I would like to thank Mr Chadi Sebaaly for his amazing service at Physiotherapy department. I had ankle ligament broken and he was the one who helped me to recover after removing the cast.

Dr. Sanjay Perker is one of the best Pediatricians. My daughter was admitted in FUH few weeks back and had a great experience through out the admission days. He have shown his kindness and incredible knowledge through his treatment of my daughter. We are thankful to the team especially Ms. Juvy and Ms. Mawaheb (pediatric OPD nurses) and Ms. Nina and Ms. Jema (Ward nurses). They are so professionals, very kind and dedicated to their responsibilities. The hospital has good facility and we are very much satisfied with the services of front office, pharmacy, canteen and room services.
Moreover Dr. Sanjay suggested a good Pedia neurologist for my son who is suffering with ADHD. He shows a good concern to my son's condition. Thank you so much doctor and the medical team for your care and support that you provided through out our difficult situations.

Dr. Abdel basset is a genuine individual who dedicated his full time and attention to his patients. He takes his time to understand your concerns and then provides his true medical advice demonstrating strong and confident knowledge. He is personable, approachable and respect all your needs as a patient. We highly recommend visiting him for any of your medical needs in his specialty.

طاقم التمريض جيد والخدمات والنظافة جيدة. ولكن مستوى المشفى ضعيف جدا. قسم الطورارىء ضعيف جدا والخدمات سيئة فيه. الوصول الى طبيب المقيم للحديث معه او التواصل معه سيء جدا يتم تحويلك من قسم الى اخر وهي حالة طارئة المفروض يتم تواصل مع دكتور مباشرة. ودخل طفلي للمشفى اجراءت خروج بقيت اكثر من ٤ساعات. والطبيب المقيم لم يقم بالكشف عن طفل قبل الخروج. او التشييك عليه. ليست المرة الاولى التى اذهب فيها للمشفى. هذه المرة الخامسة او السادسة المستوى ضعيف جدا وبحاجة الى اهتمام اكثر وعناية فيتما يتعلق بالجانب الطبي والاجراءات المعقدة.

Nurses at the orthopaedic are very caring and professional. The hospital ambiance is excellent, and the facilities are exceptional. I was very pleased with how Ola carefully and politely assisted me to the wheel chair and took me round the hospital, waited for me to eat at the cafeteria and took me to check where i parked my car because i cant remember the parking place and number.
He waited for me to drive off and wished me quick recovery.
This is a seven star treatment from him and the hospital.

I’ve seen multiple dermatologists a couple to times but I was not satisfied with their management plans. I then came to see Dr Syed Shah the dermatologist and he was amazing, very respectful and nice. He is great with spot diagnosis and very knowledgeable. Dr Syed’s treatment plans are very effective. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a dermatologist. He is an amazing doctor in a great hospital

The marketing dept person Ms Bhavna was very arrogant being an Indian.
Though the hospital may be good for its services the attitude seemed very disappointment and unprofessional and shameful by not being any help with their assistance.

This is not a hospital but a 7-star hotel. Very clean, astonishing Cafe and waiting area. I had to take my pregnant wife to the emergency since she didn't feel well and the staff were professional, friendly and helpful.

I visited the hospital for the comprehensive wellness package and the service was excellent, and a big thank you to Nouha, the packages coordinator, as my request was to finish all the tests in a very short time, and she made a tremendous effort to make sure that I completed everything in record time with continuous follow-up until I finished.

I had the worst experience after my surgery with Dr. Alaa Younus Mohamed (Women's health department). She has decided to discharge me the next day even though I said I'm still having a severe pain and the only thing she cared about was only payment and insurance approval!

Which by the way approved her request immediately to extend my stay in hospital.

After my surgery I didn't see her she came only the next day in a hurry and left quickly.

Extremely rude, her body language is aggressive and overall doesn't really care about her patient.

Very pleased with service offered from the staff, nurses, doctors in hospital Fakeeh and especially miss Lim! For Chinese patients she’s very helpful especially speaking Chinese and make it easier! Thank you again!

I have never ever experienced such hospitable people in my life. 2nd of December 2021, my 9 year old son suffered from second degree burns all over his body and I was at a complete loss what to do.it was perhaps one of the worst days in my life.staying in Silicon Oasis, I rushed to the hospital and the next few hours was all about motherly care given to my child. I was never made to feel that it was public holiday and every one was just fascinating.a special mention to Nursing supervisor, Mr. Kamal. I simply hats off to his care, dedication, approach and humanity. I wish no one has to ever visit a hospital but if need be, this is truly managed by a set of wonderful human beings. God bless all of them.

Not professional staff at all, I went there today telling them that I have an infection and my ears hurt. Instead of checking me a nurse came with a canola and when I asked her why! She has no answer and never comes back! Then a doctor came and she said that I had no infection but My throat is hurting me and it was very red! However, she wanna give a panadol! With no reason
She didn't even ask if I'm pregnant to take panadol!

My parents are doctors and when I told them what happened they were shocked.

I don't recommend this hospital at all.

On December first my wife got admitted in fakeeh university hospital for delivery. It was a very good experience for us. Dr. Jayce jayankar is a wonderful gynecologist. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient. The staff was always helpful and kind. Special thanks to Joyce, Priya, Shilpa, Grech April, Lorna, Julie, Manju. Asish Sasi and Akheel. Supervisor Majd, Paeditrician Dr. Alesso, Dr. Abeer, Dr. Sanjay and Dr. Mumtaz, Dr. Shahila.

Regarding hospital facilities, we got a calm and quit atmosphere, hygiene rooms with highly medical excellence

They will always give you a very nice smile, but There are two obvious things in this hospital:

1. Some of doctors/nurses never come back via telephone or email to inform you that the lab tests are ready or positive. 'as some labs when positive does not show either in the mobile app'
Examples of doctors who never come back even after calling them ot sending emails to their nurses are
Dr. Alaa Younis The Gynaecology specialist
Also Dr. Ghassan Lotfi who already left the hospital

2. The system is disaster, always have issues. No matter you are in the emergency, admitted in the hospital, our out patient. You may wait for hours and risk your health because of the system glitches.
(I have escalated issue 2 to the CEO in person orally and by email who promised investigating the issue and never came back. My request was only to know what measures that they are taking to ensure system issues does not impact our life and health)

My first surgery at the operating theatre exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough thanks for the OT staff for there dedication and willingness to do best.

It is really the best experience with Dr. Sathya l had excellent result and l will continue with her because the sessions are very helpful and she is very professional doctor. I appreciate her effort.

I had my physiotherapy sessions with Dr Hamad for my frozen shoulder. The guy is a magician! In one session I got back full motion of my shoulder which was missing for so many months. I highly recommend FUH and Dr Hamad for physiotherapy!

New top-notch hospital
I am a patient of doctor Fadi Hamwi who used to work at the American hospital and moved there.great Doctor, high level of expertise, genuine and confident which is very important those days.the only area which needs development in my opinion is this hospital's insurance internal office.they need to follow up properly on claims with the patient insurance provider, they still need experience. I suffered on every occasion getting an approval which didn’t' happen earlier in any other old hospital.they don’t even bother to follow up and clarify.
On my last visit, my medication got rejected, the Lady in the pharmacy “Mariam” took the initiative and followed up with me and my insurance provider for two consecutive days in addition she called me twice to update me on the status, and at the end we got the approval and she made sure that it was delivered to my office. Mariam attitude is rare those days and she is a great asset to this hospital.
Your hospital is great, Your Doctors are top pro, plz make sure you organize the area of insurance quickly as it will play vital role to visit again or to go somewhere else

Worst hospital Ever.as if you are going to coffee shop.we went to ER (which should be Emergency) and waited for an hour for nothing. I don't know how they call this building a hospital.it is a SHAME

Visited the hospital before and was satisfied so I brought my daughter to dr bariah based on hospital name and I felt mislead and was very surprised with her attitude and lack of medical knowledge although i don't know her not listening not concentrating with me shouting to nurse and pharmacy in the phone but when I read her reviews here I wasn't surprised at all!
But my question is why you keep such person in this hospital she is opposite and against what you say that patient first and patient safetyimportant! Why you keep such awful harmful person even without any single good review!

If there is more than 5 stars i will give for the whole journey inside the hospital.i am doing physiotherapy with DR. Hamad kettaneh and i wanna thank him so much for his care because of him i am feeling better now.
