خدمة العملاء عندهم ممتازة جداً وصلتني طلبية فيها خطأ وبعد التواصل مع خدمة العملاء تم حل المشكلة وتوصيل المطلوب في وقت قياسي بصراحة ما توقعتها لكن أهنيهم.

كان تعاملي مع أخ اسمه "ملهم" من خدمة العملاء شخص احترافي فاهم شغله ومهتم برضا العميل فله الشكر هو وكافة فريق العمل الذين عملوا معه على حل الإشكالية التي واجهتني.

Don’t buy them glasses! Bad quality, the worst customer service. Bad for your eyes. Not supportive with customer when they make a mistake. They don’t have real graduate doctors.

What incredible customer service! The team at Eyewa was able to fast track my purchase as it was a birthday gift for my husband - in fact, they went above and beyond to make sure it got to me on time, happily changed the delivery address when I realised my husband would be home when the order arrived, and even included a sweet birthday message for him in the package. All of this with fast, professional, and friendly communication made me feel sure I was in excellent hands from start to finish of the transaction. You have a new loyal customer. Plus, the glasses are awesome

Scammers who won't return my money after I returned a pair of sunglasses, I've tried in person and online and they haven't been helpful at all. They said they can return it as store credit which came in the form of a coupon code which never worked.

Eyewa customer service is called “customer care@eyewa” and they DO CARE. A LOT! I have never experienced that kind of service before! I was desperately trying to buy again Eyewa glass frame from a previous collection for my son and Eyewa Team has litteraly checked in all their warehouses in the GCC to help me find it. They shipped it from a different country to my house. BIG THANK YOU for your dedication and your commitment! So impressed and greatful! Thank you sooo much!

Worst company to work, they don't give proper time to showcase their ability and they terminate any time without notice.bad management, without proper goal they work.

Bad experience i had there, i was having an interview for customer service and the managers there was very impressed by my experience, and then in the end they select somebody else who doesn't have.

I initially left a bad review because I had some payment issues with their website. But I must share that the eyewa team went above and beyond to remedy the situation and help me source some hard to find lenses in Dubai. Really appreciate the commitment to service.

Great products at a reasonable price, asked the customer service team to speed up the shipping of my lenses as I was traveling. They fulfilled my request and delivered the items in time. Thank you and well done

Two orders placed, two orders cancelled by eyewa because they don't have stock or access to the lenses being sold.
There won't be a third chance, useless.
