Absolutely great clinic. Professional, patient, kind & so very helpful. I called around town desperate to find a good clinic to help me with a park kitten in very bad shape, I knew he had to go. Most clinics around town were charging more than 350+ to out to sleep a barely 290grams 6 week old kitten. Jomal at European Vet Center was so helpful over the phone & the charity prices were so helpful as well. The whole procedure with Dr Mafalda & her assistant was smooth. They were all very compassionate & so very helpful with the kitten. I am very grateful I got to know about them & meet them highly recommend the clinic & team Thank you Jomal & Dr Mafalda ????

After clinic renovation and change of management I was afraid they will change their treatment towards stray cats, but they are still amazing as they were before!
The clinic looks much better, the staff is super friendly and caring. Dr Mafalda and Dr David are one of the best veterinarians in Dubai and I am very happy to see them both at my preferred clinic.
I take my own cats here, and also my strays and they treat them equally professional with dedication and care.
The reception girls, nurses, caretakers, everyone is just amazing and you can see they really care about our furry friends. When my last rescue kitten that was on the verge of death started showing improvement and while watching the video of her I was crying out of happiness along with girls at the reception, truly caring staff.

I have to add special thank you for Dr Mafalda, she took care of her as if it’s her own kitten, dedicated her time to follow up on her even during night, had patience to explain and update me about her condition. I’m very disappointed in this clinic. Another rescuer and I brought a cat here from Abu Dhabi. He was recovering slowly from flu before he could have surgery, and we were asked to take him as the clinic would close completely and there would be no staff at all during the whole Eid holidays. So the cat was taken back to a vet in Abu Dhabi, where at intake he was found to have ringworm (something never mentioned or treated by EVC). As a rescue, his bills were covered by donations, and one donator mistakenly sent to EVC after he was moved to the other clinic. So, we asked EVC for the release of the donation to continue paying his bills - they have refused.
I don’t know what to say really…it is hard enough trying to help street cats here where there is no government agency for their care and management…but to have a clinic refuse to give us a donation some kind-hearted person sent to help continue paying the bills of a homeless cat? There is something very morally wrong there. I have seen others comment that this clinic is all about taking money…well. If they’re the kind of clinic that refuses to release someone’s donation for the treatment a homeless cat…yeah. I can understand where that opinion may come from.
Management - this is not a handbag purchase we decided to refund. This is a life trying to be saved, and those funds are something donated by a caring person for the treatment of this life. To withhold that only reflects poorly upon the clinic.
Evidence is available in text messages from the clinic as well as the check-up reports from the other clinic regarding ringworm, and receipt from EVC showing no treatment.
I for one will no longer recommend or bring any animals to this clinic because of this, and I have already spoken with others that feel the same.

Beside being dodgy and “fishy” with the prices are completely unreliable and not professional at all.
6 months late came to know that 2 of my cats did not have their rabbies vaccine registered ate Municipality as they were supposed to. When confronted, they tried to come up with excuses and put the blame on me.

Terrible place and over priced. I went there with my very sick cat they took advantage of my stress and over charged me. They also did some unnecessary tests before they put her down to find out that other clinics charge half price and most of the test weren’t even necessary. On top of the that an Egyptian guy working there was very rude and aggressive when I questioned the prices. Never going there again.

Send my cat for grooming and not happy with the uneven trimming, falling hair as if she was not properly shampooed. Very unsatisfactory

Very incompetent and zero customer service. I hope the owners are aware of how their staff handles their customers. I asked for the grooming services, deworming and anti-lice services and said they have only 3: 30 pm availability, as soon i I reached the place they said I didn’t booked any of those services? So why did they give me the booking in the first place.with zero service no compromise were even given inspite of a very angry customer, rather said I should go back for grooming again later and for the anti lice they don’t have stocks and will call me when it’s available. I’m not sure if their staff are angry at their customers or simply do not want business! But what a weird experience! This is my last visit in this vet sorry!

The worst grooming ever. The groomer literally shaved my cat! Without exception he shaved even paws It was not grooming, it was shaving.
The thing that my cat had fur clews on his neck because of his collar, I kept him in friends villa for 2 weeks during my vacation and friend didn’t brush him. And I asked to shave my cat only on neck and make for him lion cut. When he was ready, his neck was bleeding and his cut was disaster! First thing what I was worried about it’s bleeding so didn’t care about cut. Then I thought maybe it was taught to cut him nice.however, now after more than one month, his fur doesn’t grow at all and all my friends, who has pets, are shocked from the way he was shaved! It’s terrible. I didn’t want to complain but can’t hold myself anymore. I think groomer didn’t care at all and he jutted cat a lot! I will try to attach photo. Photos after 40 days after shaving.

Clinic is open up to 7pm on Thursday but pets discharges are up to 5pm. I suggest discharge time to be extended up to 7pm on Thursday as working up to 5pm does not allow us the pick up the pets. This make us paying extra for weekend boarding. Also, I suggest discharge instructions to be given by veterinary staff not by receptionist where clinical questions/discharge instructions cannot be answered.

Unprofessional! Giving a Wrong diagnosis, perform malpractice.
If you love your pet don't bring it in that clinic.

Service is great and the dogs are getting comfortable. Only their second visit but I'm comfortable so they will as well. My cat is also registered with them. I'm glad we found this clinic.
