Hey. I am a resident of a Wasl building that has your securities. One of the securities has extremely rude attitude towards the children, whilst the other were fine. Before the rude security guards was assigned our building, we had a kind nice one. His name was Hamza. Then after Hamza, the rude one was assigned. We prefer Hamza as the morning guard, rather than the rude security. He does not abide the rules, and does not even open the cameras. He only opens his phone and watches youtube. Me, and many other residents have seen him repeatedly doing it. While Hamza always did his job well, he always payed attention and never used his phone for useless reasons. It was unfortunate he left, and we beg for you to bring him back to our building and replace the rude security. He has had this behavior since he came, as he even got scolded on his first few days by a resident. Please bring back Hamza as our main morning security. I believe he works for your company. Thank you.

Awful customer service and the staff there lie completely to inflate their quotes and prices. They always over charge and are disrespectful when visiting your house.

I would not recommend using them, I have had awful experiences from them as both a maintenance company and behalf of the landlord.

Today I visit city centre on sheikh Zayed road (Umer the security guard from farnek security) he had a bad and abusive behaviour towards me and fellows and he don't know how to talk to the people and he don't the responsibility of a security guard. Really very disappointed.

A female Cameroonian staff who works for you died because she was ignored. Please we all humans pay attention to the health of your staffs may her soul rest in peace

I called four days before and today for kitchen hood cleaning. There's a an agreement too. They promised to call back but never.

I was dealing with Ruban, He was laughing at us for two months, always saying that tomorrow he would finish the job (for which we had already paid).

Ruban should be fired, I hope the manager of this company can read this message.

Worst company ever experienced. My brother is been working there for 4 months as security guard. They promised to give him 2250 AED but this is his 3rd salary they are giving him 1200 AED without any reason. When he asks for salary slip they say they cant give him salary slip and even they are not giving his passport back. Its total trap.

Worst accomodation for male camp dirty like living in slum and prison. Worst management. From up until down to supervisor, driver, even cleaner (Bad attitude). Toxic people and toxic environment. Salary is poor. Based in abu dhabi.fraud

I visited 8th April, 202 evening @Oasis Mall Al Ghubaiba, Sharjah where I came across with a very disappointing and disgraceful situation while communicating to the security in-charge Mr. Babar Shahzad - whom insulting, threatening attitude and misbehavior forced me to write here and to bring this matter in the lime light and to inform the concerned management for a necessary action.

This is sad to mention again that our visit to the subject place was very poor just because of a person who have no manners to behave with visitors.

Kindly look into this matter so that the visitors must not face such type of pathetic behavior again.

Cancelled contract with this company due to poor work quality, charging too much each job, made a big damage in AC in Villa.

Cancellation of contact taking "TOO LONG! " Requested to return back the cheques and deposited amount Since September 29,2021. Until now checques not with us.

Unprofessional on making promised dates of actions, follow up email no response.

Company conducted walk-in interview few days ago but with 0 arrangements. Worst interview I've ever seen

Firstly, none of the maintenance work ever gets completed in one time. The completed work is of bad quality. I had asked them to fix a hinge in one of the cupboard and now I see there is a nail coming out on the other side of the cupboard.

Call the maintenance number and 8 out of 10 times the number is busy and after waiting for 5 mins they disconnect the call. I feel bad for all the building that have Farnek as maintenance providers.

I am quite unhappy with their services.

In the offer letter they didn't mention about salary deduction but they deduct salary
I passed sira 2 month before but they don't give me sira card and always saying in process company management very poor
they charged for visa 5000 dhiram and also deducted 270 for emirates I'd
I came 4 months before and still didn't get salary card and emirate id first month they give 230dhs for food alwoance and didn't pay basic salary they give only 300dhs for month

Farnek is especially known for its contribution towards facility Management. One of the excellent and very particular towards its service interns of providing services to any of its real estate customers or customers needing any facilities

Very bad management and not any HR policy's.no employee satisfaction, all seniors are sitting and sleeping not listing employee problems

Please improve your transportation duty stop at 10 pm and your vehicle come on at 10.35 or 10.45 please work on transportation

I Have an Flat in a building managed by Farnek. Unfortunately I have nothing but problems. The manager himself is very responsive and polite but I think he does not get much support from the company itself. My flat window was broken during the building repainting 4 months ago and so far it was not replaced. Few issues spotted during snagging were also never fixed (I believe this is MAG company shared responsibility) but overall I ma not satisfied.

I want to join in this company as a security guard still iam working in dubai security before 4 years.so how i process

Security guard (Indian Guy) who was sitting there was really rude and his attitude was almost insulting.

When i told him i will complain about you the way you are speaking with visitors.

He said you are most welcome.

This is how you give service to towers.

I will not recommend to take there service for security for any tower.

The head of cleaning department is so intelligent he know every face of his workers from the top to the least
