I didn't have a good experience. All further was very very wet. I had to remove all the cover and dry them outside. People who conducted the service made a huge mess in the house. They didn't give me a receipt. I have got a receipt only after 2 days when finally contacted supervision. Nobody got back to follow up. Do not use this company!

This company messaged me to provide cleaning services and when i booked they never showed up, such a waste of time.

Building a home is a dream and an achievement but Moving a house is the toughest task. I highly recommend Hightech services from cleaning, to moving they were will me all the way through every stage/ step. They have a highly professional team. John in the cleaning team assigned professional ladies to assist me, Imdad, Rakesh, Aftab, Dinesh, Malik in moving made sure not only everything was moved but also stayed till they had completed the entire shifting patiently and moved even the smallest thing up to my satisfaction. I would recommend this team to anyone who would want to move to making a dream home.

They have wound up - Bad thing is they are so irresponsible. They have my laptop for repairs under warranty and its been 120 days now but still no sign yet to return it back to me. Emails and mobiles all getting unanswered, landline is dead. This is a case of FRAUD and I've to report it to Authorities. Very sorry state, was very impressed with this brand and its value, all lost for nothing. Salman, Abdul, Mike all seems to be just joking around with no real sense of responsibility.

Worst experience ever, AWFUL people and awful customer service, awful attitude. After reading the reviews I bought a phone which had several probs from the first week itself. It was the last one they had in stock. Everytime I called them for service they tried put the blame on me, took almost 1 month till I got the phone back from service. Even now my phone has probs, I complaIned to them, they said they will call back but never did, they NEVER call back AT ALL. Even they only answer my email after 10 days. They ignored my complaint until the phone warranty expired so that they use this as an excuse. That proves their bad intentions. A real thief strategy. They knew they sold me a damaged phone and they needed a cover. Such a bad intended and unreliable people. The words are not enough to express how unsatisfying was my experience with this shop. Even 1 star is too much for them, should be with minus. I don't recrecommend them even to my enemies! Hope God will give u what u deserve, thieves! PS: Dear clients don't foul yourself with the fast delivery, this is not the review we need for electronic items.the quality, the warranty and the after sale service are the one that matters not the fast delivery. Of course they will deliver fast trying to get rid of the items but after that u will regret buying from them. I wish I had this information before deciding to use their service.

Was promised a call back regarding stock in 1 hour and was actually called back after only 15 minutes. Phone was delivered same day after around 5 hours as promised. Sealed original packaging. They have also replaced a broken screen on the oneplus 3T for me at a reasonable price and with a quick turnaround. Will not purchase on the high street again - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

EDIT 2: They replied to me! And failed to respond to the comments about the dented sensor and scratched screen! Stay away from these guys unless you want to be cheated with stupid excuses about shady problems.

EDIT: Below, it says they fixed my issue, but this is their idea of a solution: Assuring the customer they'd get a NEW replacement phone. Giving the customer a phone without even the box, with a dented fingerprint sensor, scratched screen, and faulty speakers. If I complain to them, they'll probably repeat the entire process.

Terrible in literally every way. Horrible customer service. Horrible after sale support. Waited almost half a year for a software problem, of which one month was spent trying to replace it, then they gave me an obviously used device when they assured me it was new.

I even talked to the most senior people in the company and they showed me the same disrespect customer support did. Avoid Mikensmith, their deceiving support and delivery problems are but the tip of the iceberg.

Ordered an iPad and received it within a few hours. Great customer service and quick delivery. Very good shopping experience with MikeNSmith.

I shipped them my iPhone 7 for repair and it was completed within a few days. They were communicative and gave me accurate time frames. Easy, straightforward, and concise company. I would use them for repairs again.

MikenSmith made huge strides on my phone replacement. They told me it was beyond the usual specs of what they deal with, but they made it happen regardless. Very happy to see them going above and beyond for a first time customer! There are still good companies out there like this one! My S7 is good as new thanks to them!

Ordered the Apple iPhone 7 Plus 32GB Black and I got it the same day. If I'm not mistaken, I think I got it in less than 3 hours after ordering it. The item is from US and it has facetime. Awesome service and product! Keep it up!:)

Doesn't even deserve one star. Bought my Samsung phone still keep having problems. Have been waiting all day for them to collect the phone, called them to check when the driver will come but still no sign and it's midnight now.
