I just want to say that I had an amazing experience in Fattan Polyclinic. All the staff are friendly from booking my appointment until the day of my appointment itself. Receptionists are very friendly, the clinic is clean and it has an amazing view of Burj Khalifa. I highly recommend Fattan Polyclinic and special mention to Fiji who’s very professional and made my session very calm and relaxing. Booking through WhatsApp was very easy and the clinic was very responsive. There was sufficient information regarding location and preparation prior to the appointment.

The therapists and receptionists at the clinic were informative and friendly. Hanee, was thorough and efficient in managing my booking and registration. VJ, my therapist, made me feel comfortable and was clear about information regarding the procedure. She was quick, thorough and precise.

Rude dentist, made a rude comment about my appearance as soon as I sat in the chair, completely unprofessional, unhygienic, looked in my mouth for 30 seconds and told me I need 10 fillings and lots of work on my teeth, when I asked her to put this in writing to get a second opinion she lied to my face and said she cannot write anything down as it’s “against Dubai regulations” and she “may lose her licence”.

Nonsense.

Second time going to this clinic for bikini and underarm hair laser removal after not getting satisfied anymore to the clinic that I was going to for almost a year. I must say everyone is just so nice, professional, and approachable; from the reception to the laser technician. I like how the laser technician is really paying attention making sure she’s not missing any spot. The clinic is also very clean and has a good atmosphere. My decision to change clinic is so far going great:)

I visited the clinic today to do Carbon Laser facial. The place looks very nice and they have the sweetest staff. I am very happy with the results of the treatment, my skin feels and looks amazing. I will definitely come back for another treatment.

I visited Fattan clinic yesterday for my teeth cleaning. I was assigned to best and experienced doctor. The doctors are so professional, friendly and experienced. I was very scared as it was my first visit to any dentist but dr explain the procedure and done the treatment gently. However, I’ve booked my second session with them for filling. This clinic offers wide range of derma treatments as well. I would highly recommend it if you are in search of best doctors.

As I have shared my concern few day back regarding salary than I got a call from company they assure that they will give my salary and asked me to delete the review I did the same but now again they are delaying they are not giving my salary it's been More than 45 day I am not working with them and chasing for my salary I have told them that I belongs to poor family I need money for some reason but they are not bothering such a bad experience with company

I had a very bad experience today, they called me last week for Lazer booking, and only today after getting ready, shaving.and while I’m on my way to there, they called me in order to inform me that all my sessions are finished. How come this happens! What about the calls, Watssaps, and sms I was receiving for confirming and insisting for my appointment today.
This is really annoying and please be careful with customers and revise your system before wasting time of others.
This helped me deciding to never try another service with you neither for me nor for my family.

Went for full face botox in March and have been back every month as what they injected me with lasts only 2 weeks. Seems they diluted it to the point that it lasts only 2 weeks.
They asked me to come back but the doctor no longer works there so I have to see another doctor.
And now they expect me to pay again to do it properly!
I did explain that is was unhappy and lost all trust in the clinic.

I appreciate how Dra. Jumi Arangattil took care of me and treated me though the procedure was really painful but shes very gentle and make sure that i am fine even after it was done. Also i would like to thank nurse Ester that stays beside me and give me more strenght while im in pain throughout the procedure. Two thumbs up for both of them. Both of them are kind and easy to approach.

I was searching for a place to help me obtain the look I wanted with my skin and body. My skin was problematic with hyperpigmentation, combination (oily and dry) which caused mild acne. I started with mesotherapy. Ms. Fatema was AMAZING! She recommended that I return for a hydrafacial in combination with the mesotherapy. Again, a very successful session. I also received fillers to help give me the shape I wanted. The Doctor was very personable, gentle, and PROFESSIONAL. I can't say enough about the kindness and professionalism of the office staff. I plan to see the dentist there also. THIS IS A ONE-STOP SHOP for all of your health and beauty needs!

The experience with the dentist was not the best and I will not recommend him to anybody:

Went for teeth cleaning. - he spent the first few months just doing paperwork and didn’t ask any questions.

Then said the clinic had a process that takes long and he will fill that out and be with us.

I get my teeth checked twice a year and cleaned twice a year. My dentist moved away to another part of town so tried to get a new dentist close to my place.
Badly done cleaning. It was over faster than the time I waited for the appointment and in front of the doctor while he did paperwork.

The doctor is a heavy smoker and when he is very close to you doing the procedure you get the heavy cigarette smell.

If you care about your teeth please don’t go here.

I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience. You send me a WhatsApp message quoting a price. Whilst I appreciate there may be some deviation after a consultation. Your quote was 8999 for 20 teeth. During the consultation I was quoted 4000 per tooth? 76,000? I queried this then you sent me to another dentist in the clinic and he quoted 2000 per tooth, 38,000.
Then to top it off, after I left I get a call asking to pay the consultation fee, I was never informed there was a consultation fee?
The whole experience was unpleasant the first dentist I found very rude. At the end of the consultation the dentist said “on your way out book your next appointment” I replied “I need to know the cost”
Dentist “I told you the cost were you not listening” totally disrespectful and rude.
You certainly won’t get any business from me.

Dr. Zara is amazing! I have lived in Dubai for 20 years and have done Botox and fillers in the most expensive clinics but I have never received a service like hers. She literally transformed my face in 1 session. The customer care is also outstanding. Highly highly recommended!

I had such an amazing experience at Fatten Polyclinic. From the beginning when I walked in, I was treated with amazing care and made sure everything was ok. Maya especially was amazing, step by step going through the process and making me super comfortable.
I had Botox treatment and it was pretty much pain free and everything was explained exactly what would happen and the right after care treatment that was needed. It was quick and easy. The doctor also explained to me what else I could benefit from, for both my skin and shape which was very helpful.
I look forward to my next visit at the clinic.

Honestly, I’ve been avoiding any kind of procedures besides the odd normal facial here & there, but I decided to get Botox as the wrinkles are starting to make me look like an English bulldog: (I am SO happy, Dr Zara explained every procedure thoroughly & chose the right one for my face. The Botox procedure (which I was super nervous about initially) was quick & I couldn’t feel a thing. I’ve booked for another procedure next week & will be visiting this clinic religiously.
