We had this company booked thru our resort! We got the test done at 11: 00am and paid extra fee to get the results in 6 hours to be on the safe side! Place we are flying have new rules that test must be done in 24hours! I called 15+ times to get the results and they blame on my email … after a lit back and forward he said the test would be done in another 50mim! I wait another hour and no results or answer calls! Feels like I been robed! They sold a service and dont delivered! Plus stress to get close to loose a flight! Do not put your travel in risk
