Dr. Zakwan is the best doctor, in his team there are Dr. Karinia and nurse Christine, very kind and professional, at the same time very cheerful and encouraging, I felt very supported surrounded by this wonderful team!

I had my first IVF cycle with Dr. Zakwan and his team, and it turned out successful. I can’t believe I am getting a baby boy

In addition, I appreciate very much nurse Grace, Jemeth, Jeyhan, who had helped me through out this time for all the injections.

Under Dr.zakwan’s suggestion I did PGT-A genetic test to scan abnormal chromosomes of the embryos, this is absolutely the best decision ever: I thought I was young (30 y.o) and first time pregnancy so there was no need, but the PTG-A test discovered 5 out of the 7 embryos were chromosome abnormal. Thanks to this test I avoided transferring abnormal embryos (even tho they all had very good gradings like 4AA, 4AB).

The only not so perfect part of the experience was the long refund process, we over paid and Fakih IVF had to refund us. It took over 2 months to get the refund. I had to call cashier and ADCB (the bank that Fakih IVF use) many times to get my refund.

We can't thank Dr Fakih and his team enough for our healthy baby boy, now he is 8 months old and growing stronger by the day. You have helped us turn into a family of 4:) We are eternally grateful!

If you are looking for utter disrespect than do go for fakih ivf. Their cashier is so rude and disrespectful woman. During my whole treatment I never saw her speaking respectfully, she feels so entitled as she is doing some kind favor to you by collecting your money. She always messes up the bill and you have to recheck all the billings after coming home. The whole experience there was so stressful. I will def not recommend anyone fakih ivf

Dr Ritu is the best doctor i have ever had. She is compassionate and friendly and explains everything very well and very attentive. Highly recommended.

I went to fakih clinic for check up, really happy with their services and attendance, staff were really helpful, i went on time and didn't have to wait at all, my doctor was really sweet and informative she attended to all my concerns patiently.i’m a regular there and they never tend to disappoint really recommend them.

Absolutely not a place to go to, I don’t know how such unqualified and unprofessional people are allowed to work in this country and else where! The management of the center is even worse! In my experience, I can tell you that this is the best and safest clinic to go to. All the staff right from the front desk to the doctors are extremely professional and diligent in their work. There is no miss in communication which is crystal clear.
Dr. Lamia is an amazing doctor who is friendly, patient and has 100% conviction in what she does and it turns out into perfect success. She replies in WhatsApp for all queries and very reliable.

To say we are beyond thankful is an understatement. This is by far the most professional fertility clinic I have visited. I chose Dr. Michael as my doctor because he came in highly recommended from a friend. It was our first IVF Cycle and as expected, we were extremely anxious about the process and the outcome. We were lucky to have entrusted Dr. Michael from start to finish. There are few medical practitioners who are as knowledgeable and persistent in their care. IVF is very unpredictable, and things can go either way. But the reassurance of Dr. Michael and his staff kept us positive throughout the journey. Despite many obstacles I am ecstatic to say I am now 36 weeks pregnant with our miracle baby. I would like to thank all the staff at IVF without exception! From the Reception, Cashier, Head of Nurses Pascal, Dr. Michael's Nurse Sharu and of course Dr. Michael himself. My husband and I, and our families are eternally grateful and wish all couples to be as patient and entrust their care to this clinic.

Not the best place to go. Very commercial and to them you are just a money making opportunity. I didn't feel taken care of. They don't talk to you or explain the plan or why they chose this plan for you even if you ask questions it's like hey stop asking us let us do the work. On top of all that they have a few very arrogant doctors don't recommend such a place when you are going through a difficult journey. There are so many other much better centers for ivf where you feel you are a human being and you are being heard! And doctors are actually nice! I'm talking from experience trust me!

I can say that it is one of the best IVF clinics in the UAE in all respects. I had the best experience with Dr. Ritu, She is really professional, Patient and compassionate and absolutely positive.
All the team working in the clinic are very professional and I recommend this center to all those who are looking for a super professional center.

Unfortunately Fakih IVF centre is the least welcoming and unprofessional clinic I have been to in Dubai.

We have been there twice and both times we had to wait over 30 minutes for our scheduled appointment. The doctor Ibrahim was very incompetent, he did not apologise for keeping my husband waiting, did not read my husbands file/record, and started speaking Arabic to him thinking my husband could speak Arabic.

Dr. Ritu was very knowledgeable in her field but why would the appointment prior to us take up over 30 minutes of OUR time? Like I said this has happened twice.

The receptionists asked me for a passport sized photo etc for my file but I was never informed to bring one? !

Very disorganised and unapologetic Doctors at this clinic. We will not be back.

The staff is highly cooperative and experienced.

Dr. Lamia Sayegh is an awesome fertility doctor. Today I am 6 weeks 5 days pregnant. Dr. Lamia doesn't discriminate and because of that, my husband and I are more than anxious to welcome our baby boy in 8 months. She always on WhatsApp incase I need to ask anything from the day we walked into the fertility centre till now that I am back in Kenya.

I was hesitant at first to go through the IVF experience, so I booked a consultation only with Dr Lamia to know more about the process. Dr Lamia explained everything so nicely and clearly, made it easier to take a decision so eventually I went for it. Before the procedure, Dr explained what to expect, all the risks, side effects and chances of success, which surely put me at ease.
Procedure was successful, and Dr herself called me to give the positive test results.all follow up visits went smoothly. The nurses are all so sweet and caring. The accounts department were the reason of the long waits during appointments though and that's the only negative point.
I would really recommend Dr Lamia at Fakih IVF to anyone who is considering IVF.

Dr Samir. A very good Dr. Knowledgeable and explains to patient all the details with the future course of action. Took time to go through history and then advise the treatment protocol. Hands down one of the best consultant ob gyn I have met in Dubai. Front desk is also very good.

After 10 years married and no children, we decided to go for a treatment and picked Fakih because we heard they were the best. I have to say if I could give 10 stars to Dr. Lamia, I would. She was really patient explaining every single step of the process. Both my husband and I always asked lots of questions and she always offered a warm explanation. Something which was very important to me was that she gave us a whatsup number where I could contact her at any time, which was beyond reassuring at times, as the process was really difficult. She was always very realistic and did not play with our expectations, which was also much appreciated.
The theater nurses team had also been exceptional. Both the embryo collection and transfer were very stressful procedures, and they really were super caring and nice. I can happily say I am 11 weeks pregnant, and very very happy with how Dr. Lamia treated me and helped me through such a process. She was such a wonderful profesional!
The only reason why I do not give them 5 starts, is because of the reception and cashier team. They were very unhelpful and unprofessional. I complained on 3 different occasions, and on both 3 they said the manager would call me back as she is only available in the afternoons. I however was never contacted…never ever happened in any of the 3 occasions. The receptionist’s English level is also pretty poor, and they come across as messy and clueless. I needed a document for my sick leave at work, and they printed and gave me the wrong document, only to realized after I had reached home. Twice, they gave me the wrong medication/doses, but my husband prompted them and complained (which I believe its pretty serious stuff). You always need to cross check the amount of ampules and needles given for the home injections, which is super unprofessional. The cashier, makes you feel like you are an ATM machine, rather than a customer on a high profile clinic. Most of the charges are not clearly explained on a first visit (regular habit on clinics, as once you sign the contract is unlikely that you stop and pay somewhere else). Once I asked the cashier about the charges, and she told me “ask your doctor, this is not my job and I have other people waiting for their number”… Appalling trained individuals for such a renowned clinic. If its not because their top notch facility and Dr Lamia, I would give them a pretty poor rating. But in the end, she did the magic, and I am pregnant, which is the most important thing I will take with me.

I would like to speak about my experience with Al-Faqih IVF Clinic, I live in Germany and I chose to do the operation in Al-Faqih because all my friends who live in the UAE advised me about it, and thanks to God and the grace of Dr. Lamia Sayegh, the operation succeeded from the first attempt and the dream of motherhood came true, God willing, thank you Dr. Lamia and thanks to all the staff, they really taking care of the patient in all respects mentally, physically and emotionally, they try always to make you happy.

Fakih IVF is probably the top mentioned name when it comes to this subject; IVF! But there are thing to be mentioned on top! The attention to details, the time flexibility they offer, the orientation with all Q&A’s.the extremely clean facility and facilitated rooms for sample collection is something to be mentioned too.

When it comes to the staff, everyone is very knowledgeable about his/ her field from financial and reception moving up to the supervising Doctors!

One other thing to add is the seamless insurance transactions and painless front desk processing that was quite remarkable to mention as well.

I’d strongly recommend Fakih clinic for any couple who are facing any chronic issue conceiving.

We went through the full IVF cycle, genetic testing and transfer. Would not recommend to anyone because: 1. NO TRANSPARENCY on the complete fees (a lot of hidden fees on top of the package that u can’t say no to, as u are already in the middle of the process). For example, at the cashier we were said to we have to pay 58,000 dhs for the IVF package plus transfer, but at the end we paid 82,000 dhs.
2. Dr. Michael gave an impression it’s all about the money. Whenever you have a question, only his nurse is available who is not sure about the answer.
3. The biggest problem not sure how they deal with the embryos. On my transfer day I was asked to pay for the next year freezing, meaning the departments are not even aware on what is happening and what stage of the process the patient is in.

Me and my wife had been looking for an IVF clinic for sometime until we found FAKIH IVF, we met Dr Zakwan and we just felt really comfortable as he makes you feel at ease and was very confident in his approach.

Our whole experience from start to finish was amazing with a special thanks to nurse Sheila may de Jesus who always stayed professional and caring throughout our journey, she was never late and her communication with us was great.

Dr Zakwan has to be one of the nicest dr’s we have met, it was almost like we were going through the procedure with a good friend.at each step he made the right decisions and even some of his predictions came to light, he is so knowledgeable in his field and will give you the best advice.

We will never have enough words to describe what it means to be given a chance to be parents, we are so thankful to Dr Zakwan and his team for this beautiful feeling and we continue our journey.

I visited Fakih twice for consultation. The last doctor I met was Ghina, because everybody in the reviews was talking about her. She said she would do some examination, she put the machine inside of my uterus for 5 secs and said "it looks good". At cashier, they charged 700dhs for this. No report, or no further explanation. We paid because at that time we wanted to go with Fakih. But we are not going back to Fakih after I felt that the only thing they do care about is money. I even doubt that all these people in the review and the clinic are paid by Fakih. It is always crowded, there is only one cashier to explain the procedure and price. I can imagine how they will treat me during IVF. I will be just another credit card without limit.

She followed me throughout the whole process, explaining everything in ways so we could easily understand the process along the way. She was always looking out for out best interests. I was treated there by Dr Ghina Shami as an international patient and had an amazing experience. Very thorough, professional and kind doctor. My questions over email were answered promptly throughout the process and I was given the opportunity to do part of the IVF treatment in my home country, with one of their corresponding doctors. I have been a patient of the clinic for already 3 years and I am very grateful to all Doctors in the clinic, they all are very high professionals, but I would like to say a special THANK YOU! To the one of the best in her profession Dr Ghina Shami, she gave me a happiness of being mom of a beautiful 2 year old son and now I am expecting the second one very soon.she has a pure heart, a lot of patience and her magic hands.there are no words to describe how grateful I am.in Europe I went through several protocols without any hope, but with Dr Ghina it happened from the first attempt. Thats why I call it magic and professionalism in one person. I highly recommend her from the bottom of my heart for those who lost a hope. All the team: the nurses, the anesthesiologists, genetics are all very caring, kind, supportive and extremely professional.also special thanks to Gynecologist and Obstetrician Dr Samer Cheaib, who performed my delivery and was always there to support me whenever I had any fears, who made pregnancy and delivery so easy for me.

I am here again to write the follow up on how my joy was cut short, (I AM STILL GOING TO GIVE THE HOSPITAL A 5STAR CUS DR ZAKWAN MADE INFERTILITY lOOKS LIKE A JOKE) I wish and wish I didn’t listen to the dr’s Advise in Fakih I would still be with my twins, I was told I needed cerclage (even Dr zakwan told me when I newly got pregnant, my follow up hospital in Ajman said so too) cus I HAVE A SHORT CERVIX and with twin pregnancy the risk is higher, even before I got pregnant I knew it was short (cus I was told in Nigeria), my other hospital in Ajman told me that it has started getting shorten that I needed to do it urgently, I had opportunity to do it here in Ajman but because of the trust and confidence I had with Fakih I decided I have to do it there, I contacted the hospital and pledged for a discount because I had cheaper rate in Ajman (but I loved Fakih Cus of my first experience) and Fakih looked into my case and gave me a reduction, but when I went for the cerclage, the Dr convinced me between all reasonable doubts that I didn’t need it that only progesterone in the V****nal can hold the pregnancy, he even opened a page in his computer and asked me if I could read, he gave me one part to read which states that even with short cervix, cerclage doesn’t help everybody) I was scared but because of the trust I had I decided to follow instructions, I went back that day with my money which I brought for the procedure which is already discounted for me, even when I got home I kept asking questions about the cervix and he assured me all will be well, but less than 1month and some weeks I started having sharp pains and saw blood clots, I called the hospital and they asked me to come immediately, when I went back and did scan dr told me the cervix was starting to open, now it was urgent and I was in serious pains, without much of a choice because I couldn’t even raise my legs (the nurse helped me to raise my legs) I decided to do the cheaper one which is cervical pessary (because that was the only money with me there and I was in serious pains, my husband and I wasn’t comfortable with it. (he didn’t recommend any ANTIBIOTICS after placing it, IN JUST 4days (I have chat to prove) i saw the baby sac water leaky, I sent the picture to him and I started feeling the cervical pessary shifting when I walked, and I was feeling same sharp pains again, this time with discharge and somethings I can’t explain (I reached out to him, (He STILL DIDNT RECOMMEND ANTIBIOTICS and he is a high risk dr) couldn’t sleep at night because of the pains I had to put my finger inside because I could feel it has shifted and was coming out, then I pushed it back then the pains stopped, I noticed I started leaking water again, I went to Sharjah government hospital, they kept asking me why I didn’t do cerclage, long story short, the water was infected (all in the space of 2weeks and some days) and the rubber pessary that was placed there made the infection spread the more, I had to save my life by aborting the babies at 21weeks 4days,
This is the hardest time for i and my husband, I have never being this pained before, my kids were healthy but died because I didn’t follow my heart but the doctor's advice, nobody has to EVER Go through this, labour was terrible, pushing was terrible for what could be avoided, I feel my world has ended and I am back to square one but with nothing, I keep having bad dreams, I haven’t had the courage to bury them yet, I don’t think I can ever recover from this hurt, only a new baby will give me a sense of peace, I sold my properties in Nigeria and want the results I wished for, than to go back empty handed, I just hate my whole existence right now, I feel am about to run mad, my children had their last breath in front of me, I am even more broken than I came, I can’t stop crying, am back to infertility.

Money grabbing cheaters. Don’t care about your well being as they care about your pocket. Our insurance cover but they don’t want even to send it playing is covering only one thing. They force you to take consultation though not needed. They just read the paper and say yea is right you need that thing. Stay away if you could. Hope this review will help even one person. From the depth of my heart and with all sincerity I want to thank the Almighty God for using DR ZAKWAN to make our dreams come through From our first trial, the whole procedure went too smooth that I started doubting if it would work lol!
Now am not only pregnant but with twins and it’s still unbelievable! Being an African I already told myself I would be treated less and won’t get a fair treatment, but in all honesty EVERY SINGLE PERSONS where nice to us! Dr Zakwan is so calm, gives listening ears and totally understands you plus the nurse that works with him (MAY) omg I can’t even begin to say how she always made me feel everytime I visited,

I would like to share my fertility journey which was more of a struggle ever since my marriage back in 2009. Me and my husband have been to numerous clinics and hospitals in Dubai but all in vain. There was a time when I completely lost hope and got busy in my job. As we had Australian PR, me and husband decided to visit Fakih IVF in April - May 2018 before permanently moving to Sydney, Australia in July 2018. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Ghina Shami. She made me go through numerous tests and diagnosed that I had ovulation issues. As part of the treatment and before putting me under medication, she decided to refer me to Dr. Ayla Melanie Coussa (clinical dietcian) as I was overweight.and losing weight was an aid in my case.
Dr. Ayla really helped me and guided me so well. She prepared a diet plan which I followed religiously. By Allah's grace I conceived naturally in October 2018 and delivered a beautiful baby girl on 14th July 2019. It was a natural birth too. Losing weight proved helpful in my case. I did refer two of my friends to Dr. Ayla and Dr. Ghina. I feel soooo lucky that I met them and I hope someone reading this review would also benefit from them as I did. I wish both the doctors very best in life and I hope to meet them some day again to thank them in person.

Honeslty, i had an amazing experience with fakih ivf, unlike some reviews here. The staff was welcoming, the doctors were very informative, and as a person whos not really comfortable in those kind of places, the staff made it super easy and enjoyable experience! Keep up the good work FAKIH IVF!

We have been to 3 different IVF clinics in UAE and they all said that there was no hope. Until we came to Fakih IVF, honestly this was going to be our final try and Thank God we didn’t stop. The minute we entered Fakih IVF we felt a positive vibe, everyone was extremely professional and at the same time i felt a sense of friendship and care. They didnt make me feel like a patient, more like Sabrina. When everyone said it wasn’t going to happen, Dr Marta at Fakih made it happen. She is amazing, we absolutely love her. Thank you very much Dr. Marta and everyone from Fakih and a special thanks to Madona from the nursing team you guys are awesome. Sara is 3 months now and she is perfect in every way.
