Worst customer experience I've had!
I have to keep following up, many times they don't even respond, and never provide a clear answer.
Professionalism is a word they've never heard of, and since they collected payments they don't care much!

This for an apartment that was bought off plan.

Not quality service. Fakhruddin applies salami tactics to request ever further concessions and fees from their client, changes invoice 'by accident', and withholds paperwork. Would not buy again.

Before the hand over they ask you to signe a paper confirming that you accept the apartment as is and you releas them from any responsibility in the past and future.
No one answers your calls or letters and emails

Useless staff. In customer service there is a female named. Jawhara. Why she is working for doing nothing. No Basic acknowledgement to the email. Not bothered to update the owners request on time. Once I visit the office for sure there would be thunders.

Piss poor service by the entire management and stAff that we have been dealing with. Our deposit hasnt been returned yet.we have an air-conditioning issue that isnt fixed even after a month of living in this God forsaken place. I hope our issues will be addressed and solved. Theyd be all over the place when it comes to us paying but THEY DO A PISS POOR JOB when its about fixing or managing our issues.
Please this is a kind reminder to anyone who is planning on renting out here, DONT DO IT.

Highly unprofessional! Do not rent any apartment with this agency. The term "after sales" doesn't exist for them. They ask you to pay and later don't return your money, don't give contracts on time, don't fix problems in the room, etc. Especially, Sales Manager who responsible for Oasis Tower 1 in Sports city, never take your calls and very irresponsible.

Very Unprofessional. Nobody bothers to follow up. Ive been dealing with an AC issue. Workers come and go repeat same procedures. Very disappointed.

I had a very bad experience witja security in Presidium building 2 in DSO. He was unhelpful, not wearing mask, was bothered just because i interrupted him while he was locking himself in the CCTV room playing pubj game! I am hoping to have someone contact me to give you the details

Unfortunately very bad and unprofessional experience.occupied a room for my labors in Alquoz with FP, During Covid19 Scenario all of the staffs are sitting jobless, As authorities instructed i send several emails to to get some reduction on my rentals, no response, then i call to a responsible person who is there at the time of signing the contract, and got a reply which was really a surprise, "for all the current tenants dont expect any support from them, at the time of renewal they will do something! " in order to renew first business has to be alive. For that we are looking for some assistance from land lords. First and last deal with these guys. If you are planning to have a deal with FP imagine you never get response on your emails and never expect any help or assistance usually landlords do.i have other bad experience also i dont want to go in detail.but this one really unprofessional.

One of the popular commercial tower at business bay Dubai, offices, restaurant, gym, printshop, mosque and health club is there also fakhruddin Properties management office is there, parking available around 10-30 minutes free parking exceeding limit will be charge 10 DHS per hour, Bus station is downside to link the business bay metro station, one side Burj khalifa view and another side business bay lake view.

Its been three years with Fakhruddin and trust me you don't know how time flies. The management here is always supportive and gives you opportunities to prove yourself. The HODs show there trust in their team and always are there to help you with your daily challenges. FAKHRUDDIN is like a family as there is a huge amount of respect for each other and their hard work. The staff at Fakhruddin believes in teamwork and delivering its best to its Customers.

I have been working at Fakhruddin Properties since two years and a month.

At Fakhruddin, we laugh, we give one another surprises, we cry during farewells, we smash cake during birthday celebrations, we celebrate important days and events and we have loads of fun at our office outings.

I still remember my first day, I was given a lovely welcome kit which consisted of a few joining dockets and a welcome gift (which I still have!) ; and was introduced to all the team members at the Holdings and Properties level which is really nice and is still a tradition for every new joiner.

Fast forward to the present, the ambience, work environment, attitude of the staff and the management is the best I have ever worked with to date.

The Management is understanding and prefers a Glass Door Policy - explains why all our cabins are glass! Always approachable whenever you need to speak to them about anything. Colleagues are always around to help and support one another. The HOD's at Fakhruddin too are very supportive to their Team Members.

There is no job that does not stress a person out! That is why, at Fakhruddin Properties, we have a great Recreation Room to unwind and relax our stressed minds - some of us choose to play Table Tennis, some, a game of Carrom or Billiards or even read a book, we have a good collection of books for our employees to read.

There is a lot to learn at Fakhruddin and if someone does bid us goodbye, they take with them a lot of knowledge which is not limited only to their work profile. There is nothing difficult or tough in my job - there are challenges but that is something I look forward to everyday just like the rest of us at Fakhruddin.

The most enjoyable part of my job is when I get to learn so much from my co-colleagues and the Management in terms of Knowledge Sessions that are held weekly; various topics of interest are discussed upon which helps everyone in their personal as well as professional work balance.

Working at Fakhruddin is amazing and I would highly recommend people to work here.
