Most unprofessional, uncivilised company to ever consider joining the logistics business. How they are even allowed to continue their shady business affairs is beyond doubt a mark of poor core values to meeting client expectations. Zero communication or follow up to cargo arrival. The street dealings with their workers is a complete disaster and the pricing is also a reflection of that. Don't risk by ship else you'll pay through the nose.

I wish I read the reviews before. The worst cargo company, very untrustworthy.
They never delivered my parcel, they kept giving excuses about KRA this, KRA that. Now it two months and they think I have forgotten about it.
When you make follow up via WhatsApp they don't reply, until today they have never replied my last text asking about my parcel.
You can do better! PULL UP OR CLOSE DOWN.

The fact that they don’t give straight forward information about your cargo is so frustrating. Well I’m definitely never recommending this company to any of my friends or family. The follow up proved to be unsuccessful thus delay in delivery of the urgent baby food I was sending. I’m utterly disappointed period!
