Genuine review for all used car buyers out there. I am from Canada and i wanted to buy my first car in Dubai, went to many dealerships and realised that the odometers of majority of those cars were reversed. I finally stumbled upon exotic cars and with 100% confidence i can say you wouldn’t have to worry about any shady business happening at this dealership. On top of that i had the pleasure of dealing with MARK at exotic cars, he is an amazing guy, very professional, communicative and makes sure you are satisfied and happy with your purchase till the car is delivered and even after. Over all it was truly an exotic experience.

They have done interior and exterior for me.
They even don't know that what things to cover up before washing the engine.
My car is having problem in starting and throttle sensor issues.
Both the throttle sensors are not working, and it got me extra visit to garage and still not fixed.

I will never ever and ever recommend them for any kind of detailing etc work.

These people are typical used car dealers, they treat their customers like mushrooms, you cannot trust anything they tell you. I asked about the optional extras on the car I was interested in and was told they don't know, they told me they don't get that info when they buy cars. They told me the car was an import from Germany, I pushed for the build sheet of the car, they reluctantly provided it, the car was from Canada, Canadian cars are very undesirable in the UAE.

Not recommended at all to deal with this showroom, they have very bad customer service! They always lie in any thing they promise you, that they will do!
Am currently suing them for dishonesty and not returning my money back.

Great car dealer in Dubai, I worked with their Senior Sales representative Mehmet, who is a true professional when it comes to cars. I purchased from him a S63 AMG Coupe, and he was very kind helping out with the sale of my older S63 AMG Sedan.

P.s. Except from Kamran, the other salesmen are pretty rude and, for some reasons, stack up. Selling a Ferrari requires elegance, not attitude.

Excessively aggressive in their sales. Some of the info posted about the car was inaccurate as well.

GT-R is indeed too expensive for its condition, thinking you can take advantage of the cars value to collectors and over charge people is just blatant greed.

I bought a car from them more than a year ago, they are just a bunch of liers, and no matter how many times they tell you their car is clean, test it! I can't stress this enough, don't trust those douche bags, just a bunch of thieves, most of their cars are damaged, I bought an expensive and exotic car from them and turned out to be damaged although they said its clean multiple times, it was my fault for trusting such people out of excitement for the car.

To add on that, I traded in my car with them which was a 911 Carrera 4S which was super clean with very low mileage, and they gave me in return this damaged piece of junk.

DO NOT TRUST THEM.

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF VISITING THEM.

Just a bunch of liers and thieves, specially the owner, acts like a faithful God fearing angel, but in reality they are only thieves and liers.

Be careful not to be fooled by their lies.

I purchased S63AMG 2014, suppose to have warranty, after taking the car away discovered knocking noise in the front wheels. It cost me 42000 AED to fix the problems which to date exotic failed to pay for the cost. They sold me car under manufacturers warranty, when i found out from dealers the car only had extended warranty, which only covers engine and gear box. They said car only had one owner, i found out later it had more than 4 owners and the car was damaged repaired before.

I have ongoing legal case with them.

Do not be fooled by their own warranty and their service please visit their service center before buying a car you will know for yourself. Took my car 6 times back and forth they would just grease the car and not fix the car and give it back and after few days the problems were the same. Until the dealers found the problems and fixed with the bill attached at 42000 AED around 13000USD. Once they take your money they wont even answer your phone, no sense of professionalism but pure Deception on Innocent people.
