Executive Movers Dubai is one of the best I have dealt especially their local staff being Benoni, Eva and Norman. Their approach to work and quality of packing was absolutely world class and we had zero damages. But what is more important is that they understood the needs of the client and accordingly modified their offerings. However the destination partner's management was severely found wanting in terms of flexibility and coming good on what they had promised. Even for the faux pas, the Indian management never made an attempt to reach out to me. However the destination partner's delivery team was brilliant in terms of unpacking and arranging things. I would request Executive Movers Dubai team to have a better expectation control on their Indian partners so their excellence has the same quality throughout.

I would highly recommend Executive movers. Right from start to finish - great communication received from their team, especially Melwyn who was fantastic with his customer service skills. He made sure I was updated on shipping quote, lead time and expected delivery times. His warm, professional demeanour was outstanding. Great value for money, fantastic support from Executive movers. I requested a household shipping quote and was quoted an average of 9CBM more that 7 competitors for the same move. Suffice to say, I will not be using Executive movers anytime soon. Make sure you shop around folks!

I moved a container from California to Dubai 14 years ago and it cost me 6k. When I started inquiring from different companies couple of months ago for the move back from Dubai to California, I was terrified of the price increase. I ended up paying about $13k and after negotiating with about 5-6 different places decided to go with Executive Movers. Most quotes from different companies were about $2-3k more. What a great decision it was to choose Executive Movers. Evangeline, my sales rep was so responsive and cooperative. I had a million questions and she took her time to answer me. She resolved all my concerns with outmost professional attitude and patience. The moving process took two days and was amazing. The crew was awesome. So clean and precise and wise in advising me with how I need to organize the items. They were so careful. Then the process of the California port started and so many things started to go wrong but to no fault of the company. Things at the port with timings and additional costs which were freaking me out. However they again came to rescue and covered some of the cost that was legally supposed to be my cost. They handled the customs smoothly and finally the day of delivery arrived. Another crew came and they delivered everything with outmost care in the heavy rain that was happening that day. They made sure I don’t get extra charges for the truck that would cost more if he waited too long. They sent the truck away and stayed as long as I needed till the last piece was in its place. I could not believe that this project was finally over. This is a very complicated process and you hear horror stories from some people when the company mistreated them. I went in as a serious skeptic and came out thanking god for leading me to the right company. I recommend Executive Movers 100%. Thank you.

After I contacted them for a quotation, they replied very quickly, did a very efficient prognosis about the number of cubic meters that had to be moved, gave a cheaper price than their competitors and also the moving activity on itself was good.

The items were packed exceptionally well at our house in Dubai and reached the destination in very good condition. The whole process right until our doorstep was professional and efficient.

I have to give 1 star as there is no option to give none.
I wish I had never given my contract to them as I see other similar reviews and completely believe that other positive reviews are FAKE. They gave me a quote of 11K while other carriers were charging 5K. I told the same and they reduced the quote to 5.5K. Then, over a period of time they kept increasing the charges and now I have paid upto 11K and havent even received my cargo till now. Their staff remains unresponsive to emails, calls and is the most unethical in the industry. They first advised to me load my stuff in the Dubai Warehouse (as shipping would take time) for which I paid money, then kept asking for more and more money and finally have given me a bill of AED 4000 to release my stuff. My cargo is delayed by 3 months and I dont expect it to arrive in a good condition even.

I took the contract from someone else and gave it to them. It was the worst decision of my life.

They are the worst carriers in this business. Their staff Rema and Cassandra are not responsive at all. They will not see your emails for months and when you'd want to escalate, the manager wont pay attention either. I wish I had never gone ahead with them.

A terrible and bad experience with Executive Movers. Completely poor. They had gotten my furniture and items packed up and ready to move from one country to another and had given me a total cost, but over the period of the shipment arriving they had periodically added large amounts of money for no reason, even though we paid for door to door service with a final total cost, however, that was not seen through by them and they kept on adding more money on the cost. In addition, the containers didn't even arrive in time. We were promised 40 days for it to arrive however, it arrived 60 days later and on top of that they added more money to pay for demurrage, and we weren't even given notice. This is open theft and cheating. Not happy at all, do not invest any money with them.

So far so go good, they packed and collected my stuff and furniture professionally, shipment is going to the UK. I will update my review once I receive the shipment in September

They provided a quotation to move my flat from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and I told them that I got better rate from their competitors they asked me to show them the offer I received from them to try to reduce the price. I refused to share any other offer since this is not a business ethics. If you they are sure about their service and markets, then they should provide best comparable rate from the beginning. After I refused, they came back saying we gave the best offer, Then why they asked to share other location. Just be careful when you deal with them

The company is good and communicates until you paid up. They too over 4 months to deliver my stuff only to learn they had delayed release in CPT. When I received some stuff like bed was missing legs and items, grazed and damaged. My agent locally tried to intervene for executive to follow up, I never received compensation even thou I paid for insurance that they arranged for. Calls and emails went in answered. I would never recommend spending a cent in this company.

Excellent service! 100% reliable. My shipping Dubai-Doha was not an easy one both because of the pandemic and the blockade between the two GCC countriss. Although in the beginning I was a bit sceptical (the additional insurance didn't accept ti cover me because I had packed myself), the shipping ended up successfully. I always had constant correspondence with my agent to keep me updated of the stages in these difficult times. Cassandra Fernandez had been my faboulous point if reference all the time.
