Very poor, not too many games for bigger kids, strange fooling way of charging taking your main credits before leaving you stuch with the free credits

I wouldn’t take your children unless they are well over 90-120cm over wise it really isn’t worth the visit.
There was one ride and our son was literally 1cm short and they wouldn’t let him ride. Can imagine it’s amazing place to visit with older children

Scamming parents is not business. Took my kids and we wanted to have fun.it was bad experience.guess what is the trick they used kid choose to play in one game the charge on the game is 10 AED they took 15 or 20 AED. Dont ever treat Parents as stupid I highly recommend to the organizer or the owner of this fanyland to understand kids are not be used and aparents not be abused by fooling them in such horrible scam. Game showing fees and the card charges more than that. ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ parents don't take your kids to this place ever
Till they change their trick and scam coz this is not Dubai standard. I have been n many kids parks and games outlets but never seeing such cheap cheating

A mall with plenty to do for children and adults. Many cafes and restaurants to choose from. The rides for kids are great, but one little issue I had was that we can not see our children in it. The whole thing is enclosed, and only a child can go with one parent, and that I found a little unfair. Plus, me being the grandparent, I was unable to see my grandson enjoying himself in there. Great shopping centre though with lots of good shops. That's why the 4*

Huge play zone for kids, they have a wide variety of games. I think prices are higher in comparison with other playing zones

We had friend's birthday party for 2 hours. Kids 5-7yo enjoyed their time and activities. Staff hosted event friendly and nice!

Amazing place with fun, not just for kids but fascinating for adults too to see the creative technology that drives the riding equipment.

Thanks to the Fabyland team for organizing an amazing birthday for my 5 year old daughter and her big group of friends. The kids had an amazing time! All the staff were unbelievable and the face painter was an artist! The mytown venue was even better than the party room as the kids loved the access to the pretend activities and it was more open and convenient for the parents

Great playarea for children from 2 to 10 years. Lots of activities and rides packed into a very small area. Good staff. Has a huge birthday party room.

This is my daughters new favourite place! Her height is perfect (4yrs) to go on most of the rides so she always has a blast. We have also visited a few times now since discovering Fabyland.

We have been on different days and times and it is never overwhelmingly busy which is perfect of course and the staff are always so bubbly and interactive!

Very nice place.indoor activities for kids.and they have a lots of kids rides and games.and they have birthday function room.

Horrible service extremely unhelpful staff children’s play areas are covered in dust arcade games covered in oil and smudged with food and my friend lost something inside and they didn’t even try they just said I’m the boss here so leave you are to tall we have a specific height limit and you can’t come in AND now it’s lost in there instead of assisting us ‘Jenney’ laughed at us when the manager denied us entry

Came at 9: 40 pm they didn’t let me go to the playroom, supposedly they were closing, although it was still 30 minutes before closing, at least such a boorish attitude towards the children and the client, the employees do not want to work, I won’t come here again

Faby Land is a huge play zone for kids and also adults can enjoy a few rides. Lots of electronic games, rides, trampoline and also a big play area for kids. The food court is nearby and this is in level 2 in Nakheel mall.

Timings are unpredictable and undependable which is extremely frustrating with a 2 year old with hopes to enter the play area. This is by far the best play area for toddlers however I’ve been 3 times in the last 3 weeks and 2 out of 3 times, the opening hours were not followed. Once we arrived at 10am. And they weren’t ready to open at 10am. They opened at 10: 15am instead. I was willing to over look this however today we arrived at 10: 45am and were informed that they are closed to the public as they have a VIP party. Either you designate your toddler area as a party room, or you designate yourselves as a play area. It’s not fair to your customers to not have clear expectations on your hours. Our entire morning was wasted as we took the time to drive to your facility, only to be informed that you aren’t open. Will finish using the preloaded money on our card and will be taking our business to a play area with reliable timings.

Had a birthday party last week for my daughter.the start was not pleasant as got promised by duty manager Allen to have the virtual invitation cards delivered within 24 48 hours after booking.however had to follow up after the promised time without getting a professional reponse. Lame excuses like its "another departments responsibility to get the cards done" dont leave a good impression. This aspect can be improved.

However the event itself was superb with special kudos to the hosts Jomar and Roxane who were quite brilliant in looking after the kids throughout the 2 and a half hour stretch. The place is generally not that crowded hence reommended for such events.

Amazing place and wonderful staff who puts all the efforts to make your child birthdays a very special and memorable they do wonderful theme planning and customized speak to Mr. Allan and Mr. Louis they are such a great help posting few pics of my son’s birthday celebration

The faby land team put together an excellent afternoon for our private event. All our detailed requests were created to perfection, the team was forthcoming and generous with their enthusiasm and creativity.

We had a birthday celebration for our son and it was a fabulous experience with the staff and specially thanks to the branch manager (Mr Ahmed) for his amazing service.

We recently had our son's 6th birthday at Faby Land. Initially I had to continually follow up on communication and dealt with different mangers in the process who gave conflicting information which was frustrating. However, once I was able to liaise with the party organiser Louis, he was extremely helpful. He did an amazing job pulling the party together from the decorations, to organising the kids and schedule and also filming parts of the party to create a keepsake video for us. On the day we also had Roxanne and Jomar who did an excellent job at coordinating 23 children and making sure they all had a really enjoyable time. I would highly recommend this venue for children's parties.

2 really good play areas. One is a soft play area and the other is a role play area. You access both from the same gate. The downside is you have to pay for both separately and cannot do half your time in one and half in the other, which I think is very unfair and clearly a money making exercise.

It is a wonderful place to celebrate your kid's birthday. I personally recommend it to all my friends. My daughter celebrated at this place last Saturday and she so much enjoyed it, together with her friends. The staff are so helpful and they really did a great job in making this day memorable for my daughter. I love the nice decoration, how they organized and managed the party. Overall it's really a thumbs up!

Amazing Experience and highly recommended. Offers game for small kid like Soft Game zone and all electronic ones for Toddlers and Trampoline for anyone above 90 cm, all under one roof. The rates when compared to FunCity and MagicPlanet, its slightly on a higher side but over experience per se, kids will love it for sure
