Went to celebrate my 40th bday in this sophisticated and amazing restaurant. From the delicious food to the excellent customer service especially Adam, I consider it as one of the best buffet restaurants in Dubai. They also surprised me with a bday cake and a bday song number by the performer. It’s really a perfect place to celebrate occasions with your friends or family. We are definitely coming back.

Beautiful place to dine, preferably outside on the terrace with a view of the Burj Kalifa and the light show. Decadent, but that's okay sometimes. Huge buffet.

Staff was so friendly and helpful thanks for them, lobster and shrimp were not well cooked, food variety was limited, tabouleh was not fresh. There used to be a live singer before and they’re no longer there.

We recently dined at Ewaan on Thursday night for a dinner Arabic them night and wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the food quality and noticed some unpleasant odors from the dishes.

The food we had did not meet my expectations specially the main corces in terms of taste and freshness. Some of the dishes had an off-putting odor, and smelling very bad which significantly affected my dining experience.

Our recent visit to the restaurant was nothing short of amazing! The seafood dishes were a culinary delight, and the desserts were heavenly. Mark and Adam's attentive and friendly service added to the overall wonderful experience. We'll definitely be returning for more!

Worst customer service ever. Very good food although. We are in the middle of the summer and the door should remain open why? No additional AC were provided also.

Quality, variety, taste, and excellent service with a smile, you find all together at Ewaan Restaurant. It's a nice place for fine dining international buffet. The cost per person is AED 349.

Excellent place for Saturday brunch. I especially liked the Japanese selections of slices of salmon.

Iconic tower of Dubai, Burj Khalifa right in front of you! Food it’s great, restaurant has oriental architecture with luxurious Arabic touch I have been going this restaurant more then 8 years… I definitely will recommend for special occasions us well for casual Dining!

We absolutely had a fantastic evening at Ewaan. Everything was amazing from the staff to the food and the ambiance. The seafood was great and didn't disappoint us. Enjoyed the grilled lobster and lovely selection of desserts. We especially want to commend the very helpful, friendly, and attentive staff. We can say it's definitely worth it.

Best seafood night ever, the restaurant was so organized and have everything all type of salad and cheeses, bread also soups.

Buffet was included drinks, sweets was superb all type even Um Ali.

You will love the place even you can stay outside and enjoy winter time.

Entered the hotel without a mask. A first in the last 2.5 years. Could see the faces of people. The theme on Thursday was Arabic night. I found shish tawook & sheesh kabab missing. No Oouzi also. There were good grill prawns & a nice collection of salads & starters. Service as always was good. It has been sometime since I had been here. Still miss the outdoor grill section which was really great. Hot charcoal grills done in front - maybe this needs to be brought back. Overall give it a shot as you would get something for everyone including some good deserts.

One of the best Brunches and Buffets not only in Dubai but in the whole region.
Their Saturday Seafood night is unique and exceptional.
Even if you tried your best to find a flaw or something that is not right you will see all is perfect; Ambiance, food, live cooking, desserts and the view is nothing alike.
I believe their head chief is someone exceptional and great thanks to all the staff.

Usually I avoid buffets as one tend to overeat and have such a variety of items that do not gel. But I really like this buffet. Recommended items are the roasted meat, desserts, lamb/mutton briyani in the huge pot. I don't think that the seafood is that fresh though. Drinks cost extra.

And Ashima took care of all my booking queries till confirmation to payment she handles very politely and very professional, she also ensured that I received all the information regarding the mode of payment to our iftar dinner. Everyone including our GM was so happy with the quality of the food cleanliness ambiance of the Ewaan and mostly the super excellent customer service of the staff.sarfaras was extremely attentive, and he listened to all my team concern during the dinner with a great deal of patience.he has a caring approach, and he is a true professional. One of the best place for iftar boufet in dubai. Ambience, food variety, food quality and the service all were very good.
I cannot give 5/5 because of just one thing, AED 35 for a can of pepsi is simply a rip-off and completely unjustified. Never seen such price anywhere else.

Ewaan in Palace Downtown Hotel has the really best brunch in Dubai. They have oyster, lobster, all kinds of seafood unlimited. And the live music and fabulous singer add amazing vibes to the atmosphere. The most impressive thing is the staff there, Wardani and Rowall are our server and they really worked so hard and efficiently. They were so friendly all the time and served us not only delicious food but also hospitality beyond expectations. Thank you so much! Much appreciated!

Dined at this restaurant on a number of occasions whilst staying at the Palace Downtown hotel in early-February 2022. Tried the Chinese New Year Buffet, Arabian Nights Buffet, World Collections Night Buffet and Seafood Nights Buffet. Very extensive range of buffet food items and high quality ingredients - you will not be short on choice here. Service was professional and courteous, and staff were accommodating despite the fact that we turned up late for the Seafood Nights Buffet. Management was discreet, yet on-hand to assist with any specific issues. We chose to eat outdoors on two occasions and were given tables with nice views of the Burj Khalifa and the live entertainment. Hope to return here when I’m next in Dubai and thanks again to the team at Ewaan for their great service.

I was there for the Thursday night buffet, the atmosphere is amazing especially the outdoor sitting area where there was a stunning singer, the best thing is the sea food plates where they have a lot of varieties the most delicious was the lobster, if you are going to use entertainer insure that you have the Thursday international night 325Aed / person not the normal buffet as it is for the breakfast only, when you are heading there put on the maps palace downtown not Ewaan to drop you at the right place, go there and you will enjoy it a lot, special thanks for Mohamed Sarfraz (Assistant manager) for his hospitality

Great ambience, amazing food, friendly service. Ewaan ticks all the boxes for a wonderful Friday brunch experience! Staff Wardani and Mark are very helpful and courteous! Have been here with family and friends on a number of occasions over the years. Ewaan manages to maintain very consistent high quality! Highly recommended!

Very gorgeous and authentic Middle East restaurant where we can enjoy our meals with the magnificent view of Burj Khalifa in front of us. A variety of international food can satisfy you very much. Especially we loved the sea food represented by excellent lobster grill!

I have been waiting for Ewaan to come back into service for quite some time. So happy to see you again. The atmosphere was very nice. Food quality, and quantity is excellent. Service is imppecable. Attention to detail is perfect. The associates serving the food were very helpful and very respectful. We enjoyed our special occasion. Thank you for the cake. Variety is a little scaled down compared to pre-COVID era. But, that is quite understandable. The manager explained that they came back into service only very recently, and they are ramping up. Hopefully within a month or so, they will be back to full scale.
With the Entertainer offer you get 5-star luxury, quality and service at regular restaurant rates. Can't beat that.

We went for friday theme night: sea food buffet. It was very very tasty, fresh and a lot of choice. Staff is very helpful especially Chin who served our table. We ll come back again for sure.

- food was.really really bad! For a 5 star hotel and such a price we paid per person the expectations were quite high, but we were disappointed, food quality was very bad.

I went today for iftar to celebrate my wedding anniversary based on high reviews. I was really disappointed from the beginning, they give me a table next to the entrance, they changed it after requesting the same couple times. The food was below average, no social distance, and the whether was very hot although I sat inside. Overall very bad experience

I had no issue with the Friday Brunch at Ewaan Restaurant. It was a near perfect experience, however, there are two slight issues that I will point out, (for constructive criticism purposes). First of all, the package that I had- (which is the soft drinks/mocktails package), had only 2 mocktails on offer.

One of the best Friday brunch spots in Dubai especially if you love seafood and sushi. Great service. We did the 535dhs packages which had good cocktails and nice Prosecco. Service from our host Daphne was excellent and they have a great terrace with lovely Burj views if not too hot. Definitely recommend especially on the Entertainer deal of 2-4-1

I had a dinner with my sister tonight and it was awesome so I had to write the review before I forget. I really wanted to taste various Arabian food and this restaurant fulfilled my satisfaction especially Chicken Curry! My sister really loved the rice with lamb in a big pot and variety of cheese. The restaurant manager, Mani was very friendly and kindly explained all about Dubai and the view we had - it was Spanish Day thats why Spanish flag was appeared in Burj Khalifa! He also offered us to have Morrocon Tea which we really loved. Also, the waiter Mubshir was very helpful - always came to us whether we need any additional help or services and drinks. Thank you all the staff members. I won't forget my last night in Dubai!

I came here several times for lunch and enjoyed it every time. The choices available are just the right amount; about 2 types of soup, salads, some seafood, pasta and BBQ stations, as well as other plates to "fill in the gaps". Location is also ideal as it is on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, and there's an outdoor seating for when the weather cools. Big thanks to Mr. Sarfraz, who makes it a point to pass by our table & make sure all is well each time we come, and to Mr. Puroskhan Tajudeen, who also checked in on us during today's lunch. Would definitely come back again.and again.

I come here sometimes with friends and family. But I will try to avoid Friday and weekends because it can get a bit overcrowded. Ocerall great experience and good food.

The best place for real Arabic dinner, especially if you have guests from abroad. Ewaan has wonderful view to Burj Khalifa and partially Fountains, also hotel itself is one of the best in Dubai, beautiful outdoor area. Buffet is huge. They have theme nights - best is on Wednesday when there is Arabic entertainments (belly dance, Tandoora dance, Oud player - for that better to sit outdoor, but please double check how it is during summer) and extra grill seafood buffet.they also part of Entertainer (2 for 1). Highly Recommend!:)

A good place to require friends and family. Elegant atmosphere with buffet food that's and average. The food is tasty and conferred well on buffet displays. Service is outstanding. Desserts ar nice. Drinks typically value further. The palace downtown building itself is extremely nice. This place isn't too expensive for what you are obtaining and it's always on the soul.

Delicious food buffet here. Such a grand place to dine! High ceilings and Arabic interior touches, it lives up to its location being at the 'Palace Downtown'.

We dined on a weekday which wasn't so busy, yet there were plenty of food choices available. Loved the seafood options, lamb ouzi, dumplings, sushi, ice cream station, and the dessert cakes.

Dont waste your money in Ramadan there worst food at Suhur, worst shisha, and shisha guy will never serve u if u didn’t give him tip, bad food at suhur the chops like wood, 90% indian food not arabic, bad experience dont go

The experience in Ewaan is totally outstanding, super hospitality and professional managers, special thanks to Mr Sarfraz who makes our visit really a remarkable one. All the food mouth watery and test fresh. Highly recommended for family and business.

We visited on Arabic night (Wednesday)
Plenty of Arabic food at the buffet, belly dancing, Tanoura dancing, music etc.
The hostess was superb, welcoming, explained everything to us, so kind.
Would have stayed longer if we hadn't got work the next morning!
I really enjoy visiting the Palace hotel, downtown.

The restaurant is no longer wht is used to be food taste was not good and service offered was terrible will never visit again.

Ewaan @ Palace Downtown is a gracefully landscaped restaurant / lounge that offers a chilled vibe. If you wander through the restaurant and go outdoors, you pass some beautifully laid out cabanas on either side of the swimming pool that lead to seating right on the edge of the Burj lake and giving you a side view of the dancing fountain. Food is really good quality and I have been pleased with any dishes ordered. Have also tried several different shishas mixes here and never been disappointed. A great place to relax and unwind in Dubai during the evenings.
