Dear all It is time to take a serious action in order to improve the quality of service for Hessa street branch. The timing for ramadhan is 10: 30 pm. Today, they closed at 10pm, and above all shouting and they don’t want to serve client.
I went there to buy paper bags while I'm a regular customer and I have a packaging supplier but we run out and I went to hessa street brunch, the cashier decided to not give the order ca he don't have any change, and he open to show me which is not a professional to yell your customer no change for 200aed and what can I do for you? He was calmly asking me what can I do can you tell me!? Weird to ask a client this question while you can find the solution to sort it out for your customer instead of sorting this simple issue out, I don't recommend them at all even for my restaurants I'll not order any more from falcon, Staffs needs more training and attention while im sure you're loosing customers ca of your team.
The cashiers are either not trained at all or they just don’t care! This is the second time it happens. I pay for an item and they don’t put it in the bags. I tried calling them but with no answer. First time I understood but second time? !
Edit: the fact that they replied after 3 months says a lot about their service quality!
