أحسن عروض بلبلد.
شخصياً ما بهمني الفلوس مع إني دفعت مسبقاً للعلاج بهمني ما أترك العيادة راسي عم بيوجعني من الأصوات أو الزحمة أو طول الانتظار و بهمني يوم ما اتعالج اللي مقابيلي يسمع و يشرح و يحاول يعطيني من وقته أكتر.
و لما وصلت هالمعلومة للسكرتارية قالتلي أسفة و الدكتور ما بحب يرد مرضى جداد. طيب الدكتور مش عارف إنه تمام هو ما قال لحدا لا و كل الناس عم يحاول يعالجها بس هالناس بس يصير معها اللي صار معي حيخسرهم هم كمان ؟ ما حدا بروح ليتعلاج و بيدفع و بيعطي من وقته و طاقته ليتعامل بهل طريقة!
للأمانة: ما عندي أي ملحوظة على السكرتارية أو الممرضات بس الأهم تلاحظ الإدارة سوء المعاملة و يلاقوا حل. و ما رح أقدر أحكم على العلاج لأن ما قدرت أكمل من طريقتهم!

I waited 45 mins until Faiez Ghanam showed up without any apology or any updates on when he will show up. He was very rude and aggressive, he would not hear what I had to say and just give his opinion and recommendations without even knowing what I want or why I visited him.
3 times I tried to communicate to him what my problems are and he would just speak very loudly and continue talking. I am so shocked with the way he spoke to me and how aggressive he gets if you start expressing your problems. He didn’t even care what my concerns are and just starting giving me solutions for problems he thinks I should fix, which is very unprofessional.
I cannot express how much I regret visiting him and what a horrible experience I had. I only dealt with Faiez Ghanam and I’m hoping the other doctors have a better attitude.
My son had to undergo esthetic stitching above his lip due to an accident he had while playing football. Dr khalil saab did a great job! Thank you for taking care of my son

Dr. Khalil Saab is without a doubt one of the most skilled surgeons in Dubai, with unparalleled precision and excellent, comforting bedside manner. My daughter has visited him twice due to playground accidents resulting in significant lacerations on her face that required stitches. Dr. Saab was kind, gentle, and most importantly technically skilled. He comforted her and allowed her to attentively follow along through a mirror, and stitched her up so precisely that even immediately following the removal of the sutures, the wound was barely noticeable. On top of that, his staff is an absolute delight! Highly highly highly recommend this wonderful practice.

I visited the clinic to fix my stretched earlobes and I am so pleased with the results! Dr Saad is absolutely incredible, he is very experienced and made me feel so comfortable through the whole experience. First time trying European Medical center in Dubai; I have done 3 sessions in another center back in my home country Jordan and I came across this wonderful clinic in Dubai. Ti start off, the staff is very welcoming and they make sure to assist with the right service by providing a survey, and checked my skin type. I also left my hair to grow for the month so the specialist can give me the best results (shared before my procedure here). The machine was so fast and NOT painful! Highly recommended
