I ordered an item in early January. 7 weeks later, it has not been delivered. Email address provided by company bounces back as undeliverable. Most calls go unanswered. I did manage to speak to someone once, who said the item had been give to the courier, and they would check and get back to me in an hour. 2 weeks later, still no response.

Been looking out for Kovea gas lantern and was able to get it from this outlet. Good place to shop any kind of camping stuff.

Do not buy anything here.

I would have given it 0 stars if there was an option. I ordered multiple products back in June. Outdoor People said they would apply a discount code but didn't, and the price was higher than what was shown on the website.

I requested a refund, and it took them a month to pick up the products. Even after I returned the items, I had to follow up every week and month to get my money back and today it's end of September. If anyone needs the full conversation, I can share screenshots.

I'm totally disappointed.

The worst customer service, the items are not as prescribed in the website, im waiting for my refund from more than 20 days, the customer service provided me with their accountant number after wasting my time, and the accountant asked where is my bank branch to deposit the money and i still didn’t hear from him since.im wondering why a company need to deposit a refund while having a bank account….

Worst company in the UAE. Never do business with them. They will cheat you and will give zero customer services. Their manager is the worst and very rude! Stay away from this place

Not recommendable.unprofessional and irresponsible approach from the customer service. I wonder if they know or not that there are hundreds of suppliers out there who deliver quality products and services.

Waste of time - Takes orders then you have to chase, only to get answer when called - please cancel order as its not in stock.
And there is no way to cancel the order.
Scam avoid.

Good product selection. Very helpful service and pretty quick responses on what's app. I needed my product faster than they could arrange the delivery and they very kindly arranged for me to collect ahead of time. Very helpful and product is also good.

My experience has been fantastic, instant response over WhatsApp regarding delivery questions as needed the item for a flight and their quick customer service enabled me to order immediately. He made it stress free for me to arrange our 1st family camping, giving him a short notice and he managed to get all the item I need and delivered it to me the next day. Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered and paid for a weber bbq online and did not receive any communication from them. I called several times but their landline does not work. They don't reply to emails either. When I finally managed to contact someone on their whatsapp number, I was told the item is out of stock. So very disappointment. No apologies received either and person on WhatsApp kept calling me 'dear'. So rude! They definitely need training on customer service! Would not recommend or ever use them again.
