I went to Jurf Branch. First of all No cleaning at all was Dirty. Oily. From floor to toilet. And i don't know why every KFC has different quality of food. Its never the same

Dirty kitchen, rude staff, no proper hygiene they touch ur food with their dirty hands, horrible, cold food, its the same as before it's disgusting

Inside would be better air conditionining… smells weird… only outside seats nice which is available for 4 months maximum… but fast food is fast food, its not useful anyway

Excellent customer service!

I had a complaint with the food I received and the way they dealt was spot on. The manager at the store Mr. Arun was impressive and proved they do care for their customers.

There is something wrong here. The wait for my food was 45 minutes! This is not fast food. It was very difficult to find a seat even though I was alone. Go to another McDonald's.

Meals are good. Staff needs more customer service training.
