Called them to inspect my AC. Without an AC in Dubai's summer heat needs no explanation. They were supposed to come at 2PM, at 5: 30PM I was told they will take another half hour or so. Asked them not to come. Cannot trust someone to deliver a quality service if they cannot respect the time.

The support I received was thorough and timely. The issue of my fridge was addressed with a single interaction. I am happy with the customer service team and the technical team. They're doing a good job and good service. I would really use their service in the future and would recommend. Thank you FAJ Tech for fixing my fridge.

They damaged my oven and now it doesn't work anymore. Refused to take responsibility towards their actions. Do not use their services. They didn't document their process and got away with it. Even the DED couldn't expose them. It's a sham company and I caution everyone not to use their services.

I hae used Faisal Ali Juma (FAJ) for a few different projects and always found them helpful and professional. Even if the Air Condition (AC) Maintenance Service job is not big they always help me out and leave my clients very satisfied. I would highly recommend them

Worst service ever received.
I called them to fix 3 Acs at my workplace. Two of them needed just the service. For third one, they changed capacitor and filled the gas, gave me 30 days warranty on the work done (mentioned on their receipt). After 8-10 days, AC stopped working for which i registered a complaint. Now, it has been more than a week since i am following up for the warranty claim calling them 4-5 times a day. Everytime i call the same guy named Sadik, he asks me to tell him to whole story over and again and then after 5 days they directed me to talk to their manager, Waleed, even he is not ready to give me any solution. So unprofessional.

The third time I’ve to use this company for other appliances

After having my Miele wash machine with them for several months now, I finally decided to write this review.
They picked up my wash machine in January, apperently fixed it with a spare-part, which they charged 1000 AED for it. After returning the wash machine, I was still not able to use the wash machine (it would shut down unexpected). Hence, they have obviously not fixed it or fixed the wrong thing. So they have picked it up again. Now, my washmachine is still with them, I have to chase them to get answers or a clear report on what the problem is. The last update was that they cannot get the spare-part for the "new" issue which they have found. But since that update several weeks have passed and I have never received a follow-up.

Last time I spoke to them, they mentioned that if they would return the machine to me, I would have to pay for the rental of the replacement machine! I cannot believe that this is a serious request, after paying 1000 Aed for NOT fixing my wash machine and keeping it for several months not updating me about what is going on. I just want my wash machine back as soon as possible. I would not recommend anyone to use FAJ, simply because of their bad costumer service.

Two days ago I was promised a clear answer on my case on the following day. Two days later I still have not received a call back from them. So today I called them again (like always I have to chase them), still no answer on how to deal with my case.

Our pcb failed in one of our server room air cons (ac). Although the PCB was a bit costly it was better to replace it than change the whole system. A previous engineer said these weren't available and that the manufacturer did not produce them. Faisal Ali Juma saved us a fortune by not having a new install and they found this part. In both No commitment to the promised time, You need to continuously follow up.
Fist time they'd fixed it with high price
Second time they did not and spent around one week to admit that they can't!

The technicians who visited to investigate an issue with my Miele dishwasher started by claiming both the motherboard and the heating element needed replacing. When I insisted that it was very unlikely that two different components had failed simultaneously, they changed their story to say that it only needed a new heating element, but they would need to take the unit to their workshop in order to make the repair. This sounded crazy to me, so fortunately I refused and sent them on their way.

I subsequently engaged Miele's own service department, who found a small piece of plastic lodged in the circulation pump. After removing this object, the unit was back working perfectly, with no need to replace any components.

Please also note that the 5-star reviews below from "Faisal Ali Juma" and "faj 70734" are clearly fake reviews placed by people connected with the business. The 1-star reviews from Imran Sheikh, Gym Dubai, and Triza K seem more plausible.

Really helpful, polite and respectful. Came to look at air condition repaired. He told me the problem after having a thoroughl look and told me the price. Really fair and tested in front of me before he left leaving his warranty invoice case any issues.

Really impressed with my fridge and freezer repair. This is the third time I have used this Company. Very helpful staff from the initial phone call through to service engineer call-out. Prompt, efficient, professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I would recommend this Company as trustworthy and I would definitely use them again.

Very bad service, cannot be trusted, They clamied that they can repair Ariston Dishwasher, charged me for the repairs then the dishwasher kept having the same failure after short while.

Excellent service. Split window AC 1.5T takes 3days service time. Same AC breaks down 2 weeks later will again take 3 days to repair. Make sure you chase or it could take longer.

They are a very bad company. Dont trust them. They took the AC from our office for repair and committed to deliver it within 1 day. Even after 2 weeks of multiple followups they didnt returned it back. Everytime we have to followup, they never called back for any updates. The manager didnt came on line to talk. And after 2 weeks they said they will return the unrepaired AC. Really pathetic service.

Great customer service from start to finish. Easy to arrange service appointment on website. Excellent phone contacts to follow up on this and confirm appointment. Faisal Ali Juma a Great company, service and price. We had our Samsung and LGair conditioning, home kitchen appliances and repaired by the company. Excellent communication, friendly and competent staff. It has been a great pleasure dealing with the company and we are particularly pleased with how smoothly everything was done. We would definitely recommend them.

This company is a big joke. Please find some other reputable company to repair any items you may have. They took my dishwasher for more than a week, no communication whatsoever of the progress, no detail on when to expect it back. I called more than 5 times to ask for progress and each time I have to introduce my case, they make promises that they will deliver it and nothing happens, they even call at 10pm saying that they are delivering, when I call back the driver the guy is sleeping! This is some joke kind of company. I will be reporting them obviously if I don't receive back my dishwasher.

We have sent an under counter fridge back to this company 6 times to be repaired and it keeps coming back with the same issue despite them telling g us it had been fixed the first time we sent it and then pressuring us for their payment which we payed. The last time it was sent in a week ago it was returned to us more damaged than what it was sent with. The Service from this company is terrible and despite requesting by email and phone a manager to contact me I have received no response from them for two days now! Stay away from this company!

Faisal Ali Juma really helped me a few years ago when I had problems with our air conditioning system and freezer when I moved into a new property and I have used them ever since. Their service both from the office and from the engineer’s is excellent on every level. They are polite, very knowledgable and very respectful of one’s home. I highly recommend them.

I asked for my refrigerator repair at discovery gardens and they took away the faulty refrigerator parts and never returned. On the top of it they charged me for refrigerator parts removal. I called numerious times but they never pick my call.
