I totally agree with the post by Diana Manna.
We had all our curtains from Everest & their service was great then but now their attitude towards their customers is shameful. Nobody arrived as per the arrangement with them & they blatantly lied to me over the phone by saying that they had called me, WhatsApp me & then even told me that they had been here but nobody was home - although myself & my family had been home all day.
I would suggest that anyone needing curtains or curtain maintenance should NOT USE THIS COMPANY & try a company that cares about their customers.

I have known this company for 10 years from when it was set up and managed by the lovely British lady who was involved and serious about her work. It is such a pity that they have changed ownership and management and their attitude is a total disregard to their customers, no appointments maintained, no accountability of their staff, total disrespect to their customers.what a shame! I would not recommend them if you are looking for someone serious it is obvious the staff do not care about their business or they would adopt a different attitude
I am appending this review after comment below from Everest - I still maintain the all invoices of Everest. All blinds in my house (a total of 18) have been made by Everest. More shame to lie.if your records are flawed like your service maybe that’s one more issue you should address!

RUN AWAY!

I made my sofa with them, after a lot of mistakes, I have received my sofa after 3 months (no communication, delay etc)
I have called an other company to check the material they put on seat and cushions and they noticed that it is the cheapest material in Dubai while I have paid a huge price (above 11K) for my sofa.

If you want to save your time and money, go away from them.

Needed about 10 covers for my outdoor furniture together with refurbishment of outdoor umbrella. KHALED dodged calls for a quotation. After following up several times his rep came and left without taking measurements. Despite several follow ups no sign of them. Very unprofessional.
I then gave the job to Bin Faisal furniture.

I needed Somfy Electric curtains for a big part of my house. Money in my hand and ready to pay. They came took measurements and disappeared for ever. No quotation, no follow up, nothing.

This is how a business fails. It's good that I noticed before starting the job with them.

I have used Everrest for a number of jobs. One was to reupholster a sofa, the second was to also reupholster a sofa whilst changing the foam of the seat and the third was to build an ottoman. Whilst the quality of their work is passable (even though the sofa they refreshed started creaking immediately after they worked on it, and the ottoman's legs were so badly built that one broke without it even being used), my main concern is the complete lack of commitment to deadlines. They seem to believe that a 2-3 week delay is completely ok if you don't follow up and even when I did call them, multiple times a day to follow up on delivery promises they missed it on all 3 projects. My advice would be to try another place or be ready to put in a lot of extra effort just to get your items done to a decent quality and delivered back to you.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company PERIOD. They were rude and unhelpful, they came not once, but twice to do a terrible job. They use counter sunk screws on flush brackets. Once the curtain pole was put up shoddily with scratches and bends they suggested we put up the curtains to see if it was alright! Terrible customer service, unskilled handy men and shocking quality of product. They don’t even deserve one star, one thing is for sure and that is I am never EVER come back to this store.
