Excellent, well experienced and knowledgeable faculty. The advisors, counsellors and none of the staff are strict/too formal and are casual and easy to work with. No issues other than communication being a bit slow, but I guess that's to be expected due to the number of students being managed.

FACT has been very supportive and has provided proper guidance from the Day 1 itself from the preparation of SAT and IELTS exam to selection of the universities till the visa interview classes. My application process has been v properly done, and the faculty were very helpful and preparation level on the fact portal had helped me achieve my goal and the Training experience was really nice and there was also continuous Zoom Support.

I would rate 4 stars for the overall experience. That extra one is driven by one person only. Santosh Sir who provided his support remotely from Canada takes organising of papers to whole new level. Structured approach and patience is what I got from him at all levels. A friend more than a mentor. I would like to thank him personally along with the rest of FACT team, who also provided support from India for making my dream to study masters come true.

I participated in a workshop in which we had SAT coaching as well as fun activities where my team name was 'Eco-vengers'. It was really enjoyable and the SAT coaching and career counseling are very helpful.

Usually when it comes to studying abroad, there are a lot of worries involved but it was significantly lowered because of the support from FACT. Their agents are super friendly and really open and transparent about the whole process. I applied to Trent in Canada through them and although there were stressful situations, they managed to clear through it with ease. 10/10 would recommend
