Family Pets exceeded my expectations with their great mobile grooming service in Dubai. The convenience of having skilled groomers come to my doorstep made the experience hassle-free.

John, one of the groomers, displayed genuine care, ensuring a stress-free session tailored to my pet's needs. I highly recommend Family Pets!

This used to be a good place with the old management and/or staff. We used to take our pets here and recommended it until we recently took our senior dog here for full grooming. It also happened to one of our friend's pets (a shih tzu) as well who got traumatized by the way they handled and groomed her. Our dog suffered cuts inside his ears, nails over-clipped hence there was bleeding, haircut was not done properly and the way they handled him was rough and without any care at all. Maybe the good staffs were off that day and we got so unlucky with our experience. The owner couldn't even apologize for their unprofessionalism. Definitely, we will never come again to this place nor recommend to others.

Worst grooming service ever.
From the scheduling till end, Unprofessional as an establishment.
Typical “we know what to do” rather than listen and understand what customer needs for their loved ones.
If you really wanna go, I’d make sure that I won’t leave the pet behind and watch what’s exactly is happening inside the grooming area. Maybe some staff are professional, unfortunately they also have to bear “The Bad” badge.
Won’t go again and won’t recommend.

Brought my cat for grooming it is the worst haircut my cat ever got! Hair was uneven, her nails was bleeding a bit from nail clipping. I also checked her paws and the hair is still long how can they not even know how to clean the pads of the cat. Had to bring my cat in another salon for them to fix my cat! I wouldn’t use this service again ever. If you love your pets bring them somewhere else!

The groom is good and service is good, and all item is also cheaper, thats why i recomend this petshop family pets trading.

Very unprofessional!
I asked that my cat not be given the lion cut & they gave it to him!
I asked not to cut too much and my cat is almost bald now!
They even cut his neck while shaving him & I wasn’t informed!
I discovered it later in the day!

I requested for him to not be given the lion cut be he still gave him it! And I called him after and he was denying it! He cut it extremely short that I can see my cats skin! Later in the day I discovered they gave him a cut on his neck! Don't go there if u love ur pet!

I took my two cats there for a full grooming and they came back scared, a few days ago when i went again i stayed and didn't leave them alone and i saw how they horribly treated the cats, they would induce fear into them and not slowly ease them into the process, my younger cat is deathly afraid of hair dryers and they were the ones who caused it he was never afraid of them at home this shop has horrible service.

Staff and even the owner are not accommodating at all.
They are not answering calls and if you visit the shop they will not even say bother to say a word.

I always frequent Family Pets to get my dog groomed, today's session had to be mentioned thanks to Mr. Rajan- great job keeping my otherwise anxious doggy calm throughout & took his time to make sure everything was ok.

Unprofessional!
So When trying to book i told them i have a groupon voucher. They never answered. Then i called them and didn't mention the voucher. I went there and half way i told them its a groupon. It was a full grooming voucher. My cat got only a hair cut and some dry powder. Even the cut was bad.
Then realized him scratching his ears a lot i check and its all black. I clean with ear cleaner and cotton pads. And then they kept on growing. So he got ear mites from that place. Not only he wasn't treated the way it should have been but got sick afterwards.
I messaged them what happened they replied with a copied pasted msg saying they will reach the manager to see what can be done. And nothing after that. They didn't bother to call me or msg anything.
Rly unprofessional just bcz i paid with a coupon! Its still money and if u dnt want it remove ur deals from groupon but dont treats cats and us like this! Shame!

This place does not deserve even one star. I had an appointment with them today at 11 am. Had gone
from Jebel Ali to Deira. I had just moved to a new place last week and as my printer was not connected I could not print out the voucher and requested the receptionist after showing him proof of payment and order so if he could print it out for me but I am sorry to say there was no sign of customer service and the guy said there was no WiFi. Surprisingly in this age a shop without WiFi! Unbelievable! The worst place ever visited. Would not recommend to anyone.

I took my dog for grooming and they did not do a good job. I came home and noticed my dog had a big cut on his leg and it was bleeding. I contacted them to let them know about it but they took no responsibility for it. Highly recommend not to take your pet to this shop.

Very bad service.not accommodating and not friendly staff.i’ve purchased the voucher from groupon and I don’t really know if it’s because of the voucher was cheap so that’s why they treated us cheaply and wanted to finish the work so quickly.my pet get traumatized after grooming the way they treat her was so very harsh.knowing that my puppy is so well behave she won’t even annoy them or give them a hard time while grooming. I don’t recommend this pet shop for grooming for small puppies.after the service she wouldn’t play move or eat she’s like this the whole day

Horrible place, the groomer very rough with the animals, such an overcrowded place.
If I could give zero star I would. I went with my cat the cut was badly done. Please don’t bring your beloved pet in this place.
Yes my vaccination was expired by one day!
And I brought in my cat again to u and this was when the cut was horrible.
Please just apologise for your poor service!

I took my poodle for grooming, as he had hair locks, John said he’ll do his best.
Once I returned to Pick my dog, no one bothered to talk.
No one answered our questions.
They were on their phones
My rating is zero, with aspect to customers satisfaction and rating 1 for the grooming.
Pathetic experience till date.

We took our baby for a full grooming. Mr. JP and his colleague did an excellent job. It took 2 hours or so for everything as they don't want to make their job rush as my cat was a bit scared at first. They really took care our cat as their own.
It was our first try and will come back definitely.

If you really love your pet, think twice before taking his/er to this place.

Staff were very very unprofessional.
They had shorts with slippers and loose t-shirt on. No uniform or proper clothing for the job.
But most IMPORTANTLY they were really unprofessional in what they were doing.
My cat had terrifying experience for her grooming.
The shorter guy who did the most part of grooming was very brutal on opening my cat’s matted hair. He literally pulled her hair and made her suffer instead of being gentle and take the time. And two of them were holding her so forcefully that her eyes were popping out. Pulling her arms and legs running the clipper in her hair forcefully; was like they were in hurry and wanted to finish it as soon as possible.

The place doesn’t have a landline or wifi and when I visited, it was a complete mess. There was stuff all over the place, bags and things on the waiting seats and table, and the whole place had a horrible smell.
I visited in Friday morning and the place was terribly hot and the ACs weren’t working at all and staff did nothing when I complained.

Lastly, I don’t recommend this place at all. Unless you really don’t care about your pet.

P.s. There is no camera in the store. So you won’t have any proof if something happens!

Highly recomended i buy 3 panda oranda and they are very attentive and friendly they even help me to take a taxi for transpo, the store is very nice and well organized they have even a pet cat inside that is very friendly!

None of their numbers are functional, theres a single phone number mentioned on groupon and whoever it is on the other line keeps cancelling the call. How am supposed to book an appointment or ask for other information if no one picks up?

Made appointment before 1 week. Before one day only they are givint what’s app message, not even calling, to cancel it. They don’t answer to the message in timely manner.
On the phone because I called them, they didn’t bother to call, the guy was unprofessional, he don’t even know how to behave while having a conversation. Making sounds, not paying attention.
A big NO.

Although I liked John’s hair cut services I was not at all happy with the guy who gave my dog a bath and blow dry.
I had to go inside as I could hear my dog struggling and a lot of tapping noises.
Upon checking I saw that the guy was trying to grab my dog as she was trying to escape the very hot air from the blow drier.
It was not professional at all.
If ever you plan to try out the place please go inside and check on your pet while shower and blow dry time.

It is a place to get accessories for any pets but they don't have payment by card and you have to have cash to pay.

We took our cat for a full grooming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job for our cat and made him look amazing! Very caring and detail oriented. Totally recommend them.

Cato went there for grooming today and had her first lion haircut. The haircut is absolutely perfectly done, so precise and neat. She got her ears, eyes cleaned and her nails trimmed. My cat wasn’t stressed or scared when she came back from her treatment. I will definitely be using their services from now on every time she needs t be groomed. Thank you for taking care of my baby

Tried this place with a Groupon will def be returning. John did such a great job with Bailey. The clippers and the environemnt were very quiet! Great customer service. Responded to my inquiry within minutes on FB and gave me an appointment on the same day. If you have trouble finding the location just ask to WhatsApp live location. Very happy customer:)
