Fairmont Dubai

Fairmont Dubai is absolutely amazing and luxurious hotel which is located at Sheikh zayed road
We stayed for 2night at Fairmont Dubai rooms were beautiful and hotel has really nice ambiance by itself
We went to Cin Cin to have some drinks and food everything was outstanding staffs were really polite and welcomed us with good hospitality Susen, Ajay, Nimul gave their best service and recommended their beautiful wines we tried some French wines which was outstanding food were delicious
Over all we had amazing experience at Fairmont hotel and Cin Cin bar hope to see those staff very soon

It was really good time at fairmont Dubai I think we made a right decision to stay at fairmont hotel we stayed for couple of days just for business purpose but we had really luxury experience out there
The bar we went was Cin Cin which was Wine and Cigar bar
There we meet GOPAL, NAIMUl and SUSEN
They make us feel like home with their hospitality and brilliant service such a nice recommendation
Food and drinks were outstanding hope to visit soon

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at the hotel. I booked room from Accor official website and my booking was refundable. I canceled my reservation due trip cancelation before the due date.unfortunately, my card was charges for the room at the date of reservation. I tired to contact the hotel via email but the hotel was not responsive at all.unfortunately, this is my bad experience with the hotel.

Just an update: I was not able to get my money back until now although I get a confirmation that they have an issue with their reservation system. Very bad customer service. It is now more than 40 days and I am not getting my money.

Its Good place and center place for visitor stay and easy access Dubai visit places like Burj khalifa Malls and beaches accessable flow for visits

One of the bad experiences I have with hotels
First, they could not find my reservation
Second, I couldn't not sleep good due to noise from the club they have
It seems that the club inside the room

This my first time with them and will be the last, I do not recommend this place to any one.
Also, all staff are poor on their services
Very bad place

Reservation reps are not qualified,
Called them more than 5 times and left my number as well. No one called back for more than 45 Mnts

I stayed in room 2601.

Things I liked:
-excellent A/C
-good gym
-nice pool area
-nice shower
-decent room service

Things I didn't like:
-TV in my room had a broken backlight. The guy who came to fix it claimed that all the TV backlights in the hotel behaved the same way, essentially telling me the TV was operating as normal, basically insulting my intelligence. I know when a TV's backlight is broken or not thank you very much.
-WiFi in room was terrible.very slow. Most of the time just one bar.
-hardly any space in the bathroom to place toiletries
-bathroom tap was an automatic one with a sensor which didn't appear to work too well
-at breakfast I had to ask for a tablespoon for my cereal every day. Why are there no tablespoons around? Why do I have to ask every day? Nobody seemed to have any coherant answers to these questions as I did ask two memebers of the breakfast staff.
-COVID PCR tests need to be paid for in cash.

Very nice hotel except for one cheap experience with in room dining. The rates are affordable for the great quality. We got a one bedroom suite and unfortunately there was no available two bedroom suite to upgrade but the suite we got still felt luxurious and spacious. The in room dining is excellent and the bedroom and living room spaces are cozy. The bathroom facilities could be improved but they’re not too shabby. However, I was not satisfied with how cheap the in room dining service was. Not only did they make a mistake with an order of Buffalo wings by giving us BBQ wings instead, but they asked for the BBQ wings back to “take a look at it. ” If this is a high quality hotel why are they requesting the food back? So they can just throw it or give it to somebody else? It seemed like they thought we were lying and didn’t want to just outright accuse us, but we definitely still got the message. Usually if a hotel makes such a mistake they will fix the problem and on top of that giving us a complementary dessert or something of that sort. They didn’t charge us for the French fries that they also failed to give us when we asked for it the first time, but it still looks very cheap for the hotel to ask for the food they made a mistake with back. I believe they should have handled such a situation in a more professional manner that reflects the high quality “5 star” look and feel that the hotel wants to give off to its guests. Anywho, we had a great and peaceful stay and would choose Fairmont again in the future.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, service from check-in to housekeeping is ok. But my stay is ruined when I decided to book a spa treatment. The lady there, I think her name is Made or mad looks like she doesn't want any customer to be there. Even with a mask we know that she's frowning and she's not knowledgeable of the services available. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with the appointment and we regret it as it is the worst massage experience I had. I'm surprised a brand like fairmont have staffs like this, I never experience it on my previous stays from other branches worldwide. Don't get me wrong the other facilities are amazing but one bad service ruined our stay. My friends are planning to book here during summer, will definitely not recommend.

Special thanks to Bikash our Bartender even though our order was short as we came from rooftop pool he treated us nicely and perfect service I will recommend this bar and this gentleman specially to all of my friends and colleagues. Bikash you are keep it up. I wish this message must be cascaded to Bikash to motivate him more

Valet waiting is more than 30 mins to get the car, plus I'm sure they were driving it in a reckless way as I have a sports car and when they finally gave it to me it was full of engine smoke smell which happens only if u overpressure the engine!

A great place! Nice collection of restaurants, two pools taking into considerations the sun direction (Sunset and Sunrise), the best of it all is the staff, they are amazing, friendly, and helpful! There is a person at the reception called Ahmad! This man is extremely friendly, helpful, and you can feel that from the moment of checking in!

Really disappointed with the staff and lack of communication. My husband booked a treat for me as I’m heavily pregnant. No one informed him there was no valet, and to park for the spa you must park in a building opposite the hotel on the third floor. To then be told I’m 8 mins late I can’t now have my treatment. Staff were really rude, no managment available and a very disappointed client. Wouldn’t recommend to go if you want to pamper it’s so much hassle.

Nice and elegant place to stay. Hanging in Trophy Room and having good services from Sheena, Zara, Teddy and Bikash. They all are very welcoming and best in what they do. You have to definitely come to them. They’re fun to talk as well and well look after you

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, specially Shubham is amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options and is tasteful and enjoyable. I would recommend you try this hotel if you are staying in Dubai.

This is such a Lovely hotel. I have stayed with them twice. The rooms are fantastic especially the view from room. Very spacious and beautiful. Housekeeping staff were really helpful and gentle specially Shubham. I would recommend this for all the people who want to come dubai.

I would recommend this Hotel to all, we received excellent service from all management & staff, everyone was well trained & friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Shubham from housekeeping, his service was excellent. Definitely we will come back for sure.

Fairmont is not just a hotel, but a second home to me and my friends.hanging out with friends in our most fave part is in Trophy Room.services and approach from management to the staffs feels like a family. Rozelle and Zara are very attentive and always on time. Drinks and foods are excellent and prices are very reasonable. Most recommended

Fairmont dubai is my second home after a long day at work. Trophy Room is my favourite bar in SZR. Artchie is excellent with his cocktail mixing and taste very good. Rozelle is Boombastic and Zara is Fantastic a whole team of purely fun and great service.keep smiling guys
