Im using ezhire for months but today will return the car earlier than I should. They are deducting some amounts without giving details. I did not go out but received my second unusual salik charge! Im not passing any salik gate but charged for it. Last time they charged me for 3 salik gates in a day although i did not pass any! Even 1! When i asked them to send me details, they said it will be emailed, but never happened! It repeated again yesterday, charging me for 3 salik gates while i did not pass even one gate!
This is not only happening to me, but lots of other users. Hope EZhire solve this issue and respect customers.

I do not even know what to say, as a matter of fact i did not want to post a negative review but i am so pained, i just had to make a post. My husband and i decided to try ezhire because we were quite impressed with their app but i have never experienced this in my whole stay in Dubai. My husband ordered a car and was not told about making any security deposit from start. After they made the deductions, the called him and told him he had to make a security deposit which was never communicated from the start. The most Painful part of this, is that he got this from them at around 10pm. The excuse which was given did not even make any sense. On the next day, we decided to rebook and make available the security deposit. After giving us pressure to deposit in time they made the debit, claiming they had made the debit in someones name, can someone please tell me how this is even possible. After all the stress we had to go through they called us at the last minute to tell us that the order has been cancelled. And then we got a mail stating that the funds have been refunded and will be received within 3-4 days.

I am still in disbelief and in as much as the company seems to be real it feels as if we are being scammed or something. You people do not know what people have to go through to make a living. How can you hold someone money for 3-4 days when it is your mistake? How is this even possible? Can someone please tell me?

How is this even a possibility. My husband came for a car purposely for work, now he has to literally use the train, meanwhile his money is stuck with a company that does not feel remorse.

This is a gross misconduct and must be rectified or else further actions must be taken

Great app with easy process to rent a car, i was feeling hard to rent a car as i was going to rent a car in Dubai, but with eZhire its so easy and convenient to get a rental car, the rates are very fair without a deposit and they don't have any extra charges or something like that, highly recomended.

Worst car hire experience ever.guided to wrong address to hand over the car although I was advised to deliver the car to another location. I searched for almost 30-35 minutes for an office in the address you sent me and finally found an alternate office which is supposedly an operation center, they first refused to receive the car and only took after I insisted.moreover, I am charged for an extra day although I returned the car on time after 1st day.

Ezhire is the one of the best companies in the UAE, but i must say it is the more convenient and hassle-free rent a car service, the rental can be management through app, the charges are so less than other market, they don't take any deposit, the car delivery option is amazing, i would like to recommend it to all.

I surprised after using this app, very convenient and fast, renting a car now very easy, i rented the car for 10 days in Abu Dhabi and the car was so clean and new, after using for 10 days i extended my rental for more 10 days, the customer service is very helpful and supportive, will tell to my friends about eZhire.

They have hidden fees, and they deduct without letting you know first. I was using a car and i got delayed so i had to give it back without fuelling back my usage which was about 20 DHS. What they do is they went to the petrol station fell the up the gas to the max and charge me. How come this is possible?

Great rent a car app and best service, yesterday i returned the car, it was Mitsubishi Attrage, it was 2019 model, well sanitized and good, app has only 3 steps to tap and you can get your rental car at your required location, wonderfull experience, so easy and fast, the rental cost was reasonable and almost affordable for everyone, although they don't have the pictures of vehicles but its not a problem, it is a reliable company and they have large fleet size and all cars are good and clean, very very satisfied experience i got and i will come back, Highly recommended.

I continue to use ezhire car rental because of their quick responses, good booking promos and also their extra full cover protection offer. I have been able to cancel bookings and rebook for another location in UAE or change of date very easily and the refund is credited to my card within a week. The charges are often nominal than going through the rental company directly and the explanations of the rental contracts are always very clear, especially when renting a car in a country where the office staff in the rental company don’t communicate clearly.

Me and my son used this car rental app to get a car in Dubai. We were very pleasantly amazed at the low rental fees. However, we have not taken our trip yet so it remains to be seen how the whole experience plays out, what kind of car we actually get and what kind of service we receive at the airport. So far everything was easy. Let’s hope the actual getting access to the car is equally easy.

I have used ezhire several times now to rent a car in UAE and have always been pleased with the service. The car rental app is easy to use, the range of cars is great and the prices are usually excellent, especially when compared to others. They are bunch of thieves.please be aware don’t believe or work with them. Iam heading to police tomorrow and I already contacted the costumer care in dubai. My friend rented a car a month ago when she was visiting dubai for two weeks. All was ok until, she returned there car they told her that they will give her deposit money back after 14 days.they never return her money back after a month instead they charged her 1000 aed with no recite or anything, she kept calling them and no response they said to her it’s a speed fine. I check with Rta there was no fine this company are thieves be aware we are going to escalate this matter big time.

Totally discriminated. Lost! Never book from this. I booked car for 2 days from 11.5.2021 to 13.5.2021 from this team in Dubai UAE. I called the car supplier as mentioned in booking - diamond lease car rental Dubai DIP. Saying that their office will be closed on 11 th to 14 th. This is totally fraud. They dont even inform me until today 10 th may 2021. I just called for confirming and they are saying like this.payment already made through my card

I do not recall any company in my life which completely neglects customer needs as much as this one.

Mistake Mistake Mistake! Don't deal with them. They were haunting me for documents from the time I visited their website and downloaded the app, till the money is received. And after this the story goes reverse, I am behind them to get the car. If you have extra money, then only pay them.

This app is not honest they are acting as broker, the sales representative promiss to charge only delivery fee if I cancel but in fact on the long long term and conditions small latter's they wrote that I need to pay one day rental and I never used the car!
Its better you find a real rental company, also will cost you cheaper.

I have booked my car and received a booking confirmation, however I have never received a car. When I tried contacting customer service, they answered only first time, afterwards never picked up a phone. I had to call them from my wife's phone in order to speak to someone. After i get someone on the phone, they were constantly lying that my car will be delivered in 10 minutes. After 3 hours, I went to other car rental company and rented car there. Rethink if you want to rent here.

Very poor customer service and they will charge you for extension if you even Dont ask for.

You will not get any response from their customer service. Please look for some other rental cars

They charge you after on things not verified or confirmed without notice. I would recommend you hire elsewhere as they do not practice transparency. Further more, they are a third party provider thus act as a middle man. They do not do any due diligence on charges that are placed by the actual provider, they tend to use Diamond Lease who charge you indiscriminately. They charged in this example 400 AED for cleaning without approval, 400! Really highway robbery. Being they are a third party they don't do anything to dispute such charges with their provider. Also their provider keeps you card details and charge at will without approval

I didn’t expect that car hire could be so simple. The eZhire team made it so easy and delivered the car to my door steps on time. My sincere thanks to team eZhire for the excellent service.

The overall ease of use was good except for the delivery which was an hour and a half late. I booked it at 2pm but it came at 3: 30pm. They made up for it though by giving a brand new Pajero with 100kms on the clock. Props to them for that. Will continue using the service and hopefully the delivery time will improve in the future. But overall a great app and service.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service from beginning to delivery of the car. I searched online for Dubai Car Rentals, EZhire came up. I filled out the inquiry online and within 2 minutes Mohammed phoned me. He walked me through the process and promptly answered ALL my questions even after the contract was signed. He understood my urgent need and made me feel a priority. The car was delivered well before the appointed time and the delivery man was very professional and courteous. He walked me through the terms of the contract in detail and together inspected every inch of the car, and this is at 9: 45pm but he never gave me the feeling of being rushed. I am truly happy of the service. After a stressful day of getting my car in the shop, this is exactly what we needed: ease of booking a temporary car, quality car, courteous customer service representatives. Thank you!

Very poor customer service. You only have one question, but will take for these people whole day for the issue but still not resolve. You will be transferred to different department several times or they will just disconnect the call. Seriously? This kind of customer service I will get after renting a car from you guys?
